Mollino - Originally designed by the architect Carlo Mollino
for the RAI auditorium, the Mollino has been restyled to
cater for the demands of today’s discerning audiences.
Nevertheless it retains the minimalist and curvaceous
elegance of its 1970s heritage.
Specification: Fabric-upholstered, the armchair is built
around a robust steel, MDF and solid beech framework.
Delivering the ultimate in comfort, the seat is sprung
with woven elasticized webbing and cushioned with
fireproof polyurethane foam. A silent-operation counterweight system assures quiet, smooth auto-retraction to
the seats unoccupied position every time. The chair legs
comprise curved metal tubing, which can be finished in
a variety of effects and are easily anchored to the floor.
Options: Seat coverings can be selected from a range of
attractive, durable fabrics or sustainably sourced leathers. Chair legs are painted black as standard but can
be supplied in galvanic chrome or brass plating upon
request. An optional back panel can be fitted if required.

dall’architetto Carlo Mollino, la poltrona è stata ridisegnata per rispondere alle esigenze del sofisticato pubblico
moderno. Ciononostante conserva l’eleganza minimalista e curvilinea della tradizione anni ‘70.
Specifiche: Rivestita in tessuto, la poltrona è realizzata
con una solida struttura in acciaio, MDF e massello di
faggio. Per garantire il massimo confort, la poltrona è
imbottita in poliuretano espanso ignifugo e il molleggio
è ottenuto con cinte elastiche incrociate. Un silenzioso
sistema di ribaltamento automatico a contrappeso consente al sedile di collocarsi in posizione di riposo in modo
discreto e delicato. Il fissaggio a terra avviene semplicemente attraverso piedi in tubolare metallico elegantemente modellati, disponibili in diverse finiture.
Varianti: Diversi materiali di rivestimento delle poltrone
possono essere scelti da un elenco di tessuti confortevoli e resistenti o di pelli prodotte in maniera sostenibile.
I piedi sono normalmente verniciati colore nero, ma su
richiesta possono essere forniti con finitura galvanica
cromo o ottone. Su richiesta la poltrona può essere fornita con un pannello retro-schienale.

pour l’amphithéâtre de la RAI, le fauteuil Mollino a été
redessiné pour répondre aux demandes des publics experts actuels. Il maintient cependant l’élégance toute en
courbes et minimaliste caractéristique de son époque,
1970.
Spécification: Ce fauteuil rembourré est construit sur un
cadre robuste en acier, MDF et hêtre massif. Pour garantir
le maximum de confort, la suspension du siège est faite
de sangles élastiques tressées, et les coussins sont en
mousse de polyuréthane ignifuge. Grâce au système de
contrepoids silencieux, l’assise se relève chaque fois en
douceur dans la position libre. Les pieds du fauteuil sont
faits de tubes en métal incurvés, avec des finitions pouvant produire différents effets, et s’ancrent au sol facilement.
Options: On peut choisir les revêtements dans une
gamme de tissus durables et attrayants, ou de cuirs
provenant de sources durables. Les pieds du fauteuil
sont peints en noir comme version standard mais, sur
demande, ils peuvent être fournis en chrome galvanisé
ou en laiton plaqué. Sur demande on peut monter un
panneau arrière facultatif.

für das RAI Auditorium entworfene Mollino-Stuhl wurde,
angepasst an die hohen Ansprüche des heutigen Publikums, in aktuellem Design neu aufgelegt. Trotz neuem
Design bewahrt er sich jedoch die minimalistische und
kurvenbetonte Eleganz des Originals aus den 1970ern.
Beschreibung: Das Untergestell des mit Stoff bezogenen
Polstersessels besteht aus einem robusten Rahmen aus
Stahl, MDF und massivem Buchenholz. Die Federung
des besonders komfortablen Stuhls besteht aus gewebten elastischen Gurtbändern und er ist mit feuerfestem
PUR-Schaum gepolstert. Ein besonders leises Gegengewichtssystem gewährleistet das lautlose, stufenlose
automatische Hochklappen der Sitzfläche nach dem
Aufstehen. Die Stuhlbeine bestehen aus gebogenen
Metallrohren, die in zahlreichen Oberflächenausführungen erhältlich sind und einfach am Boden fixiert werden
können.
Optionen: Es sind wahlweise Sitzbezüge in verschiedenen
attraktiven und haltbaren Stoffen oder aus nachhaltigen
Quellen gewonnenem Leder erhältlich. Die Stuhlbeine
sind in der Standardausführung schwarz lackiert, können
jedoch auf Anfrage auch galvanisch verchromt oder mit
Messingbeschichtung geliefert werden. Optional ist auch
ein Paneel zur Verkleidung der Rückenlehne erhältlich.

ha sido rediseñada para atender a las demandas, cada
vez más exigentes, de las audiencias y espectadores actuales. No obstante conserva la elegancia minimalista y
sinuosa heredada de la butaca de 1970.
Características: Tapizada en tela, esta butaca está construida sobre una robusta estructura de acero, DM y
haya. Proporciona el máximo confort gracias al mullido
de su asiento, el cual se consigue con cinchas elásticas
de tejido, y su acolchado con espuma de poliuretano ignífuga. Su sistema silencioso de contrapeso garantiza,
en todo momento, un suave movimiento autorretráctil
hacia su posición vacía. Las patas están realizadas con
tubos de metal curvados, los cuales pueden presentar
acabados con diferentes efectos y son muy fáciles de
anclar al suelo.
Variantes: Se pueden seleccionar diversos revestimientos
para este asiento dentro de una atractiva gama de telas
de gran durabilidad o piel obtenida de forma sostenible.
Las patas están pintadas, de serie, de negro pero, previa
solicitud, se pueden suministrar en cromo galvanizado o
latón. Si es necesario, se puede instalar un panel trasero
opcional.
