It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us at the second annual Real Estate Mexico Forum in Mexico City,
Mexico. This meeting is a part of our Real Estate series in the region, providing the latest insight into institutional
opportunities in Latin America, comprised of:

A two-day meeting focusing on new and established funds in the market as well as JV and direct
investment opportunities in Mexico.


Jerry Gates, Head of Global Real Estate, Hamilton Lane (U.S.)
Jerry is a Managing Director at Hamilton Lane where he is responsible for leading the firm’s
global real estate practice. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Jerry served as Managing Director
and Head of Global Real Estate Investments in the Alternative Investments organization of
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and as the Managing Director and Head of Global Real Estate
Investments for Citigroup in Global Wealth Management. Jerry began his career at Citicorp
where he held a variety of positions in investment banking, investment management and
corporate finance. Jerry serves as a board member for a number of real estate companies
and funds. Jerry received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Chemistry
from Baldwin Wallace College. He is a Certified Financial Planner.

Guillermo Zúñiga Martínez, Commissioner, Energy Regulatory Commission (Mexico)
Mr. Zúñiga Martínez was appointed by President Enrique Peña Nieto and ratified by the Senate
as CRE Commissioner for a term ending at the end of 2017. He is a professional in Law and
Energy Regulation with more than 13 years of experience in the public sector. He has worked
as a lawyer at the Financed Investment Projects Management at CFE, Deputy Director of
Regulated Sectors of the Federal Economy Competition Commission (CFC) and legal counsel of
New Business Models for PEMEX Exploration and Production. He also worked as Legal Director
of Oil Operations at SENER. Between 2012 and 2013, he served as Deputy General Manager of
Regulatory Analysis of CFC.

Dhvani Shah, Chief Investment Officer, Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (U.S.)
Ms. Shah is the Chief Investment Officer for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF). Prior to joining IMRF, she was the
Managing Director of Private Equity, an Executive Staff position, for the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System. Ms.
Shah was a member of the Internal Investment Committee at NYSTRS that considers and votes on investment actions submitted by Public Equity, Private Equity, Fixed Income and Real Estate department and considers key issues in the asset allocation for the $86 billion Retirement Plan. She also spent seven years in the Chicago office of Bank of America, serving as Vice
President of the bank’s Strategic Investment Group and five years at Northwestern University’s Investment Office.
Margaret Waters, Principal and Director of Real Estate Private Equity, Bessemer Trust (U.S.)
Margaret Waters is a senior member of Bessemer’s Alternative Investments Group where she is responsible for the Firm’s real
estate investment program. Prior to joining Bessemer in 2007, Ms. Waters spent 27 years with TIAA-CREF, where she worked
in a variety of roles within the Fixed Income area, including Commercial Mortgage Debt and CMBS. Ms. Waters most recently
worked as a Director in the Global Real Estate Group, where she was responsible for investment in international real estate
funds, as well as oversight and reporting for the real estate fund portfolio. Ms. Waters received a B.B.A. from Bernard M.
Baruch College (CUNY), where she majored in Finance.
Sachi Nakayama, Investment Officer, International Finance Corporation (Mexico)
Sachi Nakayama is an Investment Officer at International Finance Corporation ("IFC"), the private sector arm of World Bank.
She is responsible for deal origination and execution in the Retail and Property sector in Mexico. Prior to IFC, Sachi was at
Equity Capital Markets in JPMorgan Securities, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and Fuji Bank in Tokyo and New York.

