JACKSON PLASTICS
Jackson Plastics is a custom injection molding operation with more than
40 years experience in the plastics industry.
Our 122,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing
facility processes a wide variety of resins including:
ABS, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, Engineering Resins,
Polyethylene, PVC, Structural Foam, TPE, and Bio Resins.
Our injection molding machines range from 132 ton to 700 ton
capacities and in addition to injection molding, Jackson Plastics
also is involved in vacuum forming and structural foam molding.
Four hot stamp machines are in use, allowing us to serve your
decorating needs quickly and efficiently. We recognize that each
product has unique requirements, from precise tolerances to
complicated assemblies to close color registration for decoration.
Our Quality Control Department maintains strict guidelines
and is involved in each production run, ensuring the highest
customer satisfaction.

Custom Imprinting Information
National Chain Logotypes
If you want to make an impact on guests, consider imprinting
in-room supplies with your custom logo. Keep your property
name in front of your customers for their entire stay.
Information on ordering custom imprints may be found on the
current Wescon price list. Please note that plate charges and
minimum run requirements differ by item.
Wescon’s library of over 1,500 hot-stamp dies includes all
National and many regional Hotel/Motel chains. These dies are
updated shortly after we are notified of any changes by corporate
correspondence. Orders placed for chain logo items which are
imprinted in colors other than standard are non-returnable. In
order to keep our files updated, any plates which are not used for
a period of three (3) years will be destroyed.
Imprint Colors
Wescon currently stocks more than 30 hot-stamp foil colors for
imprinting. We carry foils to match National Chain specifications
as well as various custom colors. If we don’t stock the foil color
you require, we are able to match many requests with the
Pantone Matching System (PMS). Additional charges apply to
color-match custom colors. Stock swatches of current colors are
available upon request.
Artwork and Logotypes
The custom imprinting process requires the use of cameraready artwork. If you are unable to supply artwork, Wescon’s
Design Department can create camera-ready materials by using
your letterhead, brochures, or any other item carrying your logo.
There is a nominal charge for this service, based on the time
required to create the artwork.
Die Charges
A one-time die charge or screen charge will be applied to the first
order utilizing new custom artwork. One die or screen must be
made for each color being reproduced in a logo. In addition, a
separate die or screen must be made for each logo size required.
Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks lead time for new die orders.
Pre-Production Sample Proof
For a minimal charge, a pre-production sample of your new
custom imprinted item will be sent for inspection before actual
production begins. A pre-production sample is recommended
to assure the imprinted items meet your approval.

Innovation
Damaged Orders/Shortages
Wescon’s full scale Design Department is available to aid in
product development, black and white artwork production
and alteration, as well as any other unique design or graphic
requirements you may have.
We are not responsible for shortage or damage claims once your
order has been received by the carrier. When a freight carrier
receives your order from our shipping dock, they have accepted
full responsibility for the condition of the cartons and their
contents. If any part of the order is damaged or missing when
it arrives, have the delivering carrier acknowledge the damage
or shortage and make appropriate notification on your copy of
the freight receipt. Carriers must refer claims to their own claims
department.
Service
Wescon’s Customer Service Department is always ready to
assist you with your unique guest room supply requirements.
We can help recommend specific items and colors to complement your room decor. Our Customer Service representatives
can provide up-to-the-minute order status quickly and reliably.
Orders can be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or LTL common carrier,
depending on total order weight. Our corporate LTL common
carrier program is in place to offer the most competitive freight
rates available.
Additional literature, product samples, color swatches and
price quotations are available by contacting our Customer
Service Department.
Shipping Time
Normal lead time for non-imprinted orders is 7-10 working
days from receipt of order. Normal shipping of standard
imprinted items is 14 working days from receipt of order.
Initial custom imprinted items can be shipped 6 to 8 weeks
after the order and camera-ready art are received. Above
shipping times may vary during peak and holiday seasons.
Glassware Shipping
To help avoid breakage, we recommend that all orders which
include glassware be shipped common carrier.
S U P P L I E S
Concealed Damage
If there is concealed damage that could not be detected until
merchandise is unpacked, have the carrier’s agent visit your
premises at once and inspect the damage in person. Ask for
a “concealed damage report” and state the condition of the
merchandise when it was examined. It is the carrier’s duty to
provide such services. Insist on it. Concealed damage reports
should be made within 15 days of receipt of your order, so even if
you do not plan to use an item immediately, you should always
inspect it upon arrival. If you follow appropriate guidelines for
dealing with problems that might develop with delivery of an
order, we will help wherever possible to assist you in establishing
your claim against the transportation company. If you refuse
a damaged order, or fail to file a proper claim form, it will be
difficult or impossible for you to receive compensation for the
damaged goods.
Credit References
When prepayment does not accompany an order, or when you
wish to establish credit, please send four trade references and one
bank reference, all with complete addresses, phone numbers, and
contact names to Lancaster Colony Commercial Products, P.O.
Box 630, Columbus, Ohio 43216.
Freight Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Jackson, Ohio. If not otherwise
specified, Lancaster Colony Commercial Products will select
the most appropriate method for shipping.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without written authorization
from Lancaster Colony Commercial Products.
Please notify us immediately for authorization if you have a
problem with your order. We reserve the right to limit returns to
no longer than six (6) months from the date of shipment.
We will refuse to accept returns when they are not accompanied
by written authorization. A minimum 25% service charge to
cover handling and restocking will be assessed on returned
orders, but not if the error is ours; custom imprinted orders are
not returnable unless the error is ours. Returns must be in
original cartons and unused. Major national hotel/motel
chain logos ordered in colors other than the standard, are non
returnable. Merchandise not on our current price list cannot
be returned.
