This is the smallest house a group of four with one bedroom but also has a sofa bed to allow up to 4 visitors.
The house has an open plan downstairs with ample room for you to enjoy your holiday. A BBQ and sitting out area
comes with the facilities and is positioned in a quiet corner of the garden.
The open plan lounge kitchen/diner is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing
machine. All china, glassware and cookware is provided.
A library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own. Mini-music system
available.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath/shower wash basin and toilet.
The bedroom has a double bed and a cot can be placed on the spacious landing outside the bedroom door.
For those of you who need a change from the heated pool there is a Boule court to while away the long summer
afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the risseau (stream) is
possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk away.
In the games room there is currently a pool table, table football and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park
land with mature trees and a river running through. The heated pool is open April through September and has a
large enclosed decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings.
Bed linen and towels can be hired at 10€ per person but you will need your own pool/beach towels. The kitchen
includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and china. Prices all inclusive June to
September, after that period, electricity will be metered and charged at cost, paid locally. Please note that the
stairs to the upper floor are quite steep and may not be suitable for those with very young children or those with
mobility problems.
WiFi connection available in the community/games room areas.
