Para instalar la máquina PLASTICBAND NELEO 25, 50, 90, seguir
las instrucciones siguientes:
1. Situar la máquina en el lugar deseado.
2. Ajustar los pies a la altura de trabajo deseada.
3. Ajustar las mesas de rodillos de gravedad horizontales a la
altura deseada.
4. Ajustar los rodillos de gravedad verticales a la anchura
deseada.

5. Antes de conectar la máquina a la corriente, quitar los tornillos de bloqueo. ( fig. 1.1)
6. Conectar el enchufe a la corriente.

To install the PLASTICBAND NELEO 25, 50, 90 machine,follow the steps, as follows:
1. To place the machine in the choosed place.
2. To adjust the feet to the working desired height.
3. To adjust the gravity rollers tables to the desired height
4. To adjust the vertical gravity rollers to the desired width.
5. Before switch on the machine take out the marked blockade screws. (fig. 1.1)
6. Switch on the machine on a socket.

Pour installer la machine PLASTICBAND NELEO 25, 50, 90, suivre les instructions suivantes :
1. Positionner la machine à l’endroit choisi.
2. Régler les pieds télescopiques à la hauteur de travail souhaitée.
3. Régler les supports des rouleaux de guidage horizontaux à la hauteur voulue.
4. Règler les rouleaux de guidage verticaux à la largeur voulue.
5. Avant de connecter la machine au courant électrique, retirer les vis de blocage indiquées. (fig 1.1)
6. Connecter le câble d’alimentation au courant.

Um die Maschine PLASTICBAND NELEO 25, 50, 90 zu installieren, führen Sie folgende Anweisungen aus:
1. Stellen Sie die Maschine an den vorgesehenen Standort.
2. Einstellen der ausfahrbaren Füsse auf die optimale Arbeitshöhe.
3. Einstellen der horizontalen Gravitätsrollen auf die gewünschte Höhe.
4. Einstellen der vertikalen Gravitätsrollen auf die gewünschte Breite.
5. Bevoir Sie die Maschine am Storm anschliessen, entfernen Sie die blockierten Schrauben. Fig. 1.1)
6. Stromstecker einstecken.

Per installare la macchina PLASTICBAND NELEO 25, 50, 90, seguire le seguenti istruzioni:
1. Sistemare la macchina al posto desiderato.
2. Regolare i piedini all’altezza di lavoro desiderato.
3. Regolare i tavoli dei rulli di gravità orizzontali all’altezza desiderata.
4. Regolare i rulli di gravità verticali alla larghezza desiderata.
5. Prima di collegare la macchina alla corrente togliere le viti di bloccaggio. ( fig. 1.1)
6. Inserire la presa alla corrente.

PANEL DE CONTROL-. El panel de control está situado en la tapa lateral izquierda y esta compuesto de
los siguientes elementos:

Pulsador luminoso (ON/OFF): actúa de interruptor
general.
Pulsador (RESET). Cada vez que la máquina se queda
sin suministro eléctrico este se activa para evitar que la
máquina se ponga en marcha cuando vuelve el
suministro. Cada vez que la máquina se conecte
después de una falta de suministro eléctrico o porque
esté apagada pulsaremos este pulsador para reactivarla.
Regulador analógico de la velocidad de giro: Mediante
este regulador, obtendremos manualmente, la velocidad
de giro deseada.
Pedal eléctrico: pulsándolo empezará a girar el aro y
soltándolo este se parará.

CONTROL PANEL.- The panel control is placed in the left hand side cover and it is compossed of:
- Push button (ON/OFF): it operates as master switch.
- Push button (RESET). Each time the machine power is cut it is activated in the way to avoid the
machine switch on by itself when the power come back. Each time we switch on the machine
because the power of the machine is cut or because the machine is switch off, will be necessary to
push this button to reset the machine.
- Rotating speed analogic control : Through this regulator we could control manually the spool holder
hoop rotating speed.
- Electrical pedal : pushing on it the hoop will begin to turn and when pushing off it will stop.

