Before assembling and installing this product, carefully
read the following:
-Switch of the mains before installing the lamp.
-Never use a bulb with a wattage exceeeding the
recommended one. Always use a bulb with the recommended
wattage or lower.
-To install on the ceiling, always choose the most adequate
fixing tools for the ceiling material.
-This lamp is for indoor use only, excluding bathrooms or any
type of humid surface.
-We recommend reading the manual before installaing the
lamp. Keep this instructions for future reference since thei
contain Information on bulb replacing and maintenance.

Antes de proceder al montaje e instalación de esta
luminaria, leer detenidamente las siguientes
consideraciones.
-Desconectar el suministro eléctrico antes de proceder a la
instalación de la luminaria.
-En ningún caso debe utilizarse una bombilla de potencia

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Switch of the mains before installing the lamp.
1. To install the light fitting, the installer must first fit some fixing bars (not supplied) in the
plasterboard panel. These bars must be suitable for fixing the plaster surround in place properly.
Follow the instructions below:
-The hole in the plasterboard ceiling must measure 35x35 cm.
-The bars must project between 3 and 4cm all round the edges.
-The plaster surround of the inset unit must be 1.25cm deep to be flush with the ceiling.
2. After running the mains power cable (230V) through the large hole in the surround (A), fix the
surround to the supporting bars using the most suitable method (screws, etc.; not supplied) to make
sure it is secured. Once in place, check that it is flush with the plasterboard panel.
IMPORTANT: The surround has a right position for the direction of the spotlight. This is marked with
a label. Install the surround so that the lip inside (B) is on the side you wish to light (see Detail X).
3. Stick adhesive fibreglass tape all round the edge as shown in the drawing.
4. Cover over with filler, the most suitable and compatible with the plasterboard panel, until the
surface is completely smooth and free of marks of any kind.
It is recommended that the ceiling is painted now, before completing installation of the light fitting.
5. After connecting your transformer (not supplied), run the low-voltage cable (12V) through the
small hole in the surround as shown in the drawing and place the transformer inside the false
ceiling.

1. Para poder instalar la luminaria, su instalador tiene que montar previamente en su panel de yeso
laminado unos perfiles de fijación (no suministrados), los más adecuados, que garanticen una
correcta fijación del marco de escayola.
Seguir las siguientes indicaciones:
-El orificio en el panel de yeso laminado tiene que ser de 35x35 cm.
-Los perfiles deben sobresalir en todo su perímetro entre 3 y 4 cm .
-El marco de escayola del conjunto empotrado debe quedar a 1,25 cm. de profundidad para poder
quedar enrasado con la superficie.
2. Después de pasar el cable eléctrico de su instalación (230V) por el orificio grande del marco (A),
fijar el marco a los perfiles soporte utilizando el sistema de fijación (tornillos, etc ) mas adecuado (no
suministrado) que garantice una correcta sustentación. Comprobar una vez fijado que quede
enrasado al panel de yeso laminado.
IMPORTANTE: El marco tiene posición para la orientación del foco, esta marcado con una etiqueta,
colocar el marco de forma que la pestaña interior (B) quede en el lado que se quiera iluminar (Ver
Detalle X).
3. Utilizar cinta de fibra de vidrio con adhesivo en todo el perímetro tal como se ve en el dibujo.
4. Rellenar con pasta tapagrietas, la mas adecuada y compatible con su panel de yeso laminado,
hasta que la superficie quede completamente enrasada y libre de cualquier tipo de marcas.
Se recomienda pintar en este momento el techo antes de seguir con la instalación de la luminaria.
5. Después de conectar su transformador (no suministrado), pasar el cable de baja tensión (12V)
por el orificio pequeño del marco según indica el dibujo y ubicar el transformador en el interior del
falso techo.

1. Zum Anschließen der Leuchte muss der Installateur vorher an Ihrer laminierten Gipsplatte einige
(nicht im Lieferumfang enthaltene) Fixierungsprofile angebracht haben; bei diesen sollte es sich um
die angemessensten handeln, um so die korrekte Befestigung des Gipsrahmens zu gewährleisten.
Befolgen Sie die folgenden Hinweisen:
- Die Öffnung in der laminierten Gipsplatte muss 35 x 35 cm betragen.
- Die Profile müssen überall zwischen 3 und 4 cm hervorstehen.
- Der Gipsrahmen der Einbaueinheit muss zum bündigen Abschließen mit der Wand 1,25 cm tief
sitzen.
2. Führen Sie die Stromkabel Ihrer Elektroinstallation (230V) durch die große Rahmenöffnung (A)
und befestigen Sie anschließend den Rahmen mithilfe von (nicht im Lieferumfang enthaltenen)
angemessenen Befestigungsmitteln (Schrauben etc.) an den Profilen. Überprüfen Sie nun das
bündige Abschließen mit der laminierten Gipsplatte.
WICHTIG: Der Rahmen verfügt über eine Ausrichtposition des Strahlers, die durch ein Etikett
gekennzeichnet ist; bringen Sie den Rahmen so an, dass die Innennase (B) sich auf der Seite
befindet, die beleuchtet werden soll (s. Detailskizze X):
3. Legen Sie das selbstklebende Glasfaserband – wie auf der Abbildung zu sehen – um den
gesamten Rahmen.
4. Verputzen Sie das Ganze mit angemessener sowie mit der laminierten Gipsplatte kompatibler
Spachtelmasse so lange, bis alles bündig mit der Decke abschließt und keinerlei Spuren mehr zu
sehen sind.
Sie sollten nun, bevor Sie die Leuchteninstallation fortsetzen, die Decke streichen.
5. Führen Sie nach Anschließen des (nicht im Lieferumfang enthaltenen) Transformators ein
Schwachstromkabel (12V) – wie auf der Abbildung gezeigt – durch die kleine Rahmenöffnung
und legen Sie den Transformator in die abgehängte Decke.

