fifth time in this open doors happening, which took place a week
before the Flower Trials in Germany and Holland. The combination between the two events has been very much appreciated,
therefore this success formula will be continued. The exact dates
for 2016 are from 7 to 10June. By baptising her own Lilium Mrs.
Sarah Dikker started the DutchLily Days 2015. Sarah has become a TV-personality and ambassadress for the flower industry by
winning the TV competition “Holland’s Best Flower Stylist”. Next
followed the lectures by Mrs. Amy Lee on floriculture in Taiwan
and by Dr. K.Valliappan on the production and trade of cut flowers
in India. In the following edition of Flormarket-Global both reviews will be published. All the VWS-Greenhouses with more than
500 varieties were in bloom. The pot varieties were presented in
three flower stages. Just like last year, a special coolcontainer
had been installed to show a 150 tulip cultivars.

lugar en VWS Export - Import de Flowerbulbs en Broek op
ELangedijk.
Dieciocho obtentores y exportadores de Lilium parti-
ciparon por quinta vez en este evento de jornadas abiertas, que
tuvo lugar una semana antes de los Flower Trials® en Alemania y Holanda. La combinación entre los dos eventos fue muy
apreciada, por lo tanto, esta fórmula de éxito se continuará. Las
fechas exactas para 2016 son del 7 al 10 de junio. Bautizando su
propio Lilium la Sra. Sarah Dikker inauguró los Dutch Lily Days
2015. Sarah se ha convertido en una personalidad de la TV y la
embajadora para la industria de las flores, al ganar el concurso
de televisión “Mejor Estilista de Flor de Holanda”. A continuación
siguieron las conferencias a cargo de la señora Amy Lee sobre la
floricultura en Taiwán y por el Dr. K.Valliappan sobre la producción y el comercio de flores cortadas en la India. En la siguiente
edición de Flormarket-Global ambas introducciones se publicarán. Todos los Invernaderos de VWS con más de 500 variedades,
estuvieron a tiempo en flor. Las variedades de maceta se presentaron en tres etapas diferentes de floración. Al igual que el año
pasado, un especial contenedor frigorífico se instaló para mostrar
unas150 variedades de tulipanes.