TABLEAU DE CONTROLE – Le tableau de contrôle est situé sur la capot latéral gauche et est composé
des éléments suivants :

Bouton lumineux (ON/OFF) : servant d’interrupteur général.
Bouton (RESET). A chaque rupture d’alimentation électrique de la machine ce bouton s’activera
afin d’éviter une remise en marche automatique au retour de l’alimentation. A chaque remise en
route de la machine après une coupure de courant électrique ou après un arrêt de la machine, il

KONTROLLFELD. Das Kontrollfeld ist auf der linken Seite der Maschine angebracht und ist in
Verbindung mit folgenden Elementen:
- Leuchtschalter (ON/OFF): dient als Hauptschalter
- Schalter (RESET): Bei Unterbrechung der Stromversorgung, aktivieren Sie diesen Schalter und die
Maschine schaltet sich selber wieder ein. Immer wenn die Maschine durch eine Stromversorgung
unterbrochen war, betätigen Sie diesen Schalter um die Maschine wieder in Gang zu setzen.
- Geschwindigkeitsregler analog für den umreifungsring: mittels diesem
regler, haben sie die möglichkeit die umwickelgeschwindigkeit manuell zu regulieren.
- Elektrisches Startpedal: wird es gedrückt, beginnt der Umreifungsring sich zu drehen, lassen Sie das

Pulsante (RESET). Ogni volta che la machina rimane senza approvvigionamento elettrico questo
si deve attivare al fine di evitare che la macchina si metta in funzionamento al ritorno della corrente
elettrica. Ogni volta che la macchina verrà connessa dopo una mancanza di rifornimento elettrico o
perché sia spenta, dovremo premere questo tasto per riattivarla.

Tramite questo regolatore si otterrà manualmente la velocità di giro desiderata.
Pedale elettrico: premendolo inizierà a girare l’anello e
rilasciandolo questo si fermerà.

1. Abrir la ventana de acceso y aflojar el pomo (A) del eje portabobinas para extraer el tubo de
cartón vacío.
2. Colocar una nueva bobina de film en el eje portabobinas de manera que el extremo del film salga
por la parte superior derecha de la misma.
3. Sujetar la bobina con una mano y con la otra apretar el pomo (A) hasta que la bobina quede
sujeta.
4. Sujetar el extremo de la banda de film y pasarlo de manera envolvente por debajo del rodillo de
pretensado (B), por encima del rodillo de frenado (D) y por el lateral exterior del rodillo de
pretensado (C). A continuación, introducir el film hacia el centro del aro de la máquina por el
orificio del aro protector.
5. Cerrar la ventana de acceso.
Muy importante: para evitar la rotura del sistema de sujeción de la bobina es necesario e
imprescindible aflojar del todo el pomo (A) antes de extraer el tubo vacio y no introducir la bobina
en el eje, si el pomo (A), no esta totalmente aflojado.

1. Open the access window and loose (A) the holder shaft knob to remove the empty cardboard
tube.
2. Place a new stretchfilm reel in the holder spool shaft in the way that the film end go out by its
upper right hand side.
3. Fasten stretchfilm reel with one hand and with the other hand tighten the knob (A) until the reel
would be fixed.
4. Take the stretchfilm end and pass it covering below the pre-stretch roller (B), above the brake
roller (D), and for the pre-stretch lateral side roller (C). After this, introduce the film through the
hole place on the yellow cover.
5. Close the window access.
CAUTION: to avoid the reel holding system breaks is absolutely necessary to loose completely the
knob (A) before to remove the empty cardboard tube as well as no to replace the new stretchfilm
reel if the knob (A) is not absolutely loosed.

1. Ouvrir la fenêtre d’accés et dévisser la poignée (A) de l’axe porte-bobine pour retirer le tube de film
vide.
2. Placer une nouvelle bobine de film sur l’axe porte-bobine de façon que l’extrêmité du film sorte par
la partie supérieure droite de celui-ci.
3. Maintenir la bobine d’une main et de l’autre serrer la poignée (A) jusqu’à ce que la bobine soit
maintenue.
4. Attraper l’extrêmité de la bande de film et la passer de façon enveloppante sous le rouleau
prétenseur (B) puis par dessus le rouleau-frein (D) et enfin sur le côté extérieur du rouleau
prétenseur (C). Ensuite introduire le film jusqu’au centre du plateau de la machine par l’orifice du
capot de protection (Voir fig.1.1).
5. Effectuer les mêmes opérations sur le deuxième porte-bobines.
6. Fermer la fenêtre d’accés.

