 MAP Grade-Level Assessment Schedule – Week of April 27-May 1, 2015:
o Monday, April 27 – Grades 5 & 6
o Tuesday, April 28 – Grades 3, 4, 5, & 6
o Wednesday, April 29 – Grades 3, 4, 5, & 7
o Thursday, April 30 – Grades 6, 7
o Friday, May 1 – MAP Test Make-Up Date
*Please note this is a tentative schedule and these times and dates may be altered due
to circumstances that arise with the new online testing system beyond our control.
Every effort will be made to follow this schedule.
 One Bus Route:
o Please be reminded that we will only have one bus route on Wednesday, April
29, 2015, for both the morning and afternoon routes.
 Community Day and Student Kickball Tournament – May 14, 2015:
o This year’s fun day will be combined with the annual
kickball tournament on Thursday, May 14, 2015. Students
will participate in theme activities in the morning and a
kickball tournament in the afternoon. Parents are
invited to join their child(ren) on this day and stay
for lunch before enjoying the kickball tournament in
the afternoon. Mark your calendars and more information will be sent home
with students in the next few weeks!

 May 7: PTO Pizza Hut Fundraiser (4-8 p.m.)
 May 8: Field Trip – Bowling (Grades PK-8)
 May 12: Field Trip – The Magic House (Grades 5-6)
 May 14: Community Day & Kickball Tournament
 May 18: Field Trip – Six Flags (Grades 7-8)
 May 19: 8th Grade Graduation at 7 p.m.
 May 20: Last Day of School – Dismiss at 12:15 p.m.

o Viernes, 01 de mayo - Prueba MAP Fecha Maquillaje
* Tenga en cuenta que es un calendario provisional y estos tiempos y fechas puede ser
alterado debido a las circunstancias que se presentan con el nuevo sistema de pruebas
en línea más allá de nuestro control. Se hará todo lo posible por seguir este horario.
 Una ruta de autobús:
o Se recuerda que sólo tendremos una ruta de autobús en Miércoles, 29 de abril
2015, tanto para los de mañana y tarde rutas.
 Día de la Comunidad y Estudiantes Kickball Tournament - 14 de mayo 2015:
o Fun day de este año se combinará con el torneo anual de
kickball el jueves 14 de mayo de 2015. Los estudiantes
participarán en actividades temáticas por la mañana y
un torneo kickball en la tarde. Los padres están
invitados a unirse a su niño (s) en este día y quedarse
a almorzar antes de disfrutar del torneo kickball en
la tarde. Marquen sus calendarios y más información serán enviados a casa con
los estudiantes en las próximas semanas!

• 07 de mayo: PTO Pizza Hut para recaudar fondos (4-8 pm)

• 14 de mayo: Día de la Comunidad y Kickball Torneo
• 18 de mayo: Salida de campo - Six Flags (Grados 7-8)
• 19 de mayo: 8vo Grado Graduación en 7 p.m.
• 20 de mayo: Último día de clases - Descartar a las 12:15 pm
