Tras traspasar la sinuosa carretera del
cabo de Formentor, al norte de la isla, en la
Bahía de Pollença, se encuentra esta playa
caracterizada por sus pinares y aguas turquesas en las que un día se bañaron Grace
Kelly, Audrey Hepburn o Charles Chaplin,
entre otras celebridades.
The waters of this beach of fine sand are
comparable to those of the Caribbean, especially before the S’Embat wind arrives,
which starts to make tiny waves from midday on. Street artists have drawn positive
messages on the old military bunkers, improving the scenery even more.
After travelling along the winding road to
the Formentor headland, in the north of
the island, in the Bay of Pollença, lies this
beach characterised by its pine trees and
turquoise waters where celebrities like
Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn or Charles
Chaplin once bathed, among others.

Seguramente es una de las más conocidas
de Ibiza, pero a pesar de la gran afluencia de gente durante los meses de julio y
agosto, no se puede dejar de visitar esta
cala de la zona de San José.

a ella desde el faro de Favàritx. Su arena es
blanca y fina, a diferencia de otras playas
del norte de la isla. Se encuentra dentro de
la zona protegida de la Albufera des Grau.
Also known as Capifort, it is accessed from
the Favàritx lighthouse. The sand is fine
and white, unlike that of other beaches in
the north of the island. It is located in the
protected area of Albufera des Grau.

Leuchtturm Favàritx aus zugänglich. Im Unterschied zu anderen Stränden im Norden
Menorcas gibt es hier feinen weißen Sand.

Conocida también como “la Cala Roja”, es
muy peculiar porque se diferencia mucho
de otros paisajes de playa, tanto de Menorca como del resto de islas de Baleares, por
el color de la arena. Para acceder a esta playa se debe caminar unos 30 minutos.

is extremely different to the other sandscapes
both of Menorca and of the rest of the Balearics, due to the colour of its sand. A 30-minute

The bastion of Santa Llúcia, a former munitions store, is another fantastic place for contemplating the wonderful view
of the port of Eivissa and the bay.

frecuentaban estas aguas. De hecho, la construcción de la muralla renacentista es impulsada como defensa de la isla en tiempos de los monarcas Carlos I y Felipe
II, en una época en que los conflictos bélicos con Francia y el
imperio otomano estaban a la orden del día. Cuando los piratas turcos y berberiscos entraron en declive y la isla dejó
de ser el blanco de nuevos ataques, la acrópolis quedó en
pie para la posteridad como testimonio de aquella época. Desde 1999 es Patrimonio de la Humanidad según la Unesco.
La muralla está constituida por siete baluartes. En el de Sant
Pere se colocaban los soldados para hacer frente a los enemigos. La Plaça de Vila está hoy llena de restaurantes, galerías
de arte y tiendas de artesanía. El baularte de Santa Llúcia,
antiguo polvorín, es otro lugar fantástico para contemplar la
maravillosa vista del puerto de Eivissa y la bahía.

Die Stadtmauer besteht aus sieben Schutzwällen; im Wall Sant
Pere bezogen die Soldaten Stellung gegen den Feind. Auf dem
Marktplatz Plaça de Vila reihen sich heutzutage zahlreiche Restaurants, Galerien und Kunstgewerbeläden aneinander.

mundo. Desde marzo y hasta finales de verano, múltiples y diferentes embarcaciones
surcan este trozo del Mediterráneo, en diferentes competiciones
internacionales. Como el Trofeo S.A.R. Princesa Sofía, celebrado en la Bahía de Palma en marzo, la regata de vela olímpica
más importante de Europa en la que los participantes lucharán
este año por una plaza en los Juegos Olímpicos de Río 2016.
PalmaVela, del 4 al 8 de mayo, acoge a más de una treintena de
embarcaciones de primer nivel. La Superyacht Cup Palma es la
regata de yates más importante de Europa, y se celebra del 22
al 25 de junio. La 52 Super Series, el mayor circuito mundial de
monocascos, se da cita este año en Puerto Portals entre el 24 y
29 de julio. Y, por supuesto, la Copa del Rey, que del 30 de julio
al 6 de agosto conmemora este año sus 35 ediciones.

