PRESENTATION
It was in March 1957 when Armando Mozota, together with two partners,
founded a workshop, whose future they could never have imagined at that
time. With the impetus and drive of his son Armando Mozota 2, who is the
company’s current managing director, the Mozota family acquired complete
control of the company, taking it from strength to strength and inaugurating,
in 1997, its new 2,600 m2 plant.
The third generation is the
company’s present and future.
The third Armando in the saga embarked upon his professional career while still studying a degree in engineering, combining his academic work with
learning the trade. He currently holds the post of factory manager and his
challenge is to modernize the company, to come up with new, fresh ideas for
managing and transforming the company’s whole range of CNC machines.
Today the company chiefly works for
the automotive industry, although it
is also making strong inroads into the
defence sector and manufactures for
other sectors too, such as the food industry, electronics, hydraulic valves,
lifts or car washes.

Most of its production (around 80%)
is exported to such diverse countries
as France, Poland, Italy, Brazil, Germany, Sweden or Portugal.
Joarjo is backed by ISO 9001 and 14001 certification and more recently it has
been awarded ISO TS 16949 certification, a standard that has meant a considerable improvement in the current quality system in placed in the organization, which has been improved and reinforced to guarantee the products we
supply to our customers.
Joarjo has received accolades as satisfying as that of “Collaborating Entity in
Equal Opportunities for Women and Men”, awarded by the Women’s Institute
of Aragon. Furthermore, in 2001 it was awarded “Best European Supplier” by the
multinational company Hutchinson that belongs to the TOTAL-FINAL-ELF group.

ALUMINIUM CUTTING AND MACHINING
Our aluminium cutting centre is equipped
with specific machinery for different sizes and
lengths and we are highly competitive and
flexible in terms of sizes and quantities to be
manufactured.
We specialize in the manufacture of aluminium flanges for air-conditioning systems. At
the current time we have two production lines
for cutting aluminium parts and two computer
vision lines that guarantee the quality of our
products.
10

We normally work with 6082, 6106, 6060
and 7075 alloys, but will always study our
customers’ requests.
BAR TURNING
JOARJO is specially oriented towards bar turning in large, medium
or small production runs, starting directly with the iron, stainless
steel, nylon, brass, aluminium or titanium bars, amongst other materials. For this purpose we use single-spindle CNC lathes, multi-spindle CNC lathes, multi-spindle screw lathes and auxiliary machinery such as transfer machines.
We specialize in the bar turning of products within a diameter range of 2 mm to 60 mm and we have the means required to supply
references with finishes, including surface and heat treatments
(outsourced services).

MACHINING PROCESSES
In addition to our wide experience in machining and bar turning for diverse sectors, we
have also specialized in the manufacture of
aluminium flanges for air-conditioning systems.
Currently, we have two production lines for
cutting and one computer vision line that guarantees the quality of our finishes.
This has opened up the way for us as suppliers
in Spain and also in other countries such as
France, Poland, Italy and Brazil, earning us the
acclaim of our customers. We normally work
with 6082T6 and 6060T6 alloys although we
carefully assess all the requests made by our
customers.

am2
Final inspection
The last step, before packaging, consists
of inspecting each and every one of the
materials and items that have been machined, using for this purpose, our computer vision lines that guarantee the correct dimensioning of all the products we
manufacture.
Washing and greasing
of parts
Once the materials have been machined,
they undergo a washing and filtering process to ensure that there are no burrs or
impurities, before proceeding to the final
inspection of the production process.
EXCELLENCE IN
INDUSTRIAL MACHINING
From its very beginnings JOARJO has always
been committed to offering the highest level
of excellence in all of its work. Its range of industrial machinery has been gradually updated and modernized to enhance the efficiency
of the different processes.
We have modern computer numeric control
machines. Our total potential is placed at the
service of our customers.

CORPORATE
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
At JOARJO we believe that it is impossible to
achieve business excellence in an unequal society.
For this very reason we have participated for
many years in projects, activities and initiatives that are, in some cases, aimed at mitigating these inequalities and, in others, their purpose is simply to provide activities that have a
strong positive impact on the education and
development of young people.
Our main commitment: Equal opportunities for men and women
In our company we are committed to valuing
women in the business environment and we
work to achieve this.
For this reason the Aragonese Women’s Institute has accredited us as collaborating company in its Equal Opportunities project. We
work towards balancing responsibility.
In this context we have been pioneers in signing an agreement between the Government
of Aragon and the Aragonese Association of
Women Managers, in their +Women Managers
program.

Ayúdanos a difundir nuestro mensaje:

