Home and Hospital Visitation/Visita a Casa y Hospital
If someone you know is homebound or in the hospital,
please call the rectory and let us know. We would like to
keep them in our prayers and try to arrange to visit.

Mass Intentions
Part of our tradition as a Catholic Community is to
remember our loved ones in our prayer and gathering.
Many times, we do this simple gesture of our prayer in the
intentions of our masses, published each week in our
bulletin. If you would like to set a special intention for a
loved one, please contact the Rectory at least two weeks
prior to the date you would like to reserve.

Adult Social Group
First Tuesday of the month at 11:00 AM in the Rectory.
Parish Pastoral Council
Usually this group meets on the second Monday of the
month at 7:00 PM in the rectory unless it is a holiday.

The Arts & Environment Committee would like to give a special THANKS to all who helped plan and
set up for May Crowning. An EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS to the Filipino community for the donation
of flowers, they make this celebration truly beautiful!

Our last Religious Education mass and class of the school year will be held next week, May 18th. We expect all students
to be in attendance, and we will begin at 8:45 AM in the church.

The last Children's Liturgy of the Word for this school year will be next Sunday, May 19th. These liturgies will start up
again after Labor Day.

Now is the time to register your children for next year's religious education classes. We'd like all of our returning families
to register as soon as possible. Your children were sent home with a registration form, but if you need another please call
or stop by the rectory.
VIRTUS -- On Tuesday, May 21st at 7 PM, we will offer a VIRTUS session in the rectory. This is a safe environment
training program that is required by the Archdiocese for all adults who volunteer or work with children. If you'd like to attend
this session, please go online to www.virtus.org and register. The training will take place in the rectory basement.
Also, this summer, we will again have Vacation Bible School. It will run from Monday, June 24th through Friday, June 28th.
This event will be educational, spiritual, faith-based, and fun. It will include study, crafts, music, snacks, skits, and play. Please
put these dates on your calendar and plan to be a part of it. We will also need adult and teen volunteers to help lead and teach.
Educación religiosa

Nuestra ultima Misa Familiar de Educación Religiosa y clase del año se llevara acabo la próxima semana, 18 de Mayo.
Se espera que todos los estudiantes estén presentes y comenzaremos a las 8:45 AM en la iglesia.

La ultima sesión de Liturgia de Niños de la Palabra para este año escolar será el próximo Domingo, 19 de Mayo. Comenzaran de nuevo después del dia feriado, Dia del Trabajo en Septiembre.

Ahora es el momento de inscribir a sus hijos en las clases de Educación religiosa para el próximo año. Nos gustaría que
todas las familias que vuelven, se inscriban lo antes posible. Sus hijos fueron enviados a casa con un formulario de registro, pero si necesita otro, llámeme o pase por la rectoría.
VIRTUS– El Martes, 21 de Mayo a las 7 PM, se ofrecerá una sesión de VIRTUS en la rectoría. Se trata de un programa de capacitación para el ambiente seguro que es requerido por la Arquidiócesis para todos los adultos que trabajan como
voluntarios o trabajan con niños. Si desea asistir a esta sesión, por favor visite el sitio www.virtus.org y regístrese. El entrenamiento se llevara acabo en el sótano de la rectoría.
Además, este verano, volveremos ofreces Escuela Bíblica de Verano. Comenzara del Lunes 24 hasta el Viernes 28 de Junio.
Este evento será educativo, espiritual, basada en la Fe y diversión. En el, se incluirán estudios, manualidades, música, botanas,
presentaciones y juegos. Por favor, anote estas fechas en su calendario y planee formar parte de ella. También necesitamos
voluntarios adultos y adolescentes para ayudar a dirigir y enseñar.
