Dabei geht man wie folgt vor: Die Bissgabel wird mit
Hilfe der Bissgabel-Gelenkfixierung (5) in den
Gesichtsbogen justiert.
Zunächst wird eine dünne Schicht Wachs oder
Thermoplast auf die Bissgabel (4) aufgetragen. Es
empfiehlt sich bei mangelnder Abstützung im
Lückengebiss das Impressionsmaterial zahnhoch
aufzubauen. Die Bissgabel wird nun an die
Oberkieferzähne des Patienten adaptiert (Abb. 1).
Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass ausreichend
Material aufgetragen wurde, sodass nicht auf das
Metall der Bissgabel durchgebissen wird.
Zusätzliche Steckplätze für Bissgabel oder
Bissgabel-Gelenkfixierung vorhanden
Anschließend wird der Gesichtsbogen angelegt.
Dies erfolgt bei geöffnetem Mund, nachdem die
Bissgabel an die Zähne des Oberkiefers adaptiert
wurde (Abb. 2).

Anschließend werden die Porusknöpfe (1) – auch als
Ohroliven bezeichnet - in den äußeren Gehörgang
des Patienten eingeführt und die Feststellschraube
des Gesichtsbogens zur Fixierung angezogen. Der
Nasensteg des Gesichtbogens wird nun an die
Glabella (knöcherne Erhebung am Stirnbein über der
Nasenwurzel zwischen den Brauenbögen) angesetzt
und adaptiert. Die Bissgabel wird in den Mund des
Patienten eingeführt und an die Oberkieferzähne
angesetzt.

(1), Stützstift entfernen und Transferstand (2) in
den Artikulator platzieren.
5. Auf Montageplatte (Splitcast) und Oberkiefermodell Artikulationsgips auftragen und Artikulator

(Splitcast) und Unterkiefermodell auftragen.
4. Vor dem Eingipsen des Oberkiefermodells
Artikulator erneut schließen, um benötigte Gipsmenge zu eruieren.

The FINESSE TK Facebow guarantees a safe transfer
of the jaw relationship. It is transferred to the
FINESSE TK Articulator. Reference plane is the
Frankfurt horizontal.

The procedure is as follows: The bite fork is guided
in the facebow using the hinged fixation (5).

First a thin layer of wax or thermo-plastic material is
applied on the bite fork (4). In case of insufficient
support in a partial dentition it is recommended to
build-up the impression material up to tooth length.
The bite fork is now adapted to the upper teeth of the
patient (Pic. 1). It must be observed that sufficient
material has been applied so that the patient cannot
bite through on the metal of the bite fork.
Additional space provided for bite fork or
hinged fixation.
Subsequently the facebow is set. This has to be
done with an open mouth after the bite fork has been
adapted to the upper teeth (Pic. 2).

Then the Porus buttons (1) – also described as ear
olives – are inserted into the external acoustic pore
of the patient and the locking screws of the facebow
are tightened for fixation. The Glabella support of the
facebow is now set on the Glabella (bony protuberance of the frontal bone above the Nasion between
the eye brows) and adapted. Finally the locking
screws of the facebow (3) are opened, the Porus
buttons are carefully removed from the acoustic pore
and the bite fork connected to the hinged fixation is
taken out of the mouth.

the articulator.

4. Before plastering of the upper model close articulator again to estimate the required quantity of
plaster.
8. Close articulator.

Procéder comme suit : La fourchette est réglée dans
l’arc facial au moyen de l’articulation de fixation de
la fourchette (5).
Il est tout d’abord appliqué une fine couche de cire
ou de thermoplast sur la fourchette (4). Il est recommandé en cas d’insuffisance de support dans le
morceau manquant de la denture d’appliquer le
matériel d’impression jusqu’à hauteur des dents. La
fourchette est maintenant adaptée aux dents de la
mâchoire supérieure du patient (fig. 1). Il faut ce
faisant veiller à appliquer suffisamment de matériel
de sorte qu’il ne soit pas mordu jusqu’au métal de la
fourchette.

