Anwendung
Die Verschlussstopfen dienen zum Verschließen nicht benutzter Öffnungen für
Leitungseinführungen bei elektrischen
Betriebsmitteln der Zündschutzart „Erhöhte Sicherheit“.
Application
The (stopping) plugs are used to close
unused cable inlet openings in electrical
equipment of explosion protection class
"Increased safety".

Bei Arbeiten in explosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen hängt die Sicherheit von
Personen und Anlagen von der Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften ab.
Purpose of these instructions
Working in hazardous areas, the safety of
personnel and plant depends on
complying with all relevant safety
regulations.
Das Montage- und Wartungspersonal,
welches in solchen Anlagen arbeitet, trägt
deshalb eine besondere Verantwortung.
Die Voraussetzung dafür ist die genaue
Kenntnis der geltenden Vorschriften und
Bestimmungen.
Diese Anleitung fasst kurz die wichtigsten
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zusammen. Sie
ergänzt die entsprechenden Vorschriften,
zu deren Studium das verantwortliche
Personal verpflichtet ist.
Assembly and maintenance staff working
on installations therefore have a particular
responsibility.
They require precise knowledge of the
applicable standards and regulations.
This introduction gives a brief summary of
the most important safety measures. It
supplements
the
corresponding
regulations which the staff responsible
must study.

für den zugelassenen Einsatzzweck.
Use the (stopping) plugs only for their
permitted purpose.
Fehlerhafter oder unzulässiger Einsatz
sowie das Nichtbeachten der Hinweise
dieser Betriebsanleitung schließen eine
Gewährleistung unsererseits aus.
Incorrect or impermissible use or noncompliance with these instructions
invalidates our warranty provision.
Umbauten und Veränderungen an den
Verschlussstopfen, die den Explosionsschutz beeinträchtigen, sind nicht gestattet.
Any alterations and modifications to the
(stopping) plugs impairing their explosion
protection are not permitted.
Die Verschlussstopfen dürfen nur im
unbeschädigten und sauberen Zustand
betrieben werden.
Operate the (stopping) plugs only if they
are undamaged and clean.

La tuerca necesaria a la fijación de los
tapones debe ser de metal o de otro
material adecuado.
Um den IP-Schutz zu gewährleisten, müssen die Gehäuseoberflächen und Wandoberflächen, in
welche die Verschlussstopfen eingebaut werden, sauber, eben (parallel) und riefenfrei sein!
To guarantee the IP protection class, the surfaces of the enclosures and walls into which the (stopping)
plugs are fitted must be clean, flat and free of scoring!

montados los tapones, deben ser limpios, planos y sin rayas!
Transport und Lagerung sind nur in Originalverpackung gestattet.
Transport and storage is permitted only in
