SIGN UP FOR WINTER PROTECTION
Now is the time to start thinking about winter’s cold weather and how you’ll pay
your energy bills.
You can find out if you qualify for winter protection by calling a UI Customer Care
Representative. We’ll work with you to arrange a payment schedule that meets your
individual needs. Call us toll-free at 1-800-442-5004, or in the Greater New Haven
area calling area, dial 499-3333. Our representatives are available Monday through
Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Once your winter protection eligibility is established, continued electric service will be
assured between November 1, 2009 and May 1, 2010.

Despues que su eligibilidad para protección durante el invierno sea establecida, su servicio de
electricidad continuo será garantizado desde el 1 de noviembre de 2009 hasta el 1 de mayo, 2010.
