Serie SQ98 in acciaio inox AISI 316
Il presente modello on-off a squadra (90°) è disponibile nei diametri nominali da DN 8 al DN 50 ed
è il corrispondente modello con corpo a squadra della serie “FP”. Per le misure più grandi fino al DN
200, fare riferimento al modello “SQ”.
È disponibile nei funzionamenti on-off normalmente chiuso, normalmente aperto o a doppio effetto.
Tale valvola è in grado di raggiungere ed operare normalmente a temperature fino a 190°C, ha inoltre
ingombri ridotti e può essere fornita con le seguenti connessioni: filettata GAS femmina, flangiata con
foratura UNI PN 16, flangiata ridotta e a saldare di tasca.
Lo svariato numero di applicazioni di questa valvola la rendono un modello universale e cio è garantito
da particolari costruttivi di rilievo quali:
• Corpo in AISI 316 ottenuto per microfusione con procedimento cera a perdere. Se attacchi flangiati:
tronchetti saldati in AISI 316 e flange in AISI 304.
• Guarnizione otturatore in PTFE caricato per un’ottima resistenza all’alta temperatura.
• Pacco premistoppa in PTFE e FPM adatto sia per alta che per bassa temperatura posto in posizione
stabile autoregolante a garanzia di una sollecitazione minima per un funzionamento costante nel tempo.
• Albero guidato per un movimento assiale costante a garanzia di un funzionamento sempre efficiente.
• Servocomando in AISI 304 adatto ad utilizzi in condizioni di ambiente esterno particolarmente gravose.
SQ98 series AISI 316 stainless steel
This on-off square model (90°) is available with nominal diameters from DN 8 to DN 50 and is the
corresponding model with square body of the “FP” series. For bigger sizes up to DN 200, refer to “SQ”
model. It is available in the following on-off versions: normally closed, normally open or double acting.
This valve can reach and normally operate at temperatures up to 190°C, has reduced overall dimensions, and can be supplied with the following connections: GAS female threaded, flanged with UNI PN
16 drilling, flanged reduced and socket welding connections. The large number of applications of this
valve makes it a universal model and this is ensured by remarkable construction details such as:
• AISI 316 stainless steel body obtained by lost wax casting process. If the valve comes with flanged
fittings, it has AISI 316 welded stub pipes and AISI 304 flanges.
• Plug gasket made of PTFE reinforced for an excellent resistance to high temperature.
• PTFE and FPM stuffing box suitable for both high and low temperature, installed in a self-adjusting
stable position to have minimum stress for a constant operation.
• Guided stem for a constant axial movement to ensure efficient operation.
• AISI 304 servocontrol suitable for use in particularly heavy external conditions.
Série SQ98 acier inox AISI 316
Ce modèle marche-arrêt en équerre (90°) est disponible avec les diamètres nominaux de DN 8 à DN 50
et est le modèle correpondant avec corps en équerre de la série “FP”. Pour les dimensions supérieures
jusqu’au DN 200, se référer au modèle “SQ”. Disponible avec fonctionnement marche-arrêt normalement
fermé, normalement ouvert ou à effet double. Cette soupape est en mesure d’arriver et opérer normalement
à températures jusqu’à 190°C, a dimensions totales réduites et peut être fournie avec les connexions suivantes: filetée GAZ femelle, bridée avec perçage UNI PN 16, bridée réduite et à souder de poche.
Cette soupape peut être considérée un modèle universel grâce au grand nombre d’applications et cela
est garantit par des détails de réalisation remarquables tels que:
• Corps en AISI 316 obtenu par micromoulage cire à perdre. En cas d’attaches bridées: troncs soudés
en AISI 316 et brides en AISI 304.
• Garniture obturateur en PTFE pour une excellente résistance aux températures élevées.
• Garniture de le presse étoupe en PTFE et FPM apte à haute aussi bien qu’à basse température, installée
en position stable autoréglante afin de garantir une contrainte minimum pour un fonctionnement constant.
