Dear Parents St George´s College North is holding its fourth Fun Run and asado on Saturday 21 August 2010. The objective of the day is to join the St George's community in an event that encourages participation and exercise. All the community (students, teachers, parents, neighbours, former students, friends, Old Georgians, St George's College, Quilmes, etc.) are invited. The start will be at 10.00 from the St George's College North campus and the participants will register and then run, jog or walk round the 5 km circuit of the San Jorge Village horse track. The Old Georgian Club, Fundación Educacional San Jorge and the Argentine British Community Council (ABCC) will be organizing the asado and refreshments. Each person participating will represent one College house and the houses with the most participants will be awarded with a trophy. The Headmaster's trophy will be for Secondary Houses ( Agar, Cutts, Farran and Lockwood). The Room Parents' Trophy is for Primary Houses (Haxell, Jackson, Roberts and Stevenson). Any Pre K, K1, K2 student or non‐student participant not in a house can represent whichever house they like.
