'Neath which our spirits blend
Like brother birds, that soar and sing,
And on the same branch bend.
The arrow that doth wound the dove
Darts not from those who watch and

Cúbrenos con Tu ala protectora
bajo la cual nuestros espíritus se funden,
como aves hermanas que remontan el
vuelo y cantan,
y sobre la misma rama posan.
La flecha que hiere a la paloma
no es disparada por aquellos que aman y
velan.
If thou the bending reed wouldst break
By thought or word unkind,

A través de Dios, que dio
ese Verbo de poder
que detonó la orden de la creación:
“Sea la luz, y fue la luz”.
¿Qué fue lo que descorrió las nubes?
– Fue el Amor, cuyo dedo
trazó en voz alta,
un arco sobre la nube, de promesa.
Thou to whose power our hope we give,
Free us from human strife.
Fed by Thy love divine we live,
For Love alone is Life;
And life most sweet, as heart to heart
Speaks kindly when we meet and part.
Tú, en cuyo poder tenemos esperanza,
líbranos del conflicto humano.
Alimentados por Tu amor divino vivimos,
ya que sólo el Amor es Vida;
Y Vida más que dulce
cuando de corazón a corazón,
nos hablamos gentilmente
al encontrarnos y al separarnos.