(C). Quindi introdurre il film verso il centro dell’anello della macchina dall’apertura dell’anello
protettore.
5. Chiudere la finestra di accesso.
Molto importante: per evitare la rottura del sistema di aggancio della bobina è necessario e
indispensabile allentare completamente il pomo (A) prima di estrarre l’anima vuota e non introdurre
la bobina nell’asse se il pomo (A) non è completamente allentato.

a.- En primer lugar agarraremos el extremo de la banda de film que viene del porta bobinas y que sale
por el orificio del aro de protección, y se colocará sobre el paquete a envolver, sujetándolo con la
mano y ejerciendo una ligera presión sobre el mismo.
b.- Seguidamente accionaremos el pedal eléctrico, sin soltar el extremo del film, hasta que las primeras
vueltas nos sujeten dicho extremo.
c.- A continuación ya no es necesario sujetar el extremo del film y podemos empezar a desplazar el
producto a través del aro y por encima de los rodillos horizontales.
d.- Una vez finalizada la operación de envolver el paquete soltaremos el pedal eléctrico y cuando el aro
giratorio se haya detenido, cortaremos la banda de film con la mano o con un cortador.

d.- Une fois l’emballage du paquet terminé, relâcher la pédale électrique et quand le plateau giratoire est
arrêté, couper le film à la main ou à l’aide d’un cutter.

d) Wenn Sie das Produkt eingewickelt haben, beenden Sie den Vorgang der Einwicklung indem Sie
das Startpedal loslassen. Sobald sich die Einwickeltrommel nicht mehr bewegt, können Sie mit der
Hand oder mit einem Cutter den Film abtrennen.

dall’apertura dell’anello di protezione e lo si posizionerà sul collo da confezionare, reggendolo con la
mano ed esercitando una leggera pressione sullo stesso.

reggeranno il suddetto estremo.
c.- Quindi non sarà più necessario reggere l’estremo del film e potremo iniziare a spostare il prodotto
attraverso l’anello e da sopra i rulli orizzontali.
d.- Una volta terminata l’operazione di confezionare il collo rilasceremo il pedale elettrico e quando
l’anello giratorio si sarà fermato, taglieremo la banda del film con la mano o con un tagliatore.

Para alcanzar el nivel de tensión deseado del film estirable, bastará con girar el mando de ajuste de
tensión (ver imagen), en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para mayor tensión y a la inversa para reducir
la tensión. Ajustando la tensión obtendremos mayor presión de embalaje sobre el producto; además se
estirará el film estirable obteniendo así un ahorro del mismo.
Atención: La excesiva tensión del film estirable puede provocar roturas constantes del mismo.

To reach the wished stretchfilm tension, it will be enough by turning
round the tension control (see picture),to the right way for higher tension, and the inverse to less
stretchfilm tension. Adjusting the tension we get a higher pressure onto the product. Moreover we also
get a stretchfilm tension and therefore a saving of it.
Caution: The excessive stretchfilm tension could bring about constant breaking.

Pour atteindre le niveau de tension voulu, il suffit d’actionner la poignée de réglage de la tension (A),
dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour augmenter la tension, et dans le sens inverse pour la

également un étirement du film et par là-même une économie de celui-ci.

Um die gewünschte Spannung in den Film zu bekommen, muss die Justierschraube (A) zur
Spannungseinstellung betätigt werden, im Uhrzeigersinn für eine stärkere Spannung, dagegen für eine
schwächere. Durch eine stärkere Spannung erhält das Produkt eine bessere Stabilität um das Produkt.
Ausserdem wird durch die stärkere Dehnung des Films weniger Material benötigt.
Achtung:
Eine zu hohe Spannung kann zu einem häufigen Reissen des Films führen.

Per raggiungere il livello di tensionamento desiderato del film estensibile, basterà girare il comando di
regolazione del tensionamento (vedere immagine), in senso orario per una maggior tensione e in senso
antiorario per ridurre la tensione. Regolando il tensionamento si otterrà una maggiore pressione
dell’imballaggio sul prodotto; inoltre verrà tirato il film estensibile ottenendo così un risparmio dello
stesso.
Attenzione: L’eccessivo tensionamento del film estensibile può provocare rotture costanti dello stesso.

Es importante para obtener un óptimo embalaje, ajustar la posición de las mesas de rodillos de gravedad.
Para ajustar la altura de las mesas aflojar la maneta (A), situada debajo de la mesa, y regularlas a la
posición necesaria. La altura ideal será la que permita que el centro de la sección del paquete coincida
aproximadamente con el centro del aro porta bobinas.Asimismo los rodillos verticales se deben ajustar
lateralmente de modo que cuando se realice el avance del producto este vaya apoyado en los rodillos y
evitar así movimientos bruscos del producto, lo que podría provocar roturas del film.

