Dear Parishioners, Thank you for your generosity in giving your time, talent and treasures. Without your neverending support, it would be very difficult for us to sustain ourselves or move forward as a community. We have done several things these past few years, especially with regard to renovating our aging facility. We continue to maintain and nourish existing ministries here in our parish and support many organizations serving the marginalized in our community. We have accomplished many things, but there is still more that can be done. After consultation and collaboration with our Clergy, Staff, Parish Council, Finance Council and the Building Committee we have presented to our Diocesan Bishop and his trusted staff a few recommended projects to be done here at St. Rose of Lima Parish. Upon review of our request, he gave us the go ahead to begin the projects. Following are the projects that we would like to accomplish this fiscal year: ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ Renovate the floor in the Parish Gym/Social Hall Upgrade our Parish lights to LED technology, saving more than 60 percent energy over conventional light bulbs Repaint the Church’s interior walls Install Projectors and possibly an upgraded sound system in the Church and possibly in the Gym/Hall Update the flooring in the Convent (future project) Renovate the Parish House (future project) All of these projects and enhancements would not be possible without the continued support of you, our generous parishioners. Thank you for helping us maintain our buildings and our campus. Yours in Christ, Fr. Gracias. Copyright © J. S. Paluch Co.
