calidad por parte de nuestros fabricantes, aseguramos un
personal siempre formado en el servicio técnico. Estaremos
encantados de ayudarle en todas las cuestiones sobre la

encontrará online una amplia base de datos de asistencia y
todos los documentos, drivers, instrucciones y otros consejos
sobre todos los aparatos.
Reparaciones y casos en garantía: Todos los casos en
garantía entrantes son gestionados el mismo día. Si podemos
diagnosticar nosotros mismos el fallo, repararemos inmediatamente la mercancía en nuestras instalaciones o se
transferirán al fabricante. Como centro de servicio técnico
certificado por Epson, realizamos las reparaciones en garantía
directamente in situ en nuestras instalaciones. De esta forma,
somos mucho más rápidos y competentes que los distribuidores que envían los aparatos defectuosos al fabricante.
Servicio de piezas de repuesto: Le podemos suministrar
cientos de miles de piezas de repuesto de los distintos
fabricantes. Para casi todos los productos, ofrecemos
diferentes piezas de repuesto estándar en grandes cantidades,
directamente desde nuestro almacén. En nuestra sección
de asistencia en Internet encontrará planos de despiece,
mediante los cuales podrá identificar claramente módulos
completos, piezas de desgaste e incluso tornillos individuals

SERVICIOS DE INSTALACIÓN
Con Jarltech solucionará también grandes proyectos de
instalación sin agobios. Si lo desea, configuraremos sistemas,
PCs y determinados aparatos según sus deseos antes de la
entrega y los enviamos a Vd. o directamente a sus clientes.
En este caso, sus técnicos solamente tendrán que instalar
y montar, y la laboriosa configuración no será necesaria.
Puede tratarse de la instalación de una imagen, instalación
de software TPV en un terminal táctil, reetiquetado de
determinados aparatos, como impresoras de punto de
venta o escáneres, preconfiguración de aparatos handheld
de Windows CE, o simplemente de la preinstalación de
Windows en un PC compacto. Especialmente con elevados
números de unidades ahorrará muchos gastos de personal
y tiempo en la instalación con nuestros económicos precios
globales de instalación.
Además, tanto Vd. como sus clientes tendrán mayor seguridad
de que el sistema adquirido funcione efectivamente tal como
lo desea: durante la configuración revisamos el hardware
por posibles fallos de producción o daños, de manera que
se retiran inmediatamente los aparatos que eventualmente
estén defectuosos. Le explicaremos gustosamente lo que
podamos hacer por Vd. – ¡diríjase a su persona de contacto

dinero, pagará con puntos. Le enviaremos los premios sin
ningún gasto a cualquier dirección que desee. Los premios

Sus ventajas como VIP Plata: Por alcanzar el status de
plata le abonaremos automáticamente 2.000 puntos de
bienvenida en su cuenta de puntos. Aparte de portes sin
cargo en España (excepto express y envío en Sábados) a
partir de un valor de la mercancía de 1.000 euros, pertenecerá
a partir de ese momento a un círculo reducido de participantes en promociones especiales (kits, bundles, ofertas) de
determinados productos, y de esta forma tendrá la posibilidad
de abonos adicionales de puntos. Otra ventaja del status de
plata: obtendrá un descuento adicional por el envío urgente
y el servicio de sábados. Además, le ofreceremos nuestro
servicio de Dead-on-Arrival, así como la asistencia gratuita
en nuestras instalaciones, para Vd. o para sus empleados, a

Sus ventajas como VIP Oro: Por descontado los VIPS Oro
reciben las mismas ventajas que los VIPS Plata. Pero además
al llegar a VIP Oro, recibirá 5,000 puntos de bienvenida.
Además, envíos gratis (excepto express y envío en Sábados)
a partir de 600 euros y un 25 por ciento extra de puntos.

cada aparato nuestros contratos de servicio, en Internet y
también por teléfono, de forma sencilla y sin complicaciones,
así como sin tener que rellenar formularios ni solicitudes.
Pida su hardware directamente a la hora de la compra con
una o ambas de las opciones de servicio siguientes:
Ampliación de garantía: Con un
recargo del nueve por ciento, podrá
adquirir casi todos nuestros productos
con tres años completos de garantía –
independientemente de la garantía
inicial del fabricante. Se pueden
combinar el servicio de intercambio
previo y la ampliación de la garantía.
Servicio de intercambio previo: Si durante el período de
garantía falla un aparato adquirido con la opción de intercambio
previo, bastará con una llamada de teléfono y le enviamos
inmediatamente un nuevo aparato de repuesto a Vd., o si así
lo desea, directamente a su cliente. A continuación, tendrá
diez días para devolvernos el aparato defectuoso. El aparato
de repuesto se lo quedará simplemente y no tendrá que
volver a reemplazarlo. Este servicio lo podrá obtener por
un pago único del ocho por ciento del precio del aparato.
Es válido para el plazo de garantía del fabricante, o si lo ha
adquirido también, para el plazo de garantía ampliado.

