GET YOUR REFUND.
1.- Claim your INNOVA TAXFREE document at the store. Fill in the tax-free document with your
personal details and Passport number.
Cash your refund at our City Cash Point. To guarantee the operation, the tourist must provide a
credit card and sign a declaration, authorizing INNOVA TAXFREE to withhold the whole VAT amount
during 30 days after the refund was cashed, and to debit it onto the credit card, in the event that the
tourist does not provide the tax-free document duly stamped by Customs within this period of time.
2.- Get your tax-free document stamped at Customs Office.
3.- Send it to INNOVA TAXFREE by post.
1.- Solicite el documento de INNOVA TAXFREE en la tienda. Rellene el documento con sus datos
personales y el número de pasaporte.
Cobre su reembolso del IVA en nuestro punto City Cash. Para garantizar la operación, el turista
deberá facilitar una tarjeta de crédito y firmar una declaración autorizando a INNOVA TAXFREE a
retener el importe total del IVA durante 30 días tras haber cobrado el reembolso, y a hacer el cargo
en su tarjeta de crédito en el caso de que el turista no envie el documento tax-free debidamente
sellado por aduanas dentro de ese periodo.
2.- Selle sus documentos tax-free en la Aduana.
3.- Envíelos por correo a INNOVA TAXFREE.

TAXFREE by post. ONLY INNOVA TAXFREE DOCUMENTS. In some refund offices, at the airports,
additional charges may apply to your VAT refund.
IMPORTANTE! Recuerde que debe sellar el documento tax-free en la aduana antes de abandonar la
Unión Europea. SÓLO DOCUMENTOS DE INNOVA TAXFREE. En algunas oficinas de reembolso, en los
aeropuertos, pueden efectuarse cargos adicionales a su reembolso de IVA.