Ensuite, les boutons de Porus (1), aussi désignés
sous le terme d’oreillettes, sont introduits dans les
conduits auriculaires du patient et la vis de fixation
de l’arc facial est serrée pour la fixation. L’appui
nasal de l’arc facial est ensuite appliqué sur la
Glabella (soulèvement osseux sur l’os frontal
au-dessus de la racine du nez entre les arcades
sourcilliaires) et adapté. La fourchette est maintenant introduite dans la bouche du patient et apposée
sur les dents de la mâchoire supérieure.
L’arc facial est ensuite mis en place. Cela est
effectué avec la bouche ouverte après avoir adapté
la fourchette aux dents de la mâchoire supérieure
(fig. 2).

1. Ouvrir l’articulateur, mettre en place le revêtement

6. Après durcissement du plâtre, ouvrir l’art-iculateur, mettre le plateau incisif en place, visser la
tige incisive et mettre en position zéro. Apporter la
plaque de montage (Splitcast) dans la partie inférieure de l’articulateur et positionner lemodèle
de mâchoire inférieure (après prise de denture
réussie).
3. Visser la tige support dans la partie supérieure de
l’articulateur, mettre le Splitcast en place, ouvrir
l’articulateur et positionner le modèle de mâchoire supérieure sur la fouchette.
7. Préparer le plâtre d’articulation, l’appliquer sur la
plaque de montage (Splitcast) et sur le modèle de
mâchoire inférieure.
4. Avant de couler le plâtre du modèle de mâchoire
supérieure, refermer l’articulateur pour réduire
les quantités de plâtre.
8. Fermer l’articulateur.

Primero se aplica una capa muy fina de cera o
Thermoplast sobre la horquilla de mordida (4). Si el
apoyo es escaso, se recomienda montar el material
de impresión hasta el diente en el espacio de la mordida. La horquilla de mordida se adapta a los dientes
del maxilar superior del paciente (Fig. 1). Al hacerlo
procure aplicar suficiente material para que no se
muerda el metal de la horquilla de mordida.
Otros espacios para guardar horquillas de mordida
o fijación de articulación horquilla de mordida.
A continuación se coloca el arco de la cara. Esto se
realiza con la boca abierta, después de que la
horquilla de mordida se haya adaptado a los dientes
del maxilar superior. (Fig. 2).

Se realiza de la siguiente manera: La horquilla de la
mordida se ajusta en el arco de la cara con ayuda de
la fijación de la articulación-horquilla de mordida (5).

A continuación se introducen los botones de poros
(1) – también llamados olivas de oídos – en el
conducto auditivo externo del paciente y se aprietan
los tornillos de fijación del arco de la cara para fijarlo. El puente de la nariz del arco de la cara se coloca
y adapta contra la glabela (elevación ósea en la
frente sobre la raíz nasal entre ambos arcos de
ceja). Ahora se introduce la horquilla de modida en
la boca del paciente y se coloca contra los dientes
del maxilar superior.

1. Abrir articulador, colocar el soporte para horquilla
de mordida, retirar el pin de soporte y colocar el
stand de transferencia en el articulador.
5. Aplicar yeso para articular en la placa de montaje
(Splitcast) y sobre el modelo del maxilar superior
y cerrar el articulador.
2. Colocar la fijación de articulación-horquilla de
mordida en el stand de transferencia y apoyar la
horquilla de mordida con ayuda del soporte.
6. Después de que el yeso se haya endurecido, abrir
el articulador, colocar la placa incisal, atornillar el
pin incisal y colocar en la posición cero. Colocar
la placa de montaje (Splitcast) en la parte inferior
del articulador e insertar el modelo del maxilar
inferior (tras el registro correcto de mordida).
3. Atornillar el pin de soporte en la parte superior del
articulador, colocar splitcast, abrir articulador y
colocar el modelo del maxilar superior en la
horquilla de mordida.
7. Mezclar yeso para articular, aplicarlo sobre la
placa de montaje (Splitcast) y el modelo del
maxilar inferior.
4. Antes de enyesar el modelo del maxilar superior,
cierre de nuevo el articulador, para calcular la
cantidad de yeso necesaria.
8. Cerrar el articulador.

