L’apparecchiatura A.T.S., prodotta dalla Teseo srl, permette di disporre facilmente lungo tutta la corsa
del carrello, di fonti di energia fluida ed elettrica.
Questo sistema è composto da una rotaia componibile, da fissare mediante staffe alle pareti o alle
strutture esistenti. Internamente allo speciale profilo della rotaia, si svolgono i tubi o i cavi che portano
l’aria o la corrente fino al carrello.
Sulla rotaia scorre libero un carrello, sul quale vi sono le varie uscite per utilizzi.
I vantaggi di questo sistema sono:
-disporre in qualsiasi punto lungo la corsa del carrello di uscite di aria o di prese elettriche;

ATS - AIR TRACK SUPPLY
This unique track and trolley system is produced by Teseo srl. It has been designed to support tooling and
to provide compressed air, fluids and electrical current to any point along the track.
A.T.S. is manifactured from a modular extruded aluminium track which can be secured to a wall or any
suitable structure, the trolley runs along the track with minimal effort, supporting tooling and providing
power right to the point of use. Additional options can be supplied on the trolley.
The benefits are:
-no trailing hoses to impair operator movements;

ATS - ALIMENTATION PAR CHARIOT MOBILE
La distribution de l’énergie sur chariot mobile, produite par TESEO srl, permet de disposer facilement, le
long de toute la course du chariot, de sources d’énergie dont air comprimé et autres fluides.
Ce système est constitué d’un long rail modulable fixé grâce à des étriers aux parois ou aux structures
déjà existantes. A l’intérieur du rail, se trouvent les tubes et les câbles qui transportent l’air et le courant
jusqu’au chariot. Le chariot sur lequel sont disposés différents éléments court librement sur le rail.
Les avantages de ce système sont:
-pouvoir disposer, en n’importe quel point de la course du chariot, de sorties d’air ou de prises
électriques;
-pouvoir attacher sur le chariot un équilibreur pour soutenir le poids de l’outil portable;

ATS - VERSORGUNG DURCH DEN LAUFWAGEN
Die von der Firma Teseo srl hergestellte A.T.S.-Vorrichtung ermöglicht es, über Quellen von flüssiger
sowie elektrischer Energie entlang der gesamten Laufschiene zu verfügen. Das System besteht aus einer
zusammenbaubaren Schiene, welche durch Bügel an Wänden oder an bereits bestehenden Strukturen
befestigt werden kann. Im Innenteil des speziellen Schienenprofils befinden sich Schläuche bzw. Kabel,
die dem Laufwagen Luft oder Strom zuführen.
Auf der Schiene gleitet ein Laufwagen, welcher mit verschiedenen Anschlüssen für die unterschiedlichen
Anwendungen versehen ist.
Dieses System zeichnet sich durch folgende Vorteile aus:
- An jedem beliebigen Punkt der Laufschiene kann sowohl über Luft als auch über Strom verfügt werden;
- Das System kann das Gewicht der tragbaren Werkzeuge tragen;
- Durch dieses System werden die mit fliegenden oder auf dem Boden liegenden Rohren verbundenen

ATS - ALIMENTACIÓN CON VAGONETA DESLIZANTE
El equipo “A.T.S.” producido por “Teseo srl” permite disponer fácilmente a lo largo de todo el trayecto
de la vagoneta de fuentes de energía de fluidos y eléctrica. Este sistema se compone de un carril a fijar
mediante abrazaderas a las paredes o a las estructuras existentes. Internamente al perfil especial del
carril se ubican los tubos o cables que llevan el aire o la corriente hasta la vagoneta.
Sobre el carril se desliza libremente una vagoneta sobre la cual se encuentran las diversas salidas a
utilizar.
Las ventajas de este sistema son:
-disponer en cualquier punto a lo largo de la trayectoria de la vagoneta, de salidas de aire o de
tomas eléctricas.
-poder sostener el peso de los útiles portátiles.

The swinging arm for the compressed air feed allows the pneumatic tools to be supported and fed on a semi circular
working surface. It consists of a horizontal bar fixed on a hollow pin revolving on self-lubricating bearings, with gaskets for the compressed air seal. The pin is supported by two brackets attached to the wall with expansion dowels. For
extra movement along the length of the SAB, an ATS system can be fitted.
The sketch below shows an integrated solution obtained fixing a 3 m A.T.S. on a 3 m S.A.B.

Quest’ultimo consiste in una rotaia sulla quale scorre libero un carrello predisposto di un’uscita di aria

Una delle due colonne della struttura è pressurizzata, funge quindi da conduttura e da serbatoio
d’aria compressa.
Completano inoltre l’impianto i piedi regolabili in altezza e le traverse regolabili a cui agganciare le
cassette porta-pezzi. Tutta la struttura è fornita in robusto imballo di cartone ed è già premontata,
onde facilitare l’installazione del banco da parte dell’utilizzatore.

The workbench is specially equipped for assembly work utilising pneumatic tools. It is constructed
with a stout extruded aluminium frame which supports the A.T.S. system.
The A.T.S. system consists of a rail on which a trolley runs freely. The trolley has an air outlet and a
spring catch.
One of the two upright supports of the bench frame is pressurized acting as both a reservoir and a
delivery tube. To complete the system we supply height adjustable feet and cross bars with shelves to
which parts bins can be hooked. The whole frame is supplied, partially assembled, in a stout cardboard box. The supply of the simple bench frame represents a valid alternative to the complete bench.
It must be fixed to the customer’s existing work-bench by means of proper feed.

La table de montage, spécialement équipée pour effectuer des montages ou des assembleges avec
des outils pneumatiques, est composée d’une structure robuste en aluminium extrudé qui supporte
l’installation A.T.S. Cette installation consiste en un rail sur lequel court librement un chariot qui est
pourvu d’une sortie d’air comprimé et d’un mousqueton pour l’attelage des outils. L’une des deux
colonnes de la structure est pressurisée et sert donc de conduite et de réservoir d’air comprimé.
Les pieds réglables en hauteur et les traverses avec consoles auxquelles on attache les bacs d’outils à
stockage, elles aussi réglables, complètent l’installation.
Toute la structure est fournie dans un emballage robuste en carton et est déjà pré-montée, de manière
à faciliter la mise en place de la table chez l’utilisateur.

WBA - BANCO DE TRABAJO PARA MONTAJE
El banco de trabajo, específicamente equipado para efectuar montajes o ensamblajes con utensilios
neumáticos, está compuesto por una estructura de aluminio extruido que sostiene la planta “A.T.S.”.
Esta última se compone de un carril sobre el cual se desliza libremente una vagoneta provista de una
salida de aire comprimido y de un enganche de utensilios. Una de las dos columnas de la estructura
está sometida a presión, por tanto, desempeña una función de conducción y de depósito de aire
comprimido.
Completan la planta los pies regulables en altura y las barras paralelas regulables a las cuales se acopla la caja porta-piezas. Toda la estructura se suministra montada y provista de un robusto embalaje
de cartón a fin de facilitar la instalación del banco por parte del usuario.
Como alternativa al banco completo hay la simple estructura aplicable a su plan de trabajo.
