or using the cylinder cart. Ensure that the cylinder cart is assembled as described
in the following paragraphs before use. If the cylinder cart is not properly
assembled, personal injury and property damage could result.
WARNING: The cylinder cart IS NOT a support device. DO NOT place your weight
on it or lean on it as you would a cane; this could result in personal injury and
damage to the cylinder cart.

ASSEMBLY
1. Checkforobviousdamagetothecartonoritscontents.If
damageisevident,pleasenotifythecarrierandyourGrahamFieldauthorizeddistributor.
2. Removecylindercartandpackagingfromcarton.Inspect
productfordamageormissingcomponents.
3. Removeplasticwrappingfromwheels.
4. Assemble:Installcylindercarthandleextensionbyinserting
itintocylindercartbottomcollar—ensurehandlelocksinto
placeinoneoftheadjustmentholes.Thehandleheightcanbe
adjustedtoaccommodateuserheight.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY
GFHealthProducts,Inc.(“GF”)warrantstotheoriginalpurchaseronlythatitwillreplaceorrepaircomponents,atGF’ssole
discretion,thataredefectiveinmaterialorworkmanshipundernormaluseandservice.Allwarrantiesareconditioneduponthe
properuseoftheproductsstrictlyinaccordancewithgoodcommercialpracticeandapplicableGFinstructionsandmanuals,
includingproperuseandmaintenance.Totheextentthatacomponentiswarrantedbyathirdparty,GFconveysallofitsrights
underthatwarrantytotheoriginalpurchaser,totheextentpermitted.Thislimitedwarrantyshallonlyapplytodefectsthatare
reportedtoGF’scustomerserviceteamwithintheapplicablewarrantyperiodandwhich,uponexaminationbyGForitsauthorized
representative,provetobeawarrantyitem.Thislimitedwarrantyisnottransferable.Withintheguidelinessetforthinthis
document,thisproductiswarrantedforone(1)year.Theapplicablewarrantyperiodshallcommencefromdateofshipmentto
theoriginalcustomer,unlessthereisanexpirationdateonthecomponentinwhichcasethewarrantyshallexpireontheearlierof
warrantyperiodortheexpirationdate.

beprovidedbytheCustomerServiceRepresentative.Failuretoabidebythespecificdirectionswillresultindenialofthewarranty
claim.
EXCLUSIONS
ThewarrantydoesnotcoverandGFshallnotbeliableforthefollowing:
1)Defects,damage,orotherconditionscaused,inwholeorinpart,bymisuse,abuse,negligence,alteration,accident,freight
damage,tamperingorfailuretoseekandobtainrepairorreplacementinatimelymanner;
2)Productswhicharenotinstalled,used,orproperlycleanedandmaintainedasrequiredintheofficialmanualfortheapplicable
product;
3)Productsconsideredtobeofanon-durablenatureincluding,butnotlimitedto:casters,filters,fuses,gaskets,lubricants,and
charts;
4)AccessoriesorpartsnotprovidedbyGF;
5)Chargesbyanyoneforadjustments,repairs,replacementparts,installationorotherworkperformeduponorinconnectionwith
suchproductswhicharenotexpresslyauthorizedinwriting,inadvance,byGF;
6)Anylabororshippingchargesincurredinthereplacementpartinstallationorrepair;
7)Costsandexpensesofregularmaintenanceandcleaning;and
8)RepresentationsandwarrantiesmadebyanypersonorentityotherthanGF.
