Summary:
The residential area of Sector 12A "Coto Pesadilla", previously known as a “Club de Campo”, is
located to the north of the town and municipality of San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), next to the A-1
motorway between kilometres 25,5 and 26,3 and near the Jarama Racetrack.
This residential development, for 980 semi-detached and terrace houses, has a surface area of
374.167 m2. It is connected to the surrounding road infrastructure through service roads that run along
both sides of the motorway and an overpass that connects them and the residential area. It is also
connected to the surrounding area through a side road.
50.150 m2 of roads and streets have been built with their corresponding distribution networks of
water, sanitation (including a waste water treatment plant), electricity, street lighting, gas, telephone,
cable TV, pneumatic refuse conveying system, green areas and parks.
