Lets Visit Sevilla, Spain
We traveled a total of 8 to 9 hours from Raleigh to Philadelphia. From
Philadelphia we flew to Madrid and from Madrid we flew to Sevilla.

Me and my host mom instantly connected. As soon as I arrived at her home she
immediately took on the mom role and started cooking dinner for me. At night we
sat and watched gossip talk shoes and Big Brother

Cadiz Beach
The beach at Cadiz was so beautiful and the water was so clear. It was
definitely a big difference from Myrtle or Virginia Beach. The beach was
also nude. There were a lot of night clubs, bars and restaurants to explore.
La Setas
La Setas means “mushroom”. Why you ask? Well because it looks like a
mushroom!!!
This structure was so fascinating we rode an elevator to the top and looked over the
BEAUTIFUL city of Sevilla!!!

This was my first time having fried eggs without being scrambled. The
potatoes were extremely good with the baked fish.

We visited the Kings Estate and it was gorgeous. This is a pool area and
behind me are fire places.
The current King stays at the estate whenever he is in Sevilla.

During one of our class activity days we visited a local restaurant and
tried the local favorite foods!!!
A very common site in Sevilla is hanging ham on the ceiling!!!
This is your time to go out and see the world. Learn about different cultures, meet
new people and try new things. Not everyone gets the opportunity to go to Spain,
London, Brazil, Africa or Australia.
So don’t wait another day, week, month or year.