Why should a successful project not be expanded upon? Exactly, there is nothing that speaks against
the idea. Seeing what a success the Jarltech catalogues in Europe, the Middle East and in North Africa
are, while also being a unique item in the industry in printed form, Jarltech decided to also produce
a Chinese version of the catalogue. Review of the first edition: in China the catalogue is extremely
popular, thus resulting in the production of a second edition mid-year in 2013, entirely in Chinese.

In order to deliver the majority of orders more quickly, Jarltech has
set up big warehouses in both China and Dubai. Many of the current
top sellers are in stock there in large numbers, so most orders in
these regions are filled directly from stock. When equipping them,
Jarltech has made no compromises: the successful hardware concept of the European central warehouse, with the rugged tablet PCs
of our vendor Getac, ensures for smooth processes from the outset
and for efficient warehousing.

for use with serial Epson printers over a single RS232 interface using
pass-through mode.
The customer display can be read even from far away or at different angles without difficulty and the display head is rotatable in
all directions. Additionally, you can use one or two of the included
installation tubes to adjust the height of the display (max. 43 cm) to
the cash desk and shop design. Alternatively, you can also place the

You program the commands within seconds and also create complete

The Glancetron 1290 is a magnetic stripe reader for different card
applications in an extremely compact design. It reads all three stripes
of a magnetic card with ISO standard and is particularly flexible in
terms of connectivity. At a size of just 115 x 46 x 34 mm (LxWxH),
intelligent technology is hidden within the device along with the
decoder, enabling you to adapt easily to all applications.
Connecting the Glancetron 1290 is
extremely flexible: the reader is compatible with all standard interfaces, only
an additional cable for meeting specific requirements may have to
be ordered. Along with a serial cable and keyboard wedge cable,
two cable versions for the USB interface are also available. Here you
either use the KBW or RS232 emulation versions. In this case, you
benefit from the advantages of a USB interface and simulate the
transfer via keyboard wedge or serial port.
In order to be able to adapt perfectly to the diverse requirements
in POS, gastronomic and medical areas, the scanner is available in
either black and white.
Glancetron
The bi-directional reader allows the card to be pulled through in both
directions, which not only improves ergonomics, but also increases the
speed of payment transactions. Since it reads all three tracks of the
magnetic card, synchronisation with the application is unnecessary. The
collected information is directly converted in the decoder into ASCII
characters. You can easily program the data in the Glancetron 1290
yourself (such as convert information, replace characters, cut character
strings, etc.) using the user-friendly Windows software. The Glancetron 1290 magnetic stripe reader is thus suitable for all systems
with special requirements for data formatting or when only specific
parts of credit or EC card data are to be transferred due to security

The 363B reads and writes using an exceptionally safe two-head
method: the first magnetic head writes data on the card while the
second head verifies the data again. The device encodes all three ISO
standard tracks using this method, guaranteeing smooth production.
The 363B is an excellent choice for issuing internal member and stored
value cards, access and time clock applications, or for designing your
own customer retention systems. The device uses the so-called LoCo
process with 300 Oerstedt to encode the magnetic cards. An external
adaptor for power supply is not required, as the device is powered by

Barcodes are not only used on
items, e.g. to identify goods,
but also on cards, for example
on member, loyalty or access cards.
Those barcode cards are an interesting alternative to magnetic stripe
cards, as they are easy to produce, low in cost and non-sensitive
to environmental influences like strong magnetic fields, or dust and
dirt. One solution for easy reading of those barcode cards is the
Glancetron 650 barcode slot reader series. The decoder processes
the barcode information and immediately transmits the transformed
data to the host. The Glancetron 650 is connected directly to every
PC via USB, keyboard wedge or serial (RS232).
The blank magnetic cards are
a premium quality product,
available in different colours.
The black magnetic stripe with
three encodable tracks is on the back. It
is easy and quick to write data on them with the
help of a suitable magnetic card encoder. A coding device is already
integrated in many card printers, enabling users to simultaneously
encode cards during the printing operation.

Special features: the Glancetron 650 reads standard (visible) as well
as infrared (invisible) barcodes. They are covered with a greyish-black
film that is impenetrable to visible light. This means the barcode
is not visible to the eye and can neither be copied nor read with a
normal scanner. The decoder processes all common barcodes and
has diverse setting possibilities. An extensive set of barcode cards
with programming codes is included in the delivery for programming
the 650 (for example, turning off certain barcode types, setting of
prefixes and suffixes, or changing the signal tone).