Procedere come segue: la forchetta viene inserita
nell’arcata facciale utilizzando la forchetta di fissaggio articolare (5).
In primo luogo applicare uno strato sottile di cera o
thermoplast sulla forchetta (4). In caso di mancanza
di supporto, utilizzare materiale sino ad altezza dei
denti. A questo punto la forchetta dovrà essere adattata all’arcata superiore del paziente (fig. 1), facendo
attenzione che sia stata riempita con una quantità
sufficiente di materiale, in maniera tale che il paziente non vada a mordere la forchetta in metallo.
Sono disponibili ulteriori alloggiamenti per forchetta
o forchette per il fissaggio delle articolazioni

Infine inserire le olive auricolari nelle orecchie del
paziente e fissare la vite dell’arcata facciale. A
questo punto il nasello dell’arcata facciale verrà
applicato e adattato alla glabella (prominenza ossea
tra gli occhi, all’altezza delle sopracciglia). A questo
punto la forchetta verrà inserita nella bocca del
paziente e adattata all’arcata superiore.
Infine si colloca l’arcata facciale, a bocca aperta e
dopo aver adattato la forchetta all’arcata superiore
(fig. 2).

1. Aprire l’articolare, inserire il supporto della
forchetta, togliere l’asta e collocare il piano di
trasferimento nell’articolatore.
5. Sulla piastra di montaggio (split cast) inserire il
modello di articolazione superiore e quindi
chiudere l’articolatore.
2. Inserire la forchetta nel piano di trasferimento e
quindi togliere la forchetta mediante il supporto
della forchetta.
6. Lasciare indurire il gesso, aprire l’articolatore,
inserire il piatto incisale, avvitare il perno e portarlo sullo zero. Insrire nella parte inferiore dell’articolatore la piastra di montaggio (split cast) e
quindi collocare il modello di arcata inferiore
(dopo aver rilevato le impronte).
3. Avvitare l’asta nella parte superiore dell’articolatore, utilizzare lo split cast, aprire l’articolatore e
collocare il modello di arcata superiore sulla
forchetta.
7. Mescolare il gesso e quindi applicarlo sulla piastra
di montaggio (split cast) e sul modello dell’arcata
inferiore.
4. Prima di realizzare in gesso il modello dell’arcata
superiore, chiudere nuovamente l’articolatore,
per aggiungere la quantità di gesso mancante.
8. Chiudere l’articolatore.

Přitom se postupuje následovně: Skusová vidlice se
nastaví pomocí upevnění kloubu skusové vidlice (5) v
obličejovém oblouku.

Nejdříve se na skusovou vidlici (4) nanese tenká
vrstva vosku nebo termoplastu. Je doporučováno při
nedostatečné podpěře v chrupu s mezerami nanést
impresní materiál do výše zubu. Skusová vidlice se
nyní přizpůsobí na zuby horní čelisti pacienta (obr.1).
Přitom je třeba dbát na to, aby bylo naneseno dostatečné množství materiálu, tak aby nedošlo ke skousnutí na kov skusové vidlice.
K dispozici jsou dodatečná úložná místa pro skusovou vidlici nebo upevnění kloubu skusové vidlice.

Následně se ušní knoflíky (1) - nazývané rovněž jako
ušní olivky - zavedou do zevního zvukovodu pacienta
a utáhnou se stavěcí šrouby obličejového oblouku.
Nosní přepážka obličejového oblouku se nyní nasadí
a přizpůsobí na glabelu (kostní výstupek na čelní
kosti nad kořenem nosu mezi obloukem obočí).
Skusová vidlice se zavede do úst pacienta a nasadí
na zuby horní čelisti.
Následně je přiložen obličejový oblouk. Toto se provádí při otevřených ústech, poté co byla skusová vidlice uzpůsobena zubům horní čelisti (obr.2).

