I International Conference on Energy and Innovation for Sustainable
Development.
The Center for the Management of Information and Energy Development
(CUBAENERGIA) along with the Cuban Nuclear Energy Agency, the Ministry of
Science-Technology and Environment, as well as theCuban Renewable Energy
Department of Ministry of Mines and Energy, are pleased to announce the I
International Conference on Energy and Innovation for Sustainable Development to
beheld in Havana Cuba on October 31stto November 4rd 2016, within the frame of the I
International Convention on Science, Technology and Innovation at Havana’s
Convention Hall.
Objectives: To debate,with an integral approach, on experiences aiming at effectively
and smartly exploiting renewable energy resources as well as sharing experience on
energy management in the entrepreneur and academic sectors including policies issues
capable of highlighting the role of science, technology and innovation. In particular the
Conference willalso be devoting a program session to biomass gasification issues
representing a unique opportunity to learn and exchange practical experience on
commercially proved gasification technologies.
Simultaneously to the Conference, will alsobe in session the XVI International
Havana’s Commercial Fair and Exhibition (http://www.feriahavana.com/), which would
be a sound opportunity for networking with world-wide exhibitors, innovators and
technology providers.
