Normas de obligado cumplimiento / Norms to be strictely complied with
1. El expositor cumplimentará y firmará la presente solicitud de conexión eléctrica, y la entregará al electricista-instalador, oficialmente autorizado, que
efectúe la instalación.
2. El electricista-instalador, oficialmente autorizado (o técnico competente autorizado), una vez efectuada la instalación, entregará esta solicitud a los
servicios técnicos de la feria, que autorizará provisionalmente la conexión de dicha instalación a la red de la feria.
3. Los servicios técnicos de la feria procederán a la revisión de las instalaciones eléctricas y, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el vigente reglamento
electrotécnico de baja tensión, caso de observar deficiencias, procederá al corte de suministro hasta su rectificación.
4. Para potencias superiores a 50 Kw es necesaria la presentación de un proyecto suscrito por un técnico.
5. Los motores con potencia superior a 15 Kw deberán disponer de dispositivos que limiten la intensidad de arranque.
6. Es imprescindible la entrega de esta solicitud a los servicios técnicos de la feria y haber efectuado el pago de los importes resultantes de las potencias solicitadas, según tarifa de feria, para la conexión de las instalaciones eléctricas de los stands.
1.The exhibitor will complete and sign the present application for the electrical connection, and will hand it over to the installing electrician officially authorized,
carrying out the installation.
2.The officially authorized installing-electrician (on authorized competent technician), once the installation has been made, will give this application to the fair´s
technical services, which will provisionally authorize the connection of said installation to the fair´s network.
3.The fair´s technical services will be proceed to check the electrical installations and in accordance with that stipulated in the low voltage electrotechnical rules
in force, if deficiencies should be seen, will proceed to cut off the supply until they have been rectified.
4. For powers greater than 50 Kw a project signed by a technician should be presented.
5. Motors with power greater than 15 Kw must be have devices to limit the stanting force.
6.This application must be handed over the fair´s technical services and the payment of the resulting sums of the powers requested, according to the fair´s prices
for connection of the electrical installations on the stands must be made.

• Se le facturará el consumo según tarifas de Feria de Zaragoza.
• El expositor establecerá previamente un depósito de 200 €.
Al finalizar el Certámen se regularizará este importe con el consumo.
• El aparato de teléfono será entregado en la oficina de información.
• La instalación es para los días de celebración, no incluyendo los
días de montaje y desmontaje.
• Telephone consumption will be billed in accordance with the rates established by Zaragoza Exhibition Centre.
• Exhibitors will pay a deposit of 200 €. At the end of the Show, this amount
will be setted in relation to telephone consumption.
• The telephone will be handed in at the information Office.
• The use of telephones is limited to the Show days and does not include
the days on which mounting and dismantling take place.

(Conexión a internet para un equipo y consumo)
• La conexión se realiza a través de tarjeta de red Ethernet que el
expositor deberá disponer en su equipo.
• En caso de conectar varios equipos deberá disponer de conmutador
e instalación de cables.
• Feria de Zaragoza contratará en cada momento la tecnología que
considere oportuno para dar cobertura a la demanda de los expositores con un caudal estimado de 3 Mbps. por usuario.
WIDE BAND LINE
(Connection to the internet for one computer and consumption)
• To connect the exhibitors should have Ethernet network card installed.
• When connecting several computers exhibitors must provide switches
and cables. Information will be provided to carry out connections.
• Zaragoza Exhibition Centre will contract the technology which it considers necessary to cover exhibitors’ requirements with a rate about
3 Mbps. for each user.
LÍNEA ADSL DE USO EXCLUSIVO
ADSL LINE FOR EXCLUSIVE USE
• El expositor deberá disponer de tarjeta de red instalada y configurada y en caso de conectar varios equipos también del repetidor o
conmutador y cables. Se le proporcionará información para realizar
la conexión.
• When connecting several computers exhibitors should have network
cards installed and configured as well as having repeaters or switches
and cables. Information will be provided to carry out connections.
SEGURIDAD
• La conexión no tiene ningún filtro de seguridad. Es responsabilidad
del expositor tener las precauciones necesarias en la configuración
de sus ordenadores, exactamente igual que con cualquier tipo de
conexión a internet: ADSL, Cable, etc.
• Feria de Zaragoza se reserva la posibilidad de desconectar los equipos del expositor que por problemas de configuración, virus o cualquier otra causa, supongan un problema a la red.
• No está permitida la instalación de redes inalámbricas 802.11 b/g sin
el consentimiento de Feria de Zaragoza.
SECURITY
• The connection does not have a security filter. It is the responsability of
the exhibitor to take the necessary precaution in the configuration of
his/her computer, exactly the same as with any other type of Internet
connection (ADSL, cable, etc.)
• Feria de Zaragoza reserves the right to disconnected the equipment of
any exhibitor if it causes disruption to the network throught misconfiguration, virus or any other cause.
• It is not allowed to install wireless networks 802.11 b/g without the
knowledge of «Feria de Zaragoza».