To obtain an optimal packaging is important to adjust the position
of the gravity rollers tables. To adjust the height of the gravity
rollers table to loose the handle (A) placed under the tables and
adjust them to the desired height. The ideal height would be that
which allows to centrer the product in relation with the hoop
diameter.
Moreover the vertical gravity rollers should also be adjusted in the
way that the products are guied while pushing for wrapping and
so avoid movments which could bring up film breakage.

Allo stesso modo i rulli verticali devono essere regolati lateralmente di modo che quando si produca
l’avanzamento del prodotto, questo si trovi appoggiato sui rulli ed evitare così movimenti bruschi del
prodotto, che potrebbero provocare rotture del film.

a.- Utilizar gafas de seguridad con protección lateral.
b.- Sólo puede reparar la máquina personal especializado.
c.- Desconectar la máquina de cualquier suministro eléctrico.
d.- Atenerse a las instrucciones de reparación.
e.- Utilizar las herramientas adecuadas.
f.- Nunca ajustar, reparar o lubricar la máquina estando la misma en funcionamiento.
g.- No trabajar en ambientes explosivos.
GENERAL: Revisar periódicamente la correa de transmisión para sustituirla cuando presente
síntomas de desgaste que afectarían al normal funcionamiento de la máquina.
ENGRASADO: Comprobar que la máquina está absolutamente limpia, utilizar un cepillo o aire
comprimido para eliminar la suciedad, antes de poner grasa en los siguientes puntos:

ATTENTION !!
AVANT DE REPARER LA MACHINE:
a.- Utiliser des lunettes de sécurité avec protection latérales.
b.- Seul le personnel spécialisé peut réparer la machine.
c.- Déconnecter la machine de toute alimentation électrique.
d.- Se conformer aux instructions de réparation.
e.- Utiliser les outils adéquats.
f.- Ne jamais régler, réparer ou graisser la machine si elle est en fonctionnement.
g.- Ne jamais travailler en milieu explosifs.
GÉNÉRAL : Vérifier régulièrement la courroie de transmission et la changer chaque fois qu’elle
présente des symptômes d’usure qui pourraient affecter le fonctionnement normal de la machine.
GRAISSAGE : Vérifier que la machine soit absolument propre, utiliser un pinceau ou l’air conditionné
pour éliminer la saleté, avant de graisser les points suivants :

b.- Die Maschine kann nur von Technikern repariert werden.
c.- Unterbrechen Sie immer die Sromversorgung bei einer elektrischen Reparatur.
d.- Folgen Sie nach den Anweisungen wie im Handbuch beschrieben.
e.- Benutzen Sie immer entsprechende Werkzeuge.
f.- Niemals Einstellungen vornehmen, reparieren oder schmieren, wenn die Maschine funktionsbereit
ist.
g.- Nicht in einem explosivem Umfeld arbeiten.
ALLGEMEIN: Regelmässig das Stromkabel überprüfen, um es dann auszuwechseln, wenn es
Anzeichen dafür gibt, dass es keine normalen Arbeitsablauf mehr gewährleistet.
SCHMIEREN: Überprüfen Sie, ob die Maschine absolut sauber ist. Benutzen Sie eine Bürste oder
Luftdruck, um den Schmutz zu beseitigen, bevor Sie die folgenden Punkte schmieren:

PRIMA DI RIPARARE LA MACCHINA:
a.- Utilizzare occhiali di sicurezza con protezione laterale.
b.- La macchina può essere riparata solo da personale specializzato.
c.- Scollegare la macchina da qualsiasi fonte di rifornimento elettrico.
d.- Attenersi alle istruzioni di riparazione.
e.- Usare gli attrezzi adeguati.
f.- Mai regolare, riparare o lubrificare la macchina mentre si trova in funzionamento.
g.- Non lavorare in ambienti esplosivi.
GENERALE: Controllare periodicamente la cinghia di trasmissione per sostituirla quando presenterà
dei sintomi di usura che potrebbero influire sul normale funzionamento della macchina.
LUBRIFICAZIONE: Verificare che la macchina sia assolutamente pulita, usare una spazzola o aria
compressa per eliminare la sporcizia prima di lubrificare i seguenti punti:

Non lubrificare né la cinghia né la pista sulla quale si sposta.

ОСНОВНЫЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ: Периодически проверяйте состояние приводного ремня,
чтобы своевременно заменить его, выявив симптомы, которые могут привести к
потере нормальной работоспособности.
СМАЗКА: Проверьте, что станок чист; используя щетку или сжатый воздух, очистите
его от грязи, перед тем как набить смазку в масленки как указано:
