Starting December 1, 2013 through March 20, 2014, Mason
Crest Elementary School will have the opportunity to earn cash
through Giant A+ School Rewards Program.
All you have to do is:

Log on to www.giantfood.com/aplus to register online using your
Giant Card
OR
•
Return this form to school with your child and include your Giant
Card Number, Last Name and telephone

After you register your card, each shopping trip at Giant using your Giant Card
earns CASH for our school! Each month, the amount of CASH awarded will be
updated on the Giant website. You can track the amount of points you earn
for our school by checking your grocery receipt and online when you create
an account at www.giantfood.com. Our school will receive a check at the
end of the program. The money can be used for any of our school’s
educational needs.
Remember, even if you registered your card last year, you must re-register this
year for our school to receive credit. Registration is easy makes a HUGE
difference to our school. We need your support. Please be sure to register your
card to benefit Mason Crest using ID #18146. Also, don’t forget to encourage
your friends and relatives to do the same. It could mean the world to our
children.

Giant usando su Tarjeta GIANT resultará en DINERO EN EFECTIVO para nuestra
escuela! El monto del DINERO EN EFECTIVO será actualizado todos los meses
en el sitio Web de Giant. Usted puede chequear los puntos que ha
acumulado en su recibo o cuando establezca una cuenta en
www.giantfood.com. Nuestra escuela recibirá un cheque cuando termine el
programa. El dinero puede ser utilizado para cualquiera de las necesidades
educativas de nuestra escuela.
Recuerden que para que nuestra escuela reciba el crédito, deben registrar su
tarjeta nuevamente este año, aún si lo hicieron el año pasado. Completar
este simple proceso resultará en una ENORME diferencia para nuestra
escuela. Necesitamos su apoyo. Asegúrese de registrar su tarjeta GIANT que