Robert Lang, Managing Director, Cambridge Associates (U.S.)
He is responsible for performing due diligence on managers in the hard asset universe, including real estate, mining, energy,
commodities, and infrastructure. Prior to becoming a research consultant in 2005, he was a member of the firm’s general
research team. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Bob worked as a journalist in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Previously, he
worked at Moody’s Investors Service in New York, the U.S. State Department in China, the Lippo Bank in Indonesia, and the
Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
Marc Rivitz, Consultant—Latin American Funds Specialist, Courtland Partners (U.S.)
Mr. Rivitz has over 10 years of real estate investment and development experience. He began his real estate career at
Spaulding & Slye Colliers (now Jones Lang LaSalle), where he valued office buildings and development projects with respect to
property sales. He also worked with Tishman Speyer Properties in São Paulo, Brazil, where he developed a business plan
analyzing Tishman’s entry strategy into the Brazilian residential development market.
Jorge Martinez, Head of Real Estate Investments, Monterrey NY Life Insurance (Mexico)
Jorge Martínez Chávez is a native of Queretaro and has lived in Monterrey and Mexico City in the last 12 years. Since 2006,
Jorge has been part of the investment management team for Seguros Moterrey New York Life and since 2010 he is the head
of Real Estate Investments for the company in charged of the debt financing platform and more recently equity investments.
Jorge worked in the past for GE in Monterrey and Kansas City Southern in Texas. Jorge received his Bachelor of Financial
Management at the Tec de Monterrey and a Masters in Business Administration at Texas A&M in Texas.
Alejandro Rodriguez, Director, Pinebridge (Mexico)
Mr. Rodriguez joined the firm in 2008 and is responsible for sourcing, performing due diligence, analyzing and monitoring
private equity fund investments primarily in the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodriguez interned with
Citi's Latin America Strategic Planning Group, and at Aleutian Capital Partners in New York, performing due diligence and
analysis of middle-market private equity investment opportunities. Prior to earning his MBA, Mr. Rodriguez led third-party
fund raising efforts for Seguros Banamex (Citi's insurance subsidiary in Mexico).
Jose Arturo Andrade, Manager of Operations and Investments, Pensionissste (Mexico)
Mr. Andrade has 22 years of experience in the financial sector as chief investment manager for Structured and derivatives at
Pensionissste. Previously, he served as Deputy Director for derivatives for MetLife Afore and Insurance, and Deputy Director
for Derivatives at Base Casa de Bolsa and as Deputy Director of Treasury at Comerica Bank. Previously Mr. Andrade was in the
areas of Money Market Trading and Exchange and business development at various Financial Institutions.
Jorge Lopez, Director of Administration and Treasury, FIBRA Shop (Mexico)
Jorge López de Cárdenas graduated from Public Accountancy and Master in Finance at the Autonomous Technological
Institute of Mexico (ITAM). Between 1997 and 2008, he held various positions at the National Banking and Securities
Commission (CNBV), finalizing his career as regulator being the Head of Mutual Funds and Asset Management division. From
2009 to 2013, he served as the Chief Financial and Credit Officer at the National Institute Fund for Workers Consumption
(FONACOT). He is currently the Director of Administration and Treasury at FibraShop.
Eduardo Parra, CIO, Afore Azteca (Mexico)
Eduardo Parra is currently the CIO of Afore Azteca, he is the responsible of the investment strategy and portfolio
management. Eduardo has more than 20 years experience in the financial markets. He worked as Director of treasuries in
different banks being the responsible of the trading book and risk management. Beside all the experience in Asset and Risk
Management, Eduardo had taught courses to important institutions about derivatives, fixed income, risk management, Real
Estate and equities in many countries He`s a graduate of Accounting and has a Master in Finance by the ITESM.
Alejandro Ángel Reyes Sánchez, Chief Financial and Investment Officer, Seguros Argos (Mexico)
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Alejandro graduated as Public Accountant, holds a MBA from
Universidad Anahuac and has attended Top Management Program D-1 and a Continuity Course at IPADE Business School.
Besides his experience as Comptroller and his responsibilities in areas such as General Accounting, Treasury, Accounts
Payable and Receivable, Budgets, Physical Inventory and External Audit Service, he is responsible for planning, strategizing,
executing and managing the investments of Seguros Argos (including Insurance and Pension). Prior joining Seguros Argos in
2010, Alejandro spent 17 years working for AIG Companies in Latin American Division.
Saul Meneses, Real Estate Development Manager, Arcos Dorados (Mexico)
Saúl Meneses Jiral joined Arcos Dorados, the largest McDonald’s franchise of the world, in 2008 based in Monterrey, Nuevo
León. Nowadays he is responsible for the Vision Planning Development that includes new business, openings, closings,
reinvestment, projects development, market and site selection planning. He has collaborated on important projects like
Balanced Scorecard implementation, Profitable Market Optimization based on a technological platform and Impact Studies.
Saúl has been awarded as Outstanding Real Estate Person 2013 and being part of Circle of Excellence 2012. Prior to Arcos
Dorados, Saúl was at AIG (American International Group) financial division in charge of Expansion Team.

