marriage, accomplishing a dream/goal, or anything that makes you HAPPY. Please send



All JANCOA employees must bring proper identification to work. Proper
identification would be a driver’s license or a state issued card.
Timesheets are due in the office no later than 8:00 am on the Monday of pay
week.

Recordatorios Importantes
 Todos los empleados de JANCOA deben traer su identificación apropiada al
trabajo. Una Identificación apropiada es una licencia de conducir o una
identificación del estado.
 Las Hojas de tiempo deben ser entregadas en la oficina los lunes de la
semana de pago no más tarde de las 8:00 am.

On March 13th JANCOA had over 200 people at the Heart Walk this year! We really
appreciate everyone participating and supporting the American Heart Association!
El 13 de MArzo JANCOA tuvo mas de 200 personas en la caminata del Corazón este año!
Realmente apreciamos a todos los que participaron y apoyaron a la Asociación Americana del
Corazón!
Paid Vacation Time
A benefit of being a JANCOA employee is that JANCOA provides paid vacation time for
their employees. If you have been working with JANCOA for more than 1 year of
continuous employment, then you get one week paid vacation. If you have been
working with JANCOA for more than 5 years of continuous employment, then you get
two weeks paid vacation. This benefit is for full time & part time employees. If you
have any questions about this awesome benefit please call the office.
Employees that are eligible for paid vacation time must complete the NEW vacation
request form then give the form to their manager. To get a NEW vacation request form
you can either stop by the office or ask your Manager.
Scholarship Opportunity
The Cincinnati USA Hispanic Chamber awards scholarships every year for Hispanic

Employee of the Month
Victor Reyes Gonzalez is our employee of the month! Victor
has been part of the JANCOA family for over 2 years and is
currently working as a day porter in one of our downtown
buildings. Victor is willing to help when ever needed and
always provides exceptional service with a smile. The
customer loves having Victor as their day porter! JANCOA
appreciates all his hard work and we are thankful that he is
part of the JANCOA team. Way to go Victor!
Tiempo de Vacaciones pagadas
Un beneficio de trabajar en JANCOA es que JANCOA provee a sus trabajadores de vacaciones
pagas. Si usted ha trabajado en JANCOA por más de un año continuo usted obtiene una semana
de vacaciones pagas. Si usted ha trabajado con JANCOA por más de 5 años continuos usted
obtiene dos semanas de vacaciones pagas. Este es un beneficio para trabajadores a tiempo
completo y medio tiempo. Si usted tiene alguna duda o pregunta sobre este maravilloso
beneficio por favor llame a la oficina.
Los empleados elegibles para este beneficio deben completar el NUEVO formato de vacación y
entregárselo a su gerente. Para obtener el nuevo formato usted puede pasar por la oficina o

Victor es nuestro empleado del mes! Victor tiene parte de la familia de Jancoa
por más de 2 años y actualmente trabaja como un portero de día en uno de
los edificios del centro de la ciudad. Víctor está dispuesto a ayudar siempre
que sea necesario y siempre ofrece un servicio excepcional con una sonrisa. El
cliente le encanta tener a Victor como su portero de día! En Jancoa se le
agradece su buen trabajo y estamos agradecidos de que él es parte del