• Tige guidé pour un mouvement axial constant afin d’assurer un fonctionnement toujours efficace.
• Actionneur en AISI 304 apte à utilisations en conditions de milieu extérieur particulièrement difficiles.
Serie SQ98 aus Inox-Stahl AISI 316
Das vorliegende Modell On/Off mit 90°-Winkel ist mit den Nominaldurchmessern von DN 8 bis DN
50 verfügbar und korrespondiert mit dem Modell der Serie “FP”. Für größere Ausmaße bis zu DN200
siehe Modell “SQ”. Das Modell ist mit den Funktionsweisen normalerweise offen, normalerweise geschlossen und mit Doppeleffekt erhältlich. Es können Temperaturen bis zu 190°C erreicht werden und
das Ventil besitzt außerdem reduzierte Ausmaße. Es kann mit folgenden Verbindungsstücken geliefert
werden: GAS-Gewinde weiblich, Lochflansch UNI PN 16, reduzierter Flansch und einschweissende
Anschlüsse.
Die Vielseitigkeit dieses Modells macht es zu einem Universalmodell mit folgenden technischen Daten:
• Körper aus AISI 316 erhalten durch Genauguß mit verlorenen Wachsverfahren. Bei geflanschten
Anschlüssen: Stutzen geschweißt aus AISI 316 und Flansche aus AISI 304.
• Verschlußdichtung aus PTFE für eine optimale Resistenz bei hohen Temperaturen.
• Kegeldicthung aus PTFE und Versarktem FPM für hohe und niedrige Temperaturen. Es befindet sich
in einer stabilen, selbstregulierenden Stellung zur Vermeidung von starker Beanspruchung und für eine
kontinuierliche Arbeitsweise.
• Geführte Welle für eine konstante Achsbewegung bei stets effizienter Arbeitsweise.
• Antrieb aus AISI 304, geeignet für den Gebrauch unter besonders schweren Bedingungen.
Serie SQ98 en acero inoxidable AISI 316
Este modelo on-off a escuadra (90°) está disponible en diámetros nominales desde DN 8 a DN 30 y
es el modelo con cuerpo a escuadra que corresponde con la serie “FP”. Para las medidas mayores
hasta DN 200, recurrir al modelo “SQ”.
Disponible con funcionamiento on-off normalmente cerrado, normalmente abierto o a doble efecto.
Esta válvula es capaz de trabajar normalmente a una temperatura máxima de 190°C, además tiene
un volumen reducido y se puede suministrar con las siguientes conexiones: roscada a GAS hembra,
con bridas y perforado UNI PN 16, con bridas reducida y a saldar.
La gran cantidad de aplicaciones de esta válvula hacen de ella un modelo universal, gracias también
a importantes detalles de fabricación tales como:
• Cuerpo en AISI 316 obtenido por microfusión con procedimiento de cera perdida. Si los acoplamientos son rebordeados: troncos soldados de AISI 316 y bridas de AISI 304.
• Guarnición obturador en PTFE para una perfecta resistencia a las altas temperaturas.
• Prensaestopa en PTFE y FPM apto para altas y bajas temperaturas que en posición estable autoreguladora garantiza con un esfuerzo mínimo un funcionamiento constante.
• Eje guiado por un movimiento axial constante que garantiza un funcionamiento eficiente.
• Servomotor en AISI 304 adecuado para el uso en condiciones ambientales especialmente duras.

modello con corpo a squadra della valvola serie “FL”. Per le misure più piccole dal DN 8 al DN 50,
fare riferimento al modello “SQ98”.
Tale valvola è in grado di raggiungere ed operare normalmente a temperature fino a 150°C, e può essere fornita con le seguenti connessioni: flangiata con foratura UNI PN 16, flangiata ridotta e a saldare
di testa. La robustezza costruttiva del presente modello è caratterizzata dai seguenti particolari:
• Corpo valvola ricavato da lamiera in acciaio AISI 316 elettrosaldata.
• Guarnizione otturatore in PTFE o EPDM-PTFE per ottima resistenza all’alta temperatura.
