persona de confianza puede ser un vecino,
familiar, lider religioso u otra persona con quien
el nilo pueda hablar si algo le pasa y no quiere
hablar con usted.

Dear Parents:
In an effort to better serve your scholar's best interest, we are asking parents to do the
following:
o
Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 7:30 a.m. The breakfast door closes at 7:30
o
Have scholars to arrive on time every day. Scholars need to be in their classroom
by 7:45 a.m. at that time they will be marked tardy.
o
All phone calls to teachers will be sent to their voicemail to not interrupt
instructional time. Teachers will check for messages during their planning period
and at the end of the school day.
o
When possible, set appointments for your scholar after school hours
o
Turn in notes (excuses) to the front office within three days from the absence; the
office is not responsible for notes not turned in by the teacher.
( Notes turned in after the three days will not be valid)
o
Photo Identification is always required when entering the building and for any
early dismissal or release.
o
Please notify your scholar's teacher of any transportation changes with a written
note. We will not honor transportation changes made by your scholar.
For emersency situation please call the school by 1:50 p.m. for PK and 2:25 p.m.
for Kg - 5th in order to meet your request on time. We will not be able to make
any changes in transportation request after 2:35 p.m.
If your scholar leaves school for

an appointment or any other reason before 2:45 p.m.
it affects his/her attendance and is marked as a "Partiul Absence," and is recognized as
unexcused unless provided with a doctor's slip.
Handwritten notes are not accepted, for partial absences per Austin Independent School

Estimado Padres:
En un esfuerzo de mejor servir el inter6s de su hijo(a), estamos pidiendo a los padres que por
favor hagamos lo siguiente:

El almuerzo se sirve de las 7:00 - 7:30 a.m, La puerta de la cocina se cera a las 7:30 a.m.
Que lleguen los alumnos a tiempo todo los dias. Alumnos que no est6n en el
sal6n de clase a las 7:45 am, ser6n marcados tardios.
o
Todas las llamadas a los maestros se enviaran a su correo de voz. Llame al profesor(a) de
su hijo(a) durante el periodo de planeamiento, cuando llaman durante las horas regulares
al tiempo de la lecci6n, causan una intemrpci6n al tiempo de enseflanza.
o
Cuando es posible, haga las citas para su hijo(a) despuds de la escuela preferible.
o
Entregue las notas de doctor a la oficina; la oficina no es responsable por las notas que no
se entregan directamente a la oficina. Las notas tienen que estar en nuestra oficina
para el tercer dia de escuela. No podemos aceptar notas despu6s de tres dfas.
o
Identificaci6n con foto es necesariapara entrar al edihcio a todo tiempo de visita o para
levantar a un estudiante durante el horario de escuela.
o
Por favor de mandar una carta escrita al maestro(a) de su hijo(a) si hay cambios en la
transportaci6n. No podremos tomar la palabra del alumno para ser cambios de
transportaci6n. Para situaciones de emergencia por favor de llamar a la l:50 pm para los
de Pre-Kinder y a las 2:25 pm para los de Kinder a 5to grado. Despuds de las 2:35p.m no
podremos aceptar llamadas para cambios de transportaci6n.
Si su hijo(a) es recogido temprano de la escuela para una cita de doctor, dentista o por una buena
razon antes de las 2:45 p.m. se marcara tardio como faltando 66Parte de Escuela" sin excusa,
hasta que recibamos la nota del doctor o cita. Tienen tres dias para entregar notas de Doctor o
notas escritas por el padre a la oficina. Cuando levanten a un alumno temprano sin excusa
razonable antes de las 2:45,Ia escuela no aceptara notas de los padres/guardia por la falta.
