Las duelas a base de resinas termoplásticas aseguran
una excelente resistencia a los rayos UV y son clasificadas como resistentes al fuego en clase V0 en observancia de la normativa UL94. Particularmente adecuadas para la realización de:
• Mamparas;
• Recubrimientos;
• Falsos techos.
El sistema Dogasalplas está completo de accesorios y adecuadas estructuras metálicas de acero o de aluminio que
permiten una fácil instalación y una simple inspeccionabilidad. Muchos son los campos de utilización de esta línea:
cobertizos para estaciones de distribución de combustibles, techos para palestras y piscinas, stand de exposición,
protecciones industriales, diseño de interiores, cobertizos
de carreteras, letreros publicitarios.
Staves manufactured using thermoplastic resins assure
top UV resistance and are fire resistant-classified as per
class V0 according to UL 94 standard. Said items are
specially fit for:
•Wall partitions;
•Coverings;
•False ceilings.
The Dogasalplas system comes fully equipped with
accessories and appropriate metal or aluminium
framing for easy mounting and inspection. This
product line allows for a wide range of applications:
gas station shelters, ceilings for gyms and swimming
pools, exhibition booths, industrial coverings, indoor
furniture, road shelters, billboards signage.

REACH 1907 / 2006 y ROHS 2002/95/EC y su integraciones).
Manufactured with non-toxic, lead-, cadmium-, and asbestos-free thermoplastic resins
(REACH 1907/2006 and ROHS 2002/95/EC regulations and following amendments).
•Pigmentación de la resina en masa.

• Ignifugadas con agentes intumescentes que poseen también acción antihumo. Clase 1 en observancia del DM 26.06.84.

•Resiliência de 4 até 16 mJ/m2 (método Charov DIN 53433).

•Peso mínimo 2 Kg/m2 para duelas de pared sencilla y 4-5 Kg/m2 para aquellas de cámaras de aire.
Minimum weight 2 Kg/m2 for single-wall staves and 4-5 Kg/m2 for cavity staves.
•Absorben de manera elástica los choques (mantenimiento, restablecimiento, etc.) gracias
a su particular estructura morfológica. Además en particulares aplicaciones aseguran una
estanqueidad total a los choques accidentales (golpes de pelota).
Elastic shock absorbing (maintenance, restore, etc.) thanks to their special shaping. Also, they
guarantee full solidity against accidental bumps in special applications (ball shots).
•Antiestáticas, porque poseen una resistividad de superficie considerablemente baja. De
hecho contienen, agregados al material básico de manera permanente, particulares agentes
antiestáticos , que generan sobre la superficie un velo hidrófilo extrafino que se vuelve
conductivo en presencia de humedad atmosférica, dispersando y cancelando las cargas
electroestáticas.
Antistatic, as they feature a very low surface resistivity. Actually, special antistatic substances
and agents are included permanently into the basic material to create a very thin hydrophilic
film on the surface that turns conductive with environmental humidity, thus dispersing and
voiding electrostatic charges.

Almacenamiento
Storage
En caso de almacenamiento prolongado en ambientes
cerrados y sobrecalentados u expuestos directamente
a la luz del sol, se aconseja de colocar las duelas bien
ordenadas en plano sin sobrecargas. Evitar de cualquier manera de recubrirlas con toldos transparentes
o negros (efecto invernadero), utilizar , en su lugar,
hojas de polietileno mate, blanco o gris claro.
In case of prolonged storage in enclosed and overheated
room or areas directly exposed to sunlight it is advisable to arrange the staves horizontally and with no
overlaid loads. Avoid covering with transparent or
black sheets (glasshouse effect). Please use mat, white
or light grey polyethylene sheets.
Dilatación de las duelas Stave dilatation
Tomar siempre en cuenta la dilatación térmica de las
duelas que no debe ser obstaculizada por puntos fijos.
Por ejemplo una duela larga 6 m. colocada en invierno,
en el período de verano deberá tener la posibilidad de
alargarse de apróximadamente 11 mm. (ver tabla para
el cálculo de la dilatación térmica en la pág. 4).
Thermal dilatation of the stave should always be
taken into account and never blocked by fixed points.
E.g. a 6 mt. long stave installed in winter should have
the possibility to grow about 11 mm longer in summer
(see table on thermal dilatation on page 4).

Observar los valores que les indicamos que son en función de una flecha máxima o abarquillado de 5 mm;
de toda forma se aconseja de tomar en cuenta la influencia de la temperatura de empleo y de la eventual
carga solapada de la siguiente manera:
• La temperatura influye sobre el módulo de elasticidad en tensión del PVC rígido. Por ejemplo
la flecha sube de un 30% desplazandose desde
una temperatura de 0°C hasta 40°C;
• Una carga agregada de apróximadamente 5
Kg/m2, como la de un acolchado calorífugo,
hace doblar la flecha;
• La flecha es función de la distancia entre los
enganches según la cuarta potencia; esto
quiere decir que si la distancia aumenta de un
10% el abarquillado sube de un 46%.
Please observe the stated values as they have been
calculated on a maximum deflection or inflection of
5 mm; however, operation temperature and any overlaid
load should be taken into account as follows:
•Temperature affects the rigid PVC tensile elastic
modulus. Eg. the deflection shows a 30% rise
when passing from 0°C to 40°C;
•An added load of about 5 Kg/m2, e.g. an insulating mat, involves doubling the deflection rate.
•The deflection is a function of the distance
between the joints raised at the fourth power;
i.e. increasing the distance of 10% shall increase
the bending of 46%.