6. Mount the cover (C) in the order shown by the arrows and secure it with
the 4 short screws supplied.
7. Unplug the power connector (D) for the unit (E).
8. Connect the low-voltage (12V) cables to the connector (D).
Strip the ends of the wires as shown in Detail Y. Then insert the wires into
the connector, following the steps shown. Finally, secure the cables with a
clip or insulating tape; see Detail Z.

6. Montar la tapa (C) siguiendo el orden que indican las flechas y fijarla con
los 4 tornillos cortos suministrados.
7. Desconectar el terminal (D) de la regleta de conexión del conjunto (E).
8. Conectar los cables de baja tensión (12V) al terminal (D).
Pelar las puntas según se indica en el Detalle Y. A continuación enchufar
los cables al terminal siguiendo los pasos que se indican. Por último unir
los cables con una brida o cinta adhesiva, ver Detalle Z.

6. Bringen Sie die Abdeckung (C) in der von den Pfeilen angezeigten
Reihenfolge an und befestigen Sie diese mit den 4 mitgelieferten
Kurzschrauben.
7. Entfernen Sie die Klemme (D) aus der Buchse der Leuchteneinheit (E).
8. Schließen Sie nun die Schwachstromkabel (12V) an die Klemme (D) an.
Legen Sie hierfür zunächst – wie in Detailskizze Y gezeigt – die
Kabelenden frei. Schließen Sie dann die Kabel an die Klemme an,
hierbei den angezeigten Schritte folgen. Fixieren Sie die Kabel
abschließend mit einem Kabelbinder oder Selbstklebeband, siehe
Detailskizze Z.

9. Plug the connector (D) back into the matching connector for the
unit (E).
10. After inserting the connector and the spare cable into the hole,
fit the unit (E) in the order shown by the arrows, so that the tabs
(F) fit snugly into the lip (B) as shown in Detail W.
11. Close the flap without forcing it and fix the unit (E) in place
using the long screws (G) supplied.
NOTE: Bear in mind that the flap can turn up to 90º.
12. Connect and fit the bulb (not supplied).

9. Volver a conectar el terminal (D) a la regleta de conexión del
conjunto (E).
10. Después de introducir la regleta de conexión y el exceso de
cable por el orificio, montar el conjunto (E) siguiendo el orden que
indican las flechas, de forma que los salientes (F) queden bien
montados en la pestaña (B) según de ve en el detalle W.
11. Abatir la lama sin forzar y fijar el conjunto (E) roscando los
dos tornillos largos (G) suministrados.
NOTA: Tener en cuenta que el ángulo de giro de la lama es hasta
90º.
12. Conectar y montar la bombilla (no suministrada).

9. Schließen Sie nun die Klemme (D) wieder an die Buchse der
Leuchteneinheit (E) an.
10. Schieben Sie Buchse und überschüssige Kabel durch die
Einbauöffnung und montieren Sie anschließend die
Leuchteneinheit (E) in der von den Pfeile angezeigten Reihenfolge
so, dass die Aufhänger (F) – wie auf Detailskizze W zu sehen –
korrekt auf der Innennase (B) aufliegen.
11. Schließen Sie die Klappe ohne Kraftaufwand und
befestigen Sie die Leuchteneinheit (E) mit den mitgelieferten
Langschrauben (G).
HINWEIS: Achten Sie hierbei darauf, dass man die Klappe bis 90º
aufklappen kann.
12. Schließen Sie die (nicht im Lieferumfang enthaltene)
Glühlampe an und montieren Sie diese.

13. The whole unit and the body of the spotlight can be turned in the
direction shown by the arrows.
14. The smoothness of turning the flap is set at the factory.
If you need to make it stiffer, it can be adjusted using the Allen key
supplied (H), tightening a stud inside it by turning it slightly, without
applying too much force.

13. Todo el conjunto y el cuerpo del foco pueden efectuar un
movimiento de giro en la dirección que indican las flechas.
14. La suavidad de giro del abatimiento de la lama viene ajustado de
fábrica.
Si necesitase dar mayor resistencia, se puede regular con la llave allen
suministrada (H), apretando una espiga interior mediante un ligero giro,
sin ejercer excesiva presión.

13. Leuchteneinheit und Strahlerkörper können nun bis in die von den
Pfeilen angezeigte Richtung geschwenkt werden.
14. Wie leicht sich die Klappe öffnen lässt, ist ab Werk eingestellt.
Sollte sie sich zu leicht öffnen lassen, kann dies mit dem
mitgelieferten Inbusschlüssel (H) reguliert werden, hierzu einfach die
Stiftschraube innen leicht, d. h. ohne Kraftaufwand anziehen.
