Il Vibrostaccio Orizzontale
tipo VO è impiegato nel
trattamento di prodotti
sfarinati, per garantire la
totale assenza di corpi
estranei prima del
confezionamento o come
classificatore di prodotti in
base alla granulometria.
La macchina si compone di
un involucro di forma
cilindrica appoggiato ad
una struttura metallica per
mezzo di sospensioni
antivibranti. Nel corpo
cilindrico è inserito
coassialmente un aspo
rotante, direttamente
accoppiato al motore di
comando, racchiuso in una
rete metallica, su cui è
fissata la tela calibrata di
selezione. Il prodotto,
trasportato e raccolto dai
battitori dell’aspo, viene
centrifugato lungo la
superficie interna della tela
calibrata. La vibrazione,
trasmessa a tutto il corpo
macchina da contrappesi
fissati all’aspo, permette la
costante pulizia del
mantello, agevolando lo
scarico del prodotto
selezionato. Il rifiuto viene
condotto all’uscita dal
movimento di rototraslazione impresso dalla
particolare inclinazione dei
battitori.

The VO Horizontal
Vibrosifter is used in the
treatment of milling
products, to guarantee the
total absence of foreign
objects before packaging, or
as a classifier of products
according to their
granulometry.
The machine is made up of
a cylindrical cover
supported by a metallic
structure using antivibration suspensions. A
rotary reel is installed
coaxially in the cylindrical
body and is directly
connected to the main
motor, which is enclosed in a
metallic mesh onto which
the calibrated selection
cloth is attached. The
product, transported and
collected by the reel beaters,
is centrifuged along the
internal surface of the
calibrated cloth. The
vibrations, transmitted
along the body of the
machine by counterweights
fixed to the reel, allows the
continuous cleaning of the
cover, assisting in the outlet
of the selected product. The
waste is carried to the outlet
by the rotary-translational
movement produced by the
specific slope of the beaters.
Le Tamis Vibrant Horizontal
type VO sert à traiter les
produits pulvérisés en vue
d'assurer l'absence totale de
substances étrangères avant
le conditionnement ou en
vue de classer ces produits
en fonction de leur
granulométrie.
La machine est formée
d'une enveloppe cylindrique
ancrée à une structure
métallique à l'aide de
suspensions antivibration.
Dans ce corps cylindrique,
un moulinet rotatif est
inséré en direction coaxiale,
qui est directement couplé
au moteur de commande et
enveloppé dans un réseau
métallique. Ce moulinet
accueille la toile calibrée de
sélection. Le produit,
transporté et réuni par les
batteurs du moulinet, est
centrifugé sur la surface
interne de la toile calibrée.
La vibration, transmise à
tout le corps de la machine
par des contrepoids fixés au
moulinet, assure le
nettoyage constant de la
chemise, ce qui favorise
l'évacuation du produit
sélectionné. Les déchets sont
transportés à la sortie par le
mouvement de rotationtranslation obtenu grâce à
l'inclinaison ad hoc des
batteurs.

Zur Sichtung und
Verarbeitung von
verschiedene Produkten
wie:
- Kontrollsiebung für Mehl
vor der Absackung und
dem Loseverlad;
- Für die Abtrennung von
noch anhaftenden
Mehlteilen an der Kleie
zwecks Verbesserung der
Mehlausbeute;
- Als Klassificator zu sieben
von verschiedenen mehligen
und körnigen Schüttgütern
in zwei Fraktionen.
Die Maschine besteht aus
einem Schlägerrotor und ein
umgebende Siebzylinder in
ein Metall Gehäuse.
Das Siebgewebe wird durch
einen Vibrators erregt.
Das Produkt wird vom
Schlägerrotor erfaßt und an
die Bespannung
geschleudert.
Nach Produkt wird den
Siebgewebe ausgewellt.
Ein Vibrator ermöglicht die
kontinuierliche Reinigung
des Siebegewebes und
fordert das Produkt nach
Auslauf .

granulometría.
La máquina se compone de
un casco de forma cilíndrica
apoyado a una estructura
metálica mediante
suspensiones antivibración.
En el cuerpo cilíndrico está
insertado coaxialmente un
molinete giratorio,
directamente acoplado al
motor de mando, encerrado
en una red metálica sobre
la cual se encuentra fijada
la tela calibrada de
selección. El producto
transportado y recogido por
los batidores del molinete, es
centrifugado a lo largo de la
superficie interior de la tela
calibrada. La vibración,
transmitida a todo el
cuerpo de la máquina por
contrapesos fijados al
molinete, permite la
constante limpieza de la
cubierta, facilitando la
descarga del producto
seleccionado. El desecho es
conducido a la salida por el
movimiento de rotacióntraslación dado por la
particular inclinación de los
batidores.