Juan Verón, CIO, Afore Principal (Mexico)
Juan Manuel Verón has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry gained in various senior positions within
institutions such as Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, HSBC and Santander Investment Group, where his last position was
Regional Director for Latin America Investments. Mr. Veron has a degree in economics, an international certification CFA,
and a postgraduate specialization in Capital Markets and Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
Santiago Huerta, Head of Alternative Investments, Banamex - Citigroup Wealth Management (Mexico)
Santiago joined Banamex-Citi in February 2010 and since then has served in different positions in the Wealth Management
investments team, he is currently the Head of Alternative Investments as well as the Head of the Investment Lab. Previously
he worked at NAFTA Fund, a private equity fund focused on investing in companies with strong potential to grow in the
North American Free Trade Agreement environment. He started his professional career in the financial division of WalMart
Global Procurement.
Nelly Campos, Global Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Grupo BIMBO (Mexico)
Nelly Campos is responsible for the Strategic Planning, Asset Management and Administration of all the company
properties in twenty countries - 2.5K properties – 53.8 million square feet. Prior to this she worked for Jones Lang LaSalle
being the Senior Property Manager for the Industrial Portfolio Management (IPM) services in Mexico. She worked in London
as an International Asset Manager and was responsible for the Management, Administration and Maintenance of the Senior
and Equity loans of projects for Lehman Brothers all across Europe. For more than 8 years her role was being the
International Real Estate Asset and Property Manager at Alcatel- Lucent t.
Jose Juan Casarrubias, Chief Risk Officer, Afore XXI Banorte (Mexico)
José Juan Casarrubias is the Risk Manager at Afore XXI Banorte, a pension fund company. His role includes the assessment
and management of the financial, market, credit/counterparty, liquidity and operational risks of Afore XXI Banorte and its
funds. Mr. Casarrubias was appointed to this position in April 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Casarrubias was the Chief of the Strategic Planning Unit at Afore XXI, where he was in charge of the development of the company business plans, among other
activities, and acts as the personal advisor of the CEO. Mr. Casarrubias joined Afore XXI in September 2002.
Humberto Garcia, Chief Investment Strategist—Private Banking, BBVA Bancomer (Mexico)
Humberto Garcia is Currently Chief Investment Strategist for Private Banking at BBVA Bancomer. Prior to joining BBVA
Bancomer Private Bank, Mr. Garcia held various positions at BBVA: Latam Executive Director Asset Management Product
Development, Executive Director Product Development in Asset Management, Chief Strategist at BBVA Bancomer
Brokerage. Before Joining BBVA, he also worked as a Equity Portfolio Manager at Citibank Asset Management, Equity
Analyst at Invex Brokerage, Equity Analyst at Valburmex Brokerage.
Ivan Estrada, Head of Private Banking, Santander (Mexico)
Mr. Ivan Estrada has been working at Banco Santander (México) since August 2012 and serves as Private Banking BO
Manager. He got a Master in Operation Management and Finance. He had been working at HSBC Group (Mexico and
Latin-American) for 5 years as Manager in Corporate Banking. He is certificated in credit analysis by Moody’s and HSBC
Business School, he also is certificated by AMIB as Financial Advisor and MexDer.
Jean Louis Guisset, Head of Private Banking, Invex (Mexico)
Jean Louis Guisset heads the Private Bank division of INVEX Grupo Financiero. Additionally Jean-Louis serves as Board
Member of Banco INVEX S.A. as well as INVEX Operadora S.A. de C.V, among others. Before joining INVEX, Jean-Louis was
head of Strategy and Marketing for Banamex Banca Privada and Banca Patrimonial in Mexico. He joined Citigroup in 1993
based in Belgium, then moved to Luxembourg as head of the International Personal Bank. In 2003, Jean-Louis moved to
London serving as Director, part of the Corporate M&A team before heading of International Personal Bank for EMEA.
Alfonso Carrillo, Managing Director, Family Office Mexico (Mexico)
Alfonso Carrillo MP Family Office Mexico SC associated with Cluster Family Office Barcelona (2011). He has 33 years of
experience in M & A, investment project evaluation, business valuation, corporate finance, and private banking. He was a
member Centre for Excellence in Corporate Governance (Deloitte-Universidad Anahuac del Sur), Mexican Institute of
Finance Executives (IMEF), and Chairman of the Board Guadalajara in 2003. He also has experience at Director Bital the
West Zone (HSBC) Bancrecer-Banorte, Banco Invex Nacional Financiera, Ficen Financial, Mega Leasing, Brokerage Cremi SA,
and Prime Brokerage SA.
Guillermo Bravo, Head of M&A, FIBRA Hotel (Mexico)
Mr. Bravo is the Head of M&A and Corporate Development. Guillermo holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad
Iberoamericana and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth. He has worked as a credit analyst and executive of
investor relations at Scotiabank Inverlat. He also worked at JP Morgan as an investment banker in Diversified Industrial
groups and M & A in Latin America.

Alejandro Lopez, Portfolio Manager—Real Estate Investments, AXA Insurance (Mexico)
Mr. Lopez was responsible for various financial areas in Mexico Treasurer General in Mexico of a Japanese technology company, where he implemented processes associated with risk management and subsequently established by the group in

Eduardo Torres is Deputy Director of Mexico’s National Housing Commission (Conavi), the federal agency, within the Ministry of Urban Development (Sedatu), in charge of designing and coordinating housing policy. Among his responsibilities are
to identify the short and medium term housing needs and to design programs according to them, focusing specially on
homebuilding and financing alternatives for low income population, as well as land policies. He is also in charge of providing the housing sector (homebuilders, homebuyers, investors, and authorities, among others) with updated information on