Crear ambientes. La terraza no es sólo sol, de
noche ilumina elementos estratégicos para sorprender a tus invitados.
2. LED. Consumen poca electricidad reduciendo su consumo en un 70% y tienen una larga vida además de cuidar el medio ambiente.
3. Colocación de las lámparas. Es aconsejable poner la
luz de manera ascendente, enfocando a otro objeto como
una planta o una fuente.
4. Centro de mesa. Para una cena es imprescindible que una
luz algo tenue ilumine la parte central.
5. Reflejo de luz. Al apuntar a una pared blanca, la luz de
la lámpara se refleja favoreciendo la visibilidad.
6. Iluminar los senderos en ambos lados con lámparas
bajas o enterradas.
7. Minimizar la contaminación lumínica. Esto es, el impacto en el medio ambiente. Usar más puntos de luz con
muy baja potencia.

“Lo más recomendable es que diariamente
se limpie el agua de hojas, insectos y partículas en suspensión.
Analizar el valor del pH del agua, que debe estar entre 7,2 y 7,6.
Además, se debe analizar el valor del cloro residual libre o del
desinfectante (debe estar entre 0,5 y 2 ppm). Si hay resultados
fuera de rango hay que aplicar los químicos. Activar la bomba
de depuración para que pase por ella todo el volumen del agua.
Luego semanalmente se deben revisar los sumideros de fondo
y cestos de skimmer. Limpiar el prefiltro de la bomba circuladora. Limpiar las paredes y el fondo con cepillos y limpiafondos
manuales o automáticos. Lavado de la arena del filtro de la piscina. Dosificar el producto desinfectante y de pH.
Para la desinfección existen métodos químicos como el cloro, el
más común, o el bromo, menos oloroso y menos irritante para la
piel. También métodos físico-químicos, que funcionan automáticamente. Estos son la electrosis salina, la luz ultravioleta o el ozono”.

und hautverträglicher ist. Alternative chemisch-physikalische, automatisch funktionierende Methoden sind Salz-Elektrolyse-Anlagen, UV-Licht oder Aktivsauerstoff“.

ómo y cuándo empezaron a trabajar juntos? Tras finalizar nuestros
estudios en Barcelona desarrollamos durante casi una década y por
separado trabajos en distintos países y despachos de
arquitectura. En 2005 coincidimos de nuevo en Palma, empezando a colaborar de manera espontánea y
juntándonos en 2011 cuando fundamos la empresa
Abitare. Trabajar juntos ha sido algo totalmente natural por la amistad que nos une desde la infancia.
¿Cuáles han sido sus principales proyectos desde
entonces? El estar en Mallorca nos ha dado la oportunidad de trabajar continuadamente en el sector de
la vivienda unifamiliar privada y en el sector turístico, aunque debemos reconocer que los clientes son
siempre los que más nos sorprenden con sus ideas,
por citar un ejemplo ahora estamos desarrollando una
almazara en Felanitx. Gran parte de nuestros clientes
proceden del norte de Europa y vienen buscando la luz
mediterránea, nos solicitan espacios abiertos y agradables, buscan espacios para descansar y relajarse.
Si tuvieran que elegir un estilo arquitectónico sería... Nos encanta la arquitectura contem-
poránea, aunque no podemos olvidar todo el legado recibido. En nuestros proyectos intentamos
encontrar siempre ese equilibrio entre el legado
recibido y la contemporaneidad.
¿Qué no puede faltar en la casa de sus sueños?
Creemos que cada proyecto debe tener algo especial, ya sea su arquitectura, su historia, sus vistas...
Para nosotros es importante lograr esa singularidad
en cada caso ya que ningún proyecto es igual al anterior y cada cliente es especial. Lo que sin duda no
puede faltar en “la casa de nuestros sueños” y en un
lugar como el Mediterráneo, es la luz y los espacios
abiertos relacionados con la naturaleza.
How and when did you start working together?
After completing our studies in Barcelona, we developed a career for nearly a decade and in separate jobs in different countries and architecture
studios. In 2005 we coincided again in Palma, and
began collaborating spontaneously, joining forces
in 2011 when we established the firm Abitare.
Working together was totally natural for us, because we have been friends since we were children.

What have your main projects been since
then? Being in Mallorca has given us the opportunity to work continuously in the private home
sector and the tourism sector, although we must
admit that the customers are always the ones who
surprise us the most with their ideas – to give an
example, we are now developing an oil press in
Felanitx. A large number of our customers come
from Northern Europe in search of the Mediterranean light, and ask us for pleasant, open spaces,
spaces for resting and relaxing.
If you had to choose an architectural style,
which one would that be... We love contemporary architecture, although we cannot forget the
legacy we have received. In our projects, we always try to find a balance between that legacy
and contemporaneity.
What is indispensable for your dream house?
We believe that every project must have something
special, whether it be its architecture, its history, its
views... For us, it is important to achieve that singularity in every case, as no two projects are alike and
every customer is special. One thing that undoubtedly cannot be lacking from “our dream house” and
in a place like the Mediterranean is light and open
spaces related to nature.

zu arbeiten. Was uns jedoch stets am meisten überrascht, sind die Ideen unserer Kunden. Derzeit projektieren wir zum Beispiel eine Ölmühle in Felanitx.
Die meisten unserer Kunden kommen aus Nordeuropa, ihnen gefällt das mediterrane Licht, sie suchen
daher angemehme, offene Wohnräume, die der Erholung und Entspannung dienen.
Welche Bauweise bevorzugen Sie? Wir haben
ein Faible für moderne Architektur, greifen aber
auch auf unser Erbe zurück. Bei unseren Projekten sind wir auf ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Tradition und Moderne bedacht.
Was darf in Ihrem Traumhaus auf gar keinen
Fall fehlen? Jedes Projekt sollte etwas Besonderes
sein, sei es durch die Bauweise, seine Geschichte
oder den Ausblick. Unser Ziel ist die individuelle
Gestaltung eines jeden Bauvorhabens, je nach den
persönlichen Wünschen des Kunden. Was in unserem Traumhaus an einem Ort wie dem Mittelmeer
auf keinen Fall fehlen darf, sind Licht und offene, mit
der Natur verbundene Räume.
Wie und wann begann Ihre Zusammenarbeit?
Nach dem Studium in Barcelona haben wir zunächst
getrennt mehr als zehn Jahre in verschiedenen Architekturbüros und Ländern gearbeitet, bevor wir

Zaha Hadid (Bagdad, 1950 – Miami, Florida, 2016)
war in den 90er Jahren bereits als Vordenkerin des
Dekonstruktivismus bekannt und hat dies im Laufe
ihres Lebens in futuristischen Projekten umgesetzt.
Dabei musste sie als Frau in der männlich geprägten
Architektenbranche zahlreiche Barrieren überwinden.
Keine Frau hat es bisher geschafft, sich ebenso erfolgreich wie Zaha Hadid mit ihrer untadeligen Arbeit in
der internationalen Architekur zu behaupten. Auch
wenn die breite Öffentlichkeit den futuristischen, unmöglich scheinenden Formen von Hadid eher noch
skeptisch gegenübersteht, so kann doch nicht die
Bedeutung ihres architektonischen Erbes übersehen
werden, das sie überall auf unserem Planeten hinterlassen hat. Zu ihren schillerndsten Projekten gehören:
das Zentralgebäude im BMW-Werk Leipzig, die
Oper im chinesischen Guangzhou, das Kulturhaus
in der aserbaidschanischen Hauptstadt Baku, das
Contemporary Arts Centre Rosenthal (Cincinnati), das London Aquatics Centre, der BrückenPavillon für die EXPO 2008 in Zaragoza und der
Konzertsaal J.S. Bach in Manchester.
Hadid war auch in anderen Bereichen tätig. So kreierte sie einen Laufsteg für Chanel, die Yachtserie
Unique Circle, Schmuck, Schuhe, Möbel und Dekoartikel. Sie machte sogar einen denkwürdigen künstlerischen Ausflug in den internationalen Sport, als sie das
Stadion für die Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft in Quatar
2020 entwarf. Die Vaginaform des Baus löste in der
Öffentlichkeit einen lang anhaltenden Skandal aus.

has large, angular proportions. The design of the
taps is reminiscent of the cut of precious stones. In
this case, we were inspired by nature, so we tried
to recreate it and associate it to sophistication. Finally, Allure is a more minimalist space based on
an artwork by David Hockney, A bigger splash.
This one may well have the closest connection to
the work we do in our studio’.

estimulante reto para todos. El objetivo ha sido captar el reflejo de
la contemporaneidad en viviendas de alta gama, a
partir de tres espacios diferentes entre sí. El primer
espacio, Grandera, es el más femenino de todos,
podría ser el escenario de alguno de los personajes de Oscar Wilde; evocador de la música de
Chopin como eco de cuando residió en Mallorca. El
segundo espacio, Allure Brilliant, es más masculino, más geométrico y de proporciones grandes y
angulosas. El diseño de los grifos recuerda a la talla
de las piedras preciosas. En este caso nos inspiró la
naturaleza, por lo que intentamos recrearla y asociarla a la sofisticación. Por último, Allure es un
espacio más minimalista basado en una obra de
arte de David Hockney, A bigger splash. Quizás
este último es el que más conecta con el trabajo que
hacemos en nuestro estudio”.
„Die Gestaltung der Ausstellungsflächen von Grohe
bei Socías y Rosselló war für uns alle eine Herausforderung. Wir wollten anhand dreier unterschiedlicher
Badezimmer modernes Lebensgefühl in Luxusimmobilien nachempfinden. Grandera, eine Badlandschaft, bei der das Feminine dominiert, könnte
aus einem Roman von Oscar Wilde stammen
und erinnert an die Musik von Chopin und seinen
Aufenthalt auf Mallorca. Das Bad Allure Brilliant
hingegen ist eher maskulin geprägt, mit geometrischen Linien und größeren, kantigeren Proportionen. Das Design der Armaturen ist dem Schliff von
Edelsteinen nachempfunden, wir haben uns von der
Natur inspirieren lassen und wollten dies nachbilden. Das dritte Badzimmer, Allure, basiert auf David Hockneys Pop Art Gemälde A bigger splash
und zeichnet sich durch minimalistisches Design
aus. Vielleicht ist es diese letzte Wohnlandschaft, die
am meisten mit unserer Arbeit im Studio zu tun hat.“
‘The design of the Grohe space in Socías & Rosselló
was a stimulating challenge for everyone involved.
The aim was to capture the reflection of contemporaneity in high-end residences, based on three
distinctive spaces. The first space, Grandera, is
the most feminine of the three – it could be the
environment of some of Oscar Wilde’s characters; evoking Chopin’s music as an echo of the time
he lived on Mallorca. The second space, Allure

con “Estrella Michelin”, ¿cómo
lo lleva? ¿ha cambiado su cocina?
Trabajamos con la misma ilusión que
cuando no la teníamos, aunque ahora la gente reconoce un poco más nuestro trabajo. Nos ha cambiado un poco la manera de enfocar nuestra cocina,
buscando más la esencia de nuestras raíces locales,
los sabores pronunciados, los aromas... Creemos que
debemos aportar nuestro grano de arena en la difusión de la gastronomía balear.
¿Cuáles son precisamente sus ingredientes favoritos de la gastronomía balear? Verduras,
especias, mucho producto de mar y por supuesto el
cerdo negro. Creemos que la huerta nos aporta muchos matices y hay mucho por hacer todavía, la recuperación del Tap de Cortí o el cultivo del azafrán.
En mi cocina no pueden faltar ni la gamba roja ni la
oveja roja mallorquina.
¿Qué diferencias hay entre sus dos establecimientos, el restaurante en Capdepera y el Aromata, en
Palma? El Aromata es un restaurante urbano con una
gastronomía popular, con cuidado al producto mallorquín, en un patio patrimonio de Palma donde la oferta
culinaria es asequible a todos los públicos. Andreu
Genestra en el Predi Son Jaumell es gastronomía de
autor, donde el detalle es lo que marca la diferencia.
El espacio en un enclave único con viñedos, olivar y
huerto que proveen al restaurante.
¿Cuáles son sus proyectos a corto plazo? ¿Y a
largo plazo? Seguimos con los dos restaurantes, el
catering y la consultoría en la que ayudamos a otros
establecimientos. A largo plazo tenemos un proyecto
de cocina casual muy mallorquina.

arbeiten mit derselben Begeisterung wie vorher,
aber die Leute erkennen unsere Arbeit eher an.
Wir legen den Fokus unserer Küche nun mehr auf
unsere Wurzeln, typische Geschmacksrichtungen
und Aromen, wollen unseren Beitrag leisten, die
balearische Küche bekannt zu machen.
Welches sind Ihre Lieblingszutaten der Balearen? Gemüse, Gewürze, Produkte, die aus dem Meer
kommen, und natürlich das Schwarzschwein. Unsere
Felder geben viele kulinarische Kreationen her, hier
bleibt noch viel zu tun. Zum Beispiel könnte man die
Paprikasorte Tap de Cortí oder den Safrananbau wiederbeleben. In meiner Küche dürfen Rote Krabben
und das mallorquinische Rotschaf nicht fehlen.
Worin unterscheiden sich Ihre Restaurants in
Capdepera und das Aromata in Palma? Das Aromata ist ein Stadtlokal in einem Innenhof mit typischer,
auf die Produkte Mallorcas ausgerichteter Küche und
normalem Presisniveau. Das Andreu Genestra im Predi Son Jaumell ist reine Autorenküche in einzigartiger
Umgebung, mitten zwischen Weinbergen, Olivenhainen und Feldern, die die Zutaten liefern.
Welche Projekte möchten Sie kurz- und langfristig umsetzen? Kurzfristig machen wir mit den beiden
Restaurants, dem Catering und dem Beratungsservice
für andere Lokale weiter. Langfristig wollen wir eine
typisch mallorquinische casual cuisine kreieren.

focus of our cuisine a little, as we search more for the
essence of our local roots, the pronounced flavours,
the aromas... We believe we should do our bit to disseminate Balearic gastronomy.
What exactly are your favourite ingredients
from Balearic gastronomy? Vegetables, spices, lots
of seafood and of course, products from the black
pig. We believe that local vegetables lend many nuances to our cuisine, and there is still much to do,
like recovering Tap de Cortí or saffron cultivation. In
my kitchen, two essential ingredients are red prawns
and Mallorcan red lamb products.
What differences are there between your two
establishments, the restaurant in Capdepera
and Aromata, in Palma? Aromata is an urban
restaurant with popular gastronomy, using Mallorcan produce with meticulous care, in a heritage
patio of Palma where the culinary range is affordable for all people. Andreu Genestra at Predi Son
Jaumell is signature gastronomy, where details
make all the difference. The space is in a unique
setting with vineyards, an olive grove and a garden that supply the restaurant.
What are your short-term projects? And for
the long term? We are carrying on with both
restaurants, the catering service and the consultancy, where we help other establishments. In
the long term, we have a project for very Mallorcan, casual cuisine.

RECETA DE ANDREU GENESTRA
Colección Mirage by POMD’OR.
Pomd’or presenta Mirage
Llampuga con jugo de higo chumbo fermentado y anguila melosa. Remolacha
marinada con pimentón Tap de Cortí. Mahi-mahi with fermented prickly pear
juice and brothy eel. Beetroot marinated with Tap de Cortí paprika.
Goldmakrele an vergorenen Kaktusfeigen und kleinen Aalen. Marinierte Rote
Beete an Paprika Tap de Cortí.
Para la remolacha se necesita: remolacha, azúcar, sal, pimentón dulce Tap de Cortí, pimienta negra en grano. Se debe cocer
la remolacha y deshidratarla. Se mezclan las especias con la sal
y el azúcar. Dejar deshidratar dos horas más a 65º.
Para fermentar el higo chumbo: se cuece la pulpa del higo
chumbo. Sofreír arroz con especias. Se añade al caldo del higo
chumbo hasta que se pase. Dejar enfriar y añadir cerveza. Reposar tres días y después añadir sal.
Para la anguila: cocinar al vacío las pieles de anguila unos 20
minutos a 70º. Enfriar y cortar en brumoix pequeña. Sofreir el
ajo con la patata con un poco de aceite de oliva. Añadir el fumet
como si de un rissotto se tratara y luego poco a poco el caldo
de anguila. A media cocción añadiremos las pieles de anguila
y seguiremos cociendo. Al final añadiremos el fennugreek y la
demiglace de cebolla, rectificaremos de sal.
Para la llampuga: cocer la pimienta pino en agua 5 minutos
y dejar infusionar 3 horas. Colar y enfriar. Sumergir los filetes
de llampuga en agua de mar 5 minutos. Secar. Untar con grasa
de bacalao las llampugas y asarlas al horno Kamado a 100º
durante 7 minutos y durante la cocción añadiremos la pimienta
pino a la brasa para que aporte el ahumado.

