proveedores, contratistas y empresas colaboradoras, ya que
se entiende como una tarea que atañe a todos, trabajadores
y empresa.
Con el objetivo de alcanzar los más altos niveles de seguridad
y salud, INBISA Construcción se compromete en la puesta en
marcha de unos compromisos basados en los siguientes

laborales pueden y deben ser evitados alcanzando altos
niveles de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y no sólo
limitándose a cumplir con la legislación vigente.

gestión documental que facilitan ese control y el seguimiento

Todo este esfuerzo en materia de prevención y seguridad
laboral se ha visto reflejado un año más, en unos niveles de
siniestralidad muy reducidos. No obstante, el objetivo para el
que se trabaja día a día es alcanzar una accidentalidad cero,
para lo cual se elaboran planes de mejora continua.

Studying and evaluating results is an essential tool for

annual period. However, the goal towards which we strive
each day is to achieve a zero accident rate; to this end, we
work to a continuous improvement plan.

En Agosto de 2008, conforme a lo expuesto en el Real
Decreto 1109/2007, INBISA se inscribió en el Registro
de Empresas Acreditadas (REA) asignándole el número
15/48/0002850.
El REA tiene como objetivo acreditar que las empresas
que operan en el sector de la construcción cumplen
los requisitos de capacidad y de calidad de la
prevención de riesgos laborales. Toda empresa que
pretenda ser contratada o subcontratada para
trabajos en una obra de construcción, deberá estar
inscrita en el Registro de Empresas Acreditadas
dependiente de la autoridad laboral donde esté
ubicado el domicilio social de la empresa. Las
empresas que contraten o subcontraten la realización
de cualquier trabajo en una obra, deberán acreditar
que sus empresas contratistas o subcontratistas están
inscritas en el Registro, solicitando para ello un
certificado de inscripción.

In August 2008, upon the coming into force of Royal
Decree 1109/2007, INBISA was entered in the
Register of Accredited Companies with the number
15/48/0002850.
The Register's purpose is to accredit that companies
which operate in the construction sector meet the
capacity and quality requirements for the prevention of
risks at work. Any firm that aims to become a
contractor or sub-contractor on a construction site
must be entered in the Register of Accredited
Companies maintained by the labour authority where
the company's registered office is situated. Firms
which appoint a contractor or sub-contractor to carry
out any job on a building site must accredit that their
contractors or sub-contractors are entered in the
Register, and to this end they must request their
registration certificates.

Actualmente, el sector residencial y terciario consume aproximadamente el 40% de la
energía demandada, estimándose ahorros de energías superiores al 30% a través de
la aportación de energías renovables, equipos de bajo consumo energético,
aislamientos, etc.

La calificación energética se calcula de acuerdo a la metodología desarrollada en la legislación vigente, la cual
determina la eficiencia energética de un edificio midiendo
la energía consumida en calefacción, refrigeración, ventilación, iluminación, etc. La misma se representa en un diagrama de barras como el ilustrado, siendo A edificio más
eficiente, y G edificio menos eficiente.
The energy rating is calculated using the method set out
in current legislation, which determines a building's
energy efficiency by measuring the energy consumed for
heating, refrigeration, ventilation, lighting, etc. The rating
is represented by a bar chart as in the illustration, A being
the most efficient and G the least efficient building.
