PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE: January 8, 2016
Mighty Maverick College Prep Parents,
It has been a great week back from Christmas break! Students have been focused and eager to learn and participate. As we enter
into the spring semester, not only are we preparing for upcoming STAAR exams, but we would also like to call your attention to the
attached calendar for the month of January. We have several events coming up that are great opportunities for parents and
students, including Report Card Night this coming Tuesday and our spring lock-in for our students on the 22nd.
In regards to our end of year field lesson, we will have more information for your selection coming soon. Once again we would like
to thank you for your continued support. We are looking forward to a productive semester!

Ha sido una gran semana de volver de las vacaciones de Navidad! Los estudiantes están concentrados y con ganas de aprender y
participar. A medida que nos adentramos en el semestre de primavera, estamos preparando para los próximos exámenes STAAR,
y también nos gustaría llamar su atención sobre el calendario fijado para el mes de enero. Tenemos varios eventos que vienen que
son grandes oportunidades para los padres y los estudiantes, incluyendo Noche de Reporte de Grados el próximo martes y nuestro
noche divertida para nuestros estudiantes en el 22.
Con respecto de nuestro viaje de estudios, vamos a tener más información para su selección. Una vez más, nos gustaría darle las
gracias por su continuo apoyo. Estamos mirando adelante a un semestre productivo!