broth as though it were a risotto and then gradually add the
eel broth. Halfway through the cooking, add the eel skins and
continue cooking. Add the fenugreek and the onion demi-glace
at the end, and salt to taste.
For the mahi-mahi: boil the pepper in water for 5 minutes and
leave for 3 hours to infuse. Strain and allow to cool. Submerge
the mahi-mahi fillets in seawater for 5 minutes. Dry. Spread the
cod grease over the mahi-mahi and bake in the Kamado oven at
100º for 7 minutes. Add the roasted pine pepper during cooking to give a smoky flavour.
Zutaten Rote Beete: Rote Beete, Zucker, Salz, süßer Paprika
Tap de Cortí, schwarze Pfefferkörner. Rote Beete dünsten und
abtropfen lassen. Gewürze mit Zucker mischen. Zwei Stunden
bei 65 Grad trocknen lassen.
Zutaten vergorene Kaktusfeigen: Fruchtfleisch der Feigen
kochen. Reis mit Gewürzen anbraten, Saft des Feigenfleisches
zufügen und verkochen lassen. Abkühlen lassen, Bier zufügen
und drei Tage stehen lassen. Dann salzen.
Zutaten Aale: Die Häute 20 Minuten bei 70 Grad im Vakuumtopf garen. Abkühlen lassen und in kleine Schnipsel schneiden.
Knoblauch und eine Kartoffel in Olivenöl anbraten. Wie bei einem Rissotto den Satz, dann allmählich die Aalbrühe und nach
einer Weile auch die Häute zufügen. Fennugreek und Zwiebel
zufügen und mit Salz abschmecken.
Zutaten für die Goldmakrele: Paprika 5 Minuten in Wasser kochen und drei Stunden darin stehen lassen. Abseihen
und abkühlen lassen. Die Goldmakrelenfilets 5 Minuten in
Meerwasser tauchen und abtupfen. Mit Kabeljaufett bestreichen und im Kamado-Grillofen je 100º 7 Minuten grillen.
Währenddessen den Paprika auf den Grill legen, der dem
Gericht eine rauchige Note verleiht.
For the beetroot, you will need: beetroot, sugar, salt, Tap
de Cortí paprika, black peppercorns. Boil and dehydrate the
beetroot. Mix the spices with the salt and the sugar. Leave to
dehydrate two more hours at 65º.
For fermenting the prickly pear: boil the pulp of the prickly
pear. Fry lightly with spices. Add the juice of the prickly pear
until it is very well cooked. Allow to cool and add beer. Leave to
stand for three days and then add salt.
For the eel: Vacuum-cook the eel skins for about 20 minutes
at 70º. Leave to cook and cut into small brunoise. Lightly fry

baño. Su propuesta incluye muchas piezas como
muebles, espejos, lavabo, bañera y otros accesorios que provienen de la forma geométrica hexagonal y que proyectan
reflejos para crear luces y sombras. Un juego de magia
inmerso en una atmósfera muy sofisticada que lleva el
ritual del baño al puro terreno emocional.
La firma Pomd’or ha desarrollado Mirage a partir de las ideas
de Eugeni Quitllet, quien parte de revisar el lujo clásico desde la óptica de la modernidad. El universo Mirage combina
las emociones del diseñador con acabados en oro, oro rosado
y cromo con materiales como mármol Carrara o Marquina, o la
resina de ionómero de alta calidad de Dupont. Mirage consigue tener piezas icónicas como una percha hexagonal, un

