BREAKFAST Breakfast is the first and most important meal of the day. Not only do we need to recover the energy used up during the night but we also need to provide the body with the energy necessary to start the day well and be at our best both physically and intellectually. At breakfast we should supply our bodies with 25% of the energy that we need for the whole day. A good breakfast needs a few minutes to be prepared and also to be enjoyed. Heavy dinners rich in protein or fats (fried food, sauces, spicy meats), or legumes or cabbage, will produce slow digestions leading to difficulty in getting to sleep. Educational Project “Grow”: Feed+Education+Fun+Communicate In AUSOLAN-JANGARRIA communication is one of the pillars of our Educational Project. We consider fundamental that fathers and mothers are promptly informed of everything to do with their sons and daughters in the canteen. As well as the figure responsible for dining room and the Manager of Center we use the following means: • At the beginning of course we present the APYMAS, equipment managers or responsible for direct from our dining room project for approval. • Welcome letter for children from 3 years. • Explanatory meetings of the operation of canteen with fathers and mothers of users. • Monthly we deal the menu template to each child, as well as the suggestion of dinners for its complementation. • Quarterly, we inform the parents of development, learning and acquisition of habits of each diner through the “Tab of valuation diner”. • Promptly, get information on extraordinary activities carried out in the dining room for example “Conference on the exaltation of vegetables”. • Through the www.jangarria.com website you can access a great informative content such as menus, photos and videos of various events, news, etc. www.jangarria.com C/ Katuarri nº 20 . 31013 .