1. Otevřít artikulátor, nasadit podložku pro skusovou
vidlici, (1), odstranit opěrnou tyčinku a do artikulátoru umístit přenosný stojan.
5. Na montážní destičku (Splitcast) a model horní
čelisti nanést artikulační sádru a artikulátor
uzavřít.
2. Do artikulátoru nasadit upevnění kloubu skusové
vidlice(5) a skusovou vidlici podepřít pomocí
podložky skusové vidlice.
6. Po vytvrzení sádry artikulátor otevřít, vložit incizální podložku, našroubovat incizální tyčinku a nastavit na nulovou polohu. Montážní destičku
(Splicast) připevnit do spodní části artikulátoru a
umístit model spodní čelisti (po provedeném
skusu).
3. Opěrnou tyčinku zašroubovat do horního dílu artikulátoru, nasadit splitcast, artikulátor otevřít a
model horní čelisti umístit na skusovou vidlici (4).
7. Rozdělat artikulační sádru, nanést na montážní
desku (Splicast) a model spodní čelisti.
4. Před zasádrováním modelu horní čelisti artikulátor
znovu uzavřít, aby se zjistilo potřebné množství
sádry.
8. Artikulátor uzavřít.

При этом действуют следующим образом:
Прикусная вилка юстируется в лицевой дуге с
помощью суставного фиксатора прикусной вилки
(5).
Сначала наносится тонкий слой воска или термопласта на прикусную вилку (4). Рекомендуется в
случае недостаточной опоры в связи с дефектом
зубного ряда накладывать материал для отпечатка на высоту зуба. Прикусная вилка настраивается теперь на зубы верхней челюсти пациента
(рис. 1). При этом необходимо следить за тем,
чтобы было нанесено достаточно материала, и
пациент не прокусил до металла прикусной вилки.
Имеется дополнительное место для размещения
прикусной вилки или суставного фиксатора
прикусной вилки
Затем прикладывается лицевая дуга. Это осуществляется при открытом рте, после того как прикусная вилка была адаптирована к зубам верхней
челюсти (рис. 2).

Затем грибки для отверстий (1) - называемые
также ушными вставками - вводятся во внешний
слуховой проход пациента и стопорный винт лицевой дуги затягивается для фиксации. Опора в
переносицу лицевой дуги приставляется к надпереносью (костное возвышение на лобной кости
над корнем носа между бровными дугами) и
адаптируется. Теперь прикусная вилка вводится в
рот пациента и приставляется к зубам верхней
челюсти.

1. Открыть артикулятор, вставить накладку для
прикусной вилки, удалить опорный штифт и
поместить трансферную часть в артикулятор.
5. Нанести на монтажную пластину (Splitcast) и
модель верхней челюсти артикуляционный гипс
и закрыть артикулятор.
2. Вставить суставный фиксатор прикусной вилки
в трансферную часть и опереть прикусную
вилку с помощью накладки прикусной вилки.
6. После отверждения гипса открыть артикулятор,
вставить инцизальную тарелку, ввернуть инцизальный штифт и установить в нулевое положение. Разместить монтажную пластину (Splitcast)
в нижней части артикулятора и разместить
модель нижней челюсти (после взятия прикуса).
3. Ввернуть опорный штифт в верхнюю часть
артикулятора, вставить Splitcast, Открыть
артикулятор и разместить модель верхней
челюсти на прикусной вилке.
7.Замешать артикуляционный гипс, нанести на
монтажную пластину (Splitcast) и модель
нижней челюсти.
4. Перед заполнением модели верхней челюсти
гипсом вновь закрыть артикулятор, чтобы
узнать необходимое количество гипса.
8. Закрыть артикулятор.
