Monthly passes must be shown each time
you board. One trip is permitted per fare/
pass. Ask the operator for a transfer when
boarding.
Discount Cash Fares are available to:
(1) Seniors 65 years of age and older, and
(2) Medicare recipients.
*Children under 12 ride free with an
accompanying paying adult.
Route 3 provides a link to Public Transit
of Asheville “ART”. Contact ART at
828.253.5691 or visit ridetheart.com.

Bike Policy
Apple Country Public Transit allows bicycles
to travel on buses at no extra charge (buses
are equipped with bicycle racks).
• No weapons, open food or drink
• No loud talking or music
Apple Country Public Transit reserves
the right to refuse and/or remove any
passenger not in adherence with the
passenger guidelines.

Apple Country Public Transit provides
bus service throughout the City of
Hendersonville, Town of Fletcher and
Laurel Park with three (3) bus routes
running from 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
Routes originate from the Transfer Site,
located at the corner of 4th and Grove
Street in downtown Hendersonville
(next to the 1995 Henderson County
Courthouse). Henderson County
contracts with Western Carolina
Community Action (WCCA) to provide
transit and paratransit services.
