El Auditòrium sa Màniga está
situado en Cala Millor, en la zona

centro complementa su actividad

conciertos, exposiciones, teatro y

The Sa Màniga Auditórium was
opened in 1999 and rounds off
the marvellous accommodation
selection in Cala Millor and the
surrounding area. The space has
been designed to deal with the
demands of the specialised events

The Sa Màniga Auditorium
is located in Cala Millor, on
the east coast of the island of

Desde entonces y hasta la III
generación, la bodega ha sido
objeto de ampliaciones y mejoras
que nos permiten ofrecer nuestros vinos de reconocida calidad.
La bodega está rodeada por 70
hectáreas de viñas de variedades
autóctonas cuidadas con esmero.
Estas variedades de uva, las tintas
Mantonegro y Callet, y la blanca
Moll, de una peculiaridad y calidad
excepcionales, aportan una marcada personalidad y un exquisito
aroma mediterráneo a los vinos.
La cuidadosa crianza tiene lugar
en las dos mil barricas de roble
americano y francés asentadas en
las cavas subterráneas de la bodega, afinándose posteriormente en
el botellero.
In 1931, José L. Ferrer Ramonell
founded the wine cellars in
Binissalem that still bear his name
today. Since then and up to the
III generation, the wine cellar has
been undergoing extensions and
improvements which now permit
us to present our selection of
prime quality wine.
The winery is surrounded by
70 hectares of vines, all native
varieties and lovingly tended.
These varieties of grape, the red
Mantonegro and Callet and the
white Moll, give to the wines
singularity and exceptional
qualities, a strong character
and an exquisite aroma of the
Mediterranean. The careful
ageing process starts in the two
thousand American and French
oak barrels lying in the cellars of
the vineyard, and culminates in
the bottle itself.
José L. Ferrer Ramonell gründet
im Jahre 1931 in Binissalem die
Weinkellerei, die heute seinen
Namen trägt. Drei Generationen
hindurch, erfuhr die Weinkellerei
diverse Erweiterungen und
Erneuerungen, sodass es uns heute
möglich ist, Weine von anerkannter
Qualität zu produzieren. Die
Weinkellerei ist von 70 Hektar
Weinberge umgeben, in denen
einheimische Rebsorten mit
grosser Sorgfalt angebaut werden.
Es handelt sich um die dunklen
Rebsorten Mantonegro und
Callet und der weissen Rebsorte
Moll, deren ausgezeichnete
Qualität den Weinen eine
markante Persönlichkeit und ein
unverwechselbares exquisites
mediterranes Aroma verleihen.
Die Weine werden unter
sorgfältiger Aufsicht in 2000
Barriques aus amerikanischer
und französischer Eiche in den
Kellergewölben der Weinkellerei
gekeltert und reifen anschliessend
in der Flasche aus.
