Example certificate: Certificate of No Impediment (CNI)
This is an example of the Certificate you will be issued in Spanish. We strongly advise that you show
this to the Civil Registry where you are getting married and ask them to confirm whether you need
this document or a Marital Status Certificate or both. Your version will bear the signature of the
consular officer and an official consular stamp.


MATRIMONIO

se me ha mostrado impedimento legal alguno para celebrar dicho matrimonio.