Es objetivo de Feria de Zaragoza alcanzar el nivel más alto de seguridad en el desarrollo de su actividad, para conseguir que empleados, contratistas y personas del entorno estén expuestas a los
mínimos riesgos posibles.
En cumplimiento de art. 24 Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (LPRL), desarrollado por R. D. 171/2004 referido a la coordinación de actividades empresariales, Feria de Zaragoza tiene como
cometido el que todos los empresarios, trabajadores y empleados que desarrollen actividades en el Recinto Ferial reciban la información e identificación de los riesgos a los que estarán expuestos,
medidas preventivas para controlarlos o minimizarlos y normas de actuación en caso de emergencia y evacuación.
El empresario principal velará por el cumplimiento de la normativa en prevención de las empresas en el Recinto Ferial. Atendiendo a lo expuesto en el R. D. 171/2004 de 30 de enero.
La empresa declara haber recibido y comprendido dichas normas, así como el compromiso de comunicar e informar a sus trabajadores las instrucciones recibidas e incorporar esta información a la
propia evaluación de riesgos y planificación preventiva.
Las instrucciones de trabajo de Feria de Zaragoza deberán ser cumplidas también por el resto de empresas subcontratadas, trabajadores autónomos y expositores que desarrollen actividades dentro
del Recinto Ferial.
The aim of Feria de Zaragoza is to reach the highest possible safety levels in its activity, so that employees, contractors and people in the area are expose to the least possible risk.
In compliance with art. 24 of the Law on the Prevention of Occupational Risks (LPRL), depeloped by R. D. 171/2004 referring to the coordination of business activities, the mission of Feria de Zaragoza is for
all employers, workers and employess carrying out activities on the Fair Premises to receive information and identification of the risks they will be exposed to, preventive measures to control them or reduce
them to a minimum and evacuation standards in case of emergency and evacuation.
The major employer will ensure that the companies on the Fair Premises will comply with the regulation on prevention, in agreement with the provisions given in R. D. 171/2004 of 30 January.
The company states that it has received and understood these standards, and undertakes to notify and inform its workers of the instructions received, incorporating this information into its own risk assessment and preventive planning.

La presente solicitud deberá enviarse, debidamente firmada, y escaneada, junto con los Planos Técnicos y el Proyecto Descriptivo de
la estructura a suspender, 30 días antes del inicio del certamen, a la dirección: [email protected]
La instalación del anclaje al techo es competencia de Feria de Zaragoza.
Todos los elementos en suspensión deberán ser homologados y cumplir la normativa de Feria de Zaragoza.
El peso máximo por punto de amarre será de 50 kg.
El número de puntos depende de cada tipo de estructura y de las cargas propias de cada pabellón.
La aceptación de esta solicitud está sujeta a la aprobación del Proyecto Descriptivo por parte de Feria de Zaragoza.
El expositor deberá enviar copia de la transferencia bancaria, acreditando el pago de las tarifas, a [email protected]. Este requisito, junto con la posesión de la Solicitud y el Proyecto aceptados, será imprescindible antes de iniciar cualquier tarea relacionada
con el montaje de la estructura.
La contratación de este servicio es imprescindible para la instalación de elementos aéreos suspendidos desde las cubiertas de los
pabellones de Feria de Zaragoza.
Conlleva inspección de montaje.
Ver guía para el decorador. (Documento anexo: “Inspección de Elementos Aéreos e Instalación de Puntos de Amarre”).

All the suspended elements must be duly approved and comply with Feria de Zaragoza regulations.
The maximum weight per rigging point will be 50 Kg.
The number of rigging points will depend on the type of structure and on the load in each hall.
The acceptance of this application is subject to the approval of the Descriptive Project by Feria de Zaragoza.
The exhibitor must send a copy of the bank transfer, crediting the payment of rates, to [email protected] requirement, together with the approved
Application and Descriptive Project, will be indispensable before starting the structure assembly.
Hiring this service will be compulsory in order to installl any aerial or suspended elements from the ceiling of the different halls of Feria de Zaragoza.
On site technical inspection is included.

The rate of this service includes:
-Feasibility research of the technical project. (Engineering Dept.).
-Calculation and planning of the rigging system needed for the Project, according to the special characteristics of the Feria de Zaragoza´s facilities
and the regulations in force.