Quitllet entwickelt, dessen Konzept davon ausgeht, den klassischen Luxus vom Blickpunkt der Modernität aus zu überarbeiten. Das Universum von Mirage kombiniert die Emotionen
des Stardesigners mit Oberflächen in Gold, Rotgold und Chrom
mit anderen Materialien, wie Carrara- oder Marquina-Marmor,
und einer diskreten Nuance hochwertigen Ionomer-Harzes der
Firma Dupont. Mirage kreiert ikonische Elemente, wie ein hexagonaler Handtuchhalter, ein Schmuckkästchen, ein MikadoGefäß oder ein Kerzenhalter. Das Waschbecken mit seitlicher
Ablage und Handtuchstange und die Badewanne werden in metallene Strukturen eingerahmt, wie auch die anderen Elemente
der Kollektion, die zwar aus handfesten Stücken besteht, jedoch
mit der Leichtigkeit scheinbar schwebender Bewegung spielt.

the ultimate interior design of bathrooms. His proposal includes a number of items such as units, mirrors, washbasin, bath

OCÍAS Y ROSSELLÓ PALMA. La importante reforma interior finalizada
recientemente ha aumentado de
manera notable los metros cuadrados de exposición. La intención es que el cliente pueda visualizar el producto como si ya lo
tuviera directamente en casa. Para ello, se han
incorporado distintos elementos, muchos de ellos
en funcionamiento, como los grifos y bañeras, así
como una piscina en la que las duchas de grandes dimensiones y las cascadas también están
en funcionamiento. La tienda también cuenta con
el primer showroom que la marca alemana Grohe
cuenta en Baleares. En iluminación, el cliente también dispone de pantallas táctiles con las que
puede encender y apagar las lámparas y, en el
apartamento piloto, se puede probar la domotización de Jung. La tienda de Palma también amplía
y renueva la zona de profesionales: electricidad,
fontanería, suministro industrial y herramientas.
Otros servicios que se mantienen son mobiliario y
decoración, parquet y laminados, puertas de paso,
cocinas y electrodomésticos, entre otros.
SOCÍAS Y ROSSELLÓ MANACOR. La nave de esta
tienda fue reformada integralmente hace pocos
años, duplicando la capacidad de los almacenes, así
como de la tienda con una nueva estética. El espacio incluye ahora exposiciones de mobiliario de
baño y grifería, iluminación y mobiliario de interior y exterior, manteniendo la zona profesional
dedicada a los instaladores de electricidad, fontanería, suministros industriales y herramientas.
SOCÍAS Y ROSSELLÓ IBIZA. En Ibiza, al igual que

bereits bei ihnen zuhause. Man kann verschiedene Armaturen prüfen, Badewannen testen oder in
einem Pool großformatige Duschen und Wasserstrahle begutachten. In dem Fachgeschäft ist
auch der erste Showroom des renommierten deutschen Armaturenherstellers Grohe auf den Balearen
untergebracht. In der Abteilung für Beleuchtung
können die Kundinnen mit Touchscreens Lampen bedienen und in der Musterwohnung die ausgefeilte Smarthome-Technik von Jung erproben. Die
Abteilung für Profibedarf präsentiert sich ebenfalls
in neuem, größeren Outfit, ob Elektro-, Sanitär- und
Industriebedarf oder Werkzeuge. Darüber hinaus
bestehen etablierte Abteilungen weiter, u.a. Möbel
& Deko, Parkett und Beläge, Durchgangstüren, Küche & Elektrohaushaltgeräte.
SOCÍAS Y ROSSELLÓ MANACOR. Die Lagerhalle
des Baumarktes wurde vor ein paar Jahren komplett modernisiert, das Lagervolumen auf das Doppelte erweitert. Der Showroom präsentiert sich
ebenfalls neu und bietet Badmöbel und Armaturen, Beleuchtung, Möbel für den Außen- und Innenbereich. In der Abteilung für Profibedarf gibt