Le altre caratteristiche sono analoghe al modello “SQ98” sopra descritto.
Serie SQT in inox AISI 316
Relativamente alla serie “SQ98” ed “SQ” sopra descritte, è disponibile il modello a tre vie deviatrice
serie “SQT” nei diametri nominali dal DN 15 al DN 125. La valvola può essere fornita con le seguenti
connessioni: flangiata con foratura UNI PN 16, flangiata ridotta e a saldare di testa. Le caratteristiche
tecniche di questa serie sono analoghe a quelle della serie “SQ”.
SQ series AISI 316 stainless steel
This model is available with nominal diameters from DN 65 to DN 200 and is the corresponding model
with square body of the “FL” valve. For smaller sizes from DN 8 to DN 50, refer to “SQ98” model.
This valve can reach and normally operate at temperatures up to 150°C, and can be supplied with
the following connections: flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced and butt welding
connections.
The manufacturing steadiness of this model is characterized by the following details:
• Valve body obtained from electrowelded AISI 316 steel sheet.
• Plug gasket made of PTFE or EPDM -PTFE for an excellent resistance to high temperatures.
The other characteristics are the same as the “SQ98” model described above.
SQT series AISI 316 stainless steel
As regards the “SQ98” and “SQ” series described above, the “SQT” three way diverting model is
available with nominal diameters from DN 15 to DN 125.
This valve can be supplied with the following connections: flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced and butt welding connection.The technical features of this series are the same as the “SQ” series.
Série SQ acier inox AISI 316
Ce modèle est disponible avec diamètres nominaux de DN 65 à DN 200 et est le modèle correspondant avec corps en équerre de la soupape série “FL”. Pour les dimensions inférieures de DN 8 à DN
50, se référer au modèle “SQ98”. Cette soupape est en mesure d’arriver et opérer normalement à

de déviation série “SQT” avec diamètres nominaux de DN 15 à DN 125. La soupape peut être fournie
avec les connexions suivantes: bridée avec perçage UNI PN 16, bridée réduite et à souder de tête.
Les caractéristiques techniques de cette série sont égales à celles de la série “SQ”.

Die robuste Konstruktion dieses Modells wird von folgenden technischen Daten garantiert:
• Kegeldichtung aus elektrogeschweißtem AISI-316-Stahlblech
• Verschlußdichtung aus PTFE oder EPDM-PTFE für eine optimale Resistenz bei hohen Temperaturen.
Die anderen Charakteristiken sind analog zu Modell “SQ98” (s.o.).
Serie SQT aus Inox-Stahl AISI 316
Bezüglich der oben beschriebenen Serie “SQ98” und “SQ” ist das 3-Wege-Verteilventil der Serie
“SQT” in den Nominaldurchmessern von DN15 bis DN125 erhältlich.
Das Ventil kann mit den folgenden Verbindungsstücken geliefert werden: Lochflansch UNI PN 16,
reduzierter Flansch und anschweissende Anschlüsse.
Die technischen Daten entsprechen denen der Serie “SQ” (s.o.).

máxima de 150°C, y se puede suministrar con las siguientes conexiones: con bridas y perforado UNI
PN 16, con bridas reducidas y soldar de tope.
La fabricación de este modelo se caracteriza por los siguientes detalles:
• cuerpo válvula obtenido de chapa en acero AISI 316 electrosoldada.
• guarnición obturador en PTFE o EPDM-PTFE para una perfecta resistencia a las altas temperaturas.
Las demás características son similares a las del modelo “SQ” descritas anteriormente.
Serie SQT en acero inoxidable AISI 316
Disponible el modelo desviador con tres vías serie “SQT” con los diámetros nominales desde DN 15
a DN 125, relativos a la serie “SQ98” anteriormente descrita. La válvula se puede suministrar con las
siguientes conexiones: con bridas y perforado UNI PN 16, con bridas reducida y a soldar de tope.
Las características técnicas de esta serie son similares a las de la serie “SQ”.
