Descrizione: la stazione manuale di svuotamento big-bag di produzione TECHNOSILOS garantisce uno svuotamento totale dello stesso
con un flusso assolutamente costante ed indipendente dalla quantità di prodotto contenuta nel big-bag.
Il posizionamento del big-bag sulla struttura di sostegno avviene facilmente attraverso l’utilizzo di un carrello elevatore. Il telaio della
stazione big-bag è inoltre regolabile manualmente in altezza, adattabile allo svuotamento di sacconi di diverse capacità.
È particolarmente progettata per operare nel rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di impatto ambientale e sicurezza del lavoro.

La station manuelle de vidage des bigbags réalisée par TECHNOSILOS assure
le vidage complet du big bag avec un
débit absolument constant et
indépendant de la quantité de produit
contenue dans le big-bag.
Le chariot élévateur permet de
positionner le big-bag sur la structure
de support en un tour de main. En
outre la hauteur du bâti de la station
pour big-bags peut être réglée
manuellement pour s'adapter ainsi aux
sacs de contenances différentes.
Le système a été conçu de manière à
respecter tout particulièrement les
normes en vigueur en matière d'impact
sur l'environnement et de sécurité du
travail.

La estación manual de vaciado big-bag
fabricada por TECHNOSILOS garantiza
un vaciado completo del mismo con
un flujo absolutamente constante e
independiente de la cantidad de
producto contenida en el big-bag.
El posicionamiento del big bag sobre
la estructura de soporte se realiza
ágilmente utilizando una carretilla
elevadora. El bastidor de la estación
big-bag es también regulable
manualmente en altura, adaptándose
al vaciado de sacos con distintas
capacidades.
Se ha diseñado especialmente para
que funcione de conformidad con las
normativas vigentes en cuanto a
impacto ambiental y seguridad en el
trabajo.

Die manuelle Entleerstation von
TECHNOSILOS gewährleistet die
vollständige Entleerung der BigBags
mit einem unabhängig von der
Füllmenge stets absolut konstanten
Materialfluss.
Das Aufsetzen des BigBags auf das
Traggestell erfolgt schnell und einfach
mit einem Gabelstapler. Das BigBagTraggestell ist höhenverstellbar und
kann so zum Entleeren von Behältern
unterschiedlicher Kapazität eingesetzt
werden.
Speziell entwickelt, um unter
Einhaltung geltender Umweltschutzund Arbeitssicherheitsnormen zu
arbeiten.

Description:
The manual big-bag emptying station
manufactured by TECHNOSILOS allows
for the big-bag to be fully emptied with
a flow which is absolutely even and
independent of the quantity of product
contained in the big-bag.
The big-bag is set in place on the
bearing structure with ease via the use
of a lift truck. In addition the frame of
the big-bag station may be adjusted
in height manually and suited for
emptying big-bags of different
capacities.
The manual big-bag station is
purposely designed to operate in
compliance with the regulations in
force with regard to the environmental
impact and safety at work issues.
