permite una óptima desferrización y reducción
volumétrica. El producto, trabajado de esta manera,
supone un valor claramente superior, y el volumen,
notablemente reducido, permite cargas mayores de
transporte, optimizando su coste. Entre los materiales a

The STOKKERMILLTM plant for the recycling of aluminum allows
total iron removal and a volume reduction. The product
assumes a higher value and the volume is reduced for
more economic transport.

1 Los trituradores de 4 ejes de la seria SM F consiguen
obtener, gracias a las parrillas intercambiables
realizadas en acero antidesgaste y a la configuración
de las cuchillas, un tamaño del material a la salida,
calibrado según las necesidades de la línea de
reciclado.
2 El molino de martillos, gracias a la acción de los
martillos libres y de las parrillas intercambiables,
está preparado para reducir el tamaño en varias
medidas, según la parrilla instalada, y de liberar los
componentes ferrosos y plásticos del material en el
que se encuentran englobados: plásticos, cauchos,
barnices, otros restos en general.
3 El separador a corriente inducida ECS está preparado
para separar el material no ferroso procedente del
molino de martillos de otros restos, colocándolos en
contenedores de estocado separados. Se obtiene, de
esta manera, una fracción de aluminio limpia, lista
para la venta o para posteriores fases de tratamiento
y refinación.

1 The four shaft shredders SM F series has a set of
interchangeable grids, made of wear- resistant steel
which together with variable blade configurations,
allow the size of the output material to be calibrated
to the subsequent needs of the recycling line.
2 The hammermill both reduces the size of the
material, in different sizes depending of the screen
installed, and cleans and separates the material from
plastics, rubbers, paints, inert.
3 The eddie current removes any inert material leaving
clean top quality smelting aluminium.