The 2009 provides an excellent entry-level device for barcode scanning at a reasonable price. Simply place the touch scanner above the
barcode. After pressing the trigger on the bottom of the device, the
scanner automatically decodes the barcode information and transmits
it to the host. The scanner‘s 80 mm scanning range ensures that it can
read all commercial barcodes, such as EAN codes, PZN, ISBN, etc.
The scanner is available with three connection types: keyboard wedge,
USB and serial interface. The keyboard wedge version is simply
connected between the PC and keyboard. All scanned data is sent
unchanged to the keyboard interface and appears on the screen as if
typed on the keyboard. The USB version works in a similar way: the
data appears on the screen exactly where the cursor is located. Both
versions do not require additional software changes and can therefore be used with any application. If the scanner is connected via the
serial interface, the software has to poll the RS232 interface actively
before data can be processed internally.
Use this feature to turn various barcode types on or off, configure
RS232 parameters, adjust the scanner to different languages or
configure other options.
The scanner is available in black or white and includes a connection
cable. The rubber scanner holder is suitable for screw or glue installation. If required, order the holder separately.
Glancetron

comes with a configuration manual that helps you adapt the scanner

The Glancetron 8045 is a
cash drawer for manual
operation. It offers high
functionality and a long

automatic opening of drawers. It is opened like a
normal drawer by a gentle push against the front. The drawer locks
into place in the same manner when closing it. Naturally, the drawer
is equipped with a 2-step lock so that it also can be left unattended.

This manual model is also equipped with a soft-opening mechanism
that opens and closes the drawer extremely smoothly. Ball bearing
steel rails ensure that the drawer still runs smoothly even after

420 x 420 x 91 mm allows for even distribution of five horizontal
banknote compartments, one cheque compartment, and nine coin
compartments that can be adjusted freely. Compartments and
separators for coins and notes can be removed individually from the
drawer. The cash drawer is available in black with a scratch-resistant
stainless steel front.

The Glancetron 1300 is a
particularly secure and easy
to integrate waiter lock. Different
users (e.g. waiters) are identified by
the POS system through small magnetic
chips (waiter keys). Every chip contains a factory-set, 16-digit key that
cannot be user-adjusted. As soon as a magnetic contact between
the key chip and lock is established, the Glancetron 1300 waiter lock
sends the chip number to the PC using a keyboard wedge or RS232
interface. Upon removal of the key, a series of up to seven characters
can be sent to the host that makes it possible to determine if the
cash desk is still in use.
Restaurant personnel will find this magnetic chip technology
significantly easier and faster to use than conventional plug or key
systems– especially during peak hours. The chips only have to be
placed on the magnetic contact where they remain magnetically stuck.
Due to the missing openings, this system is far less susceptible to
dirt, moisture and grease. A connection cable for the RS232 interface
and a keyboard wedge is included with every Glancetron 1300. The
required chips need to be ordered separately.
The magnetic chips used by the
Glancetron 1300 – also called Dallas
chips – have been standard in
many POS systems for many
years. Naturally, the system
also uses these fast and
easily operated chips. The
keys just have to be placed
on the lock and remain
magnetically attached. For
restaurant personnel this easy-to-use
magnetic chip technology is especially convenient and fast at peak
hours, as unlike with plug systems, it is irrelevant how the chip is
placed on or removed from the lock.
All key chips are plastic and weigh only several grams. A hole is
provided to attach the chip to key rings, chains or similar accessories.
The key chips are available in red, blue, green, yellow, and black.
Every chip contains a random character string that is factory-set.
To provide sufficient protection against manipulation the key strings
cannot be changed by the user.

This splash-protection cover
helps better protect the Epson
TM-T88V printer against any unwanted
impacts or adverse conditions, ensuring that the printer’s life cycle
is not ended prematurely.
This is when the splash-protection cover puts things right: the
transparent plastic cover protects the whole printer against large
quantities of liquid. It is simply placed on top of the device and
snaps into place automatically – installation is completed simply in a
matter of seconds. Damaging amounts of liquid cannot penetrate the
housing, as the receipt output is safely located behind an offset slit –
not even if a whole glass of liquid is spilt on the printer.
Receipt rolls can still be changed easily as the cover is opened
without having to remove it. The cover is integrated perfectly into the
printer’s design and uses plastic material that can be wiped easily.
The receipt roll needs not be threaded through the output slit, as this
is done fully automatically.
Cash drawers are usually connected to
the receipt printer. As soon as the POS
software sends a specific control signal
to the printer, the printer sends an opening
pulse to the cash drawer in order to open it. If the cash
drawer is used without a printer, this is not an option. In
such cases, you will need the opening module 8005.
The Glancetron 8005 cash drawer opener is connected to the serial
or USB interface of the cash desk PC. Then the POS software sends
the control signal to the 8005 instead of sending it to a receipt
printer. The cash drawer will open after it has received an opening
pulse from the 8005. For supplying power, the module uses a
special slot plate adaptor that is connected to the PC. The adaptor
is installed in a slot plate space on the back side of the PC (without
occupying a slot internally).
