Dear Fair Supporter:
We, the Directors and Officers of the Jim Wells County Fair Association, want to personally thank you
for buying a 2015 Fair Association membership. The support we received from you helped to insure the
success of our organization. It also gave the youth of our county the opportunity to develop
responsibility, discipline, self-respect, and to understand what community involvement is meant to be.
We hope you are interested in purchasing a 2016 Fair Association membership. Membership fee is
$20 dollars. Deadline to purchase a fair membership through the mail is September 02, 2016. After
this deadline fair memberships can be purchased at the Fair Office, located on the fairgrounds at 3001 S
Johnson, Alice, Texas. Membership entitles you to the following: 1. Allows two adult’s unlimited
access to the fairgrounds during the entire fair (for admission of two, both membership stubs must be
presented at the gate). 2. Allows member and one other person admission to the annual meeting to be
held in January of 2017. If purchasing a membership through the mail, please see below form.
The 79th Annual Jim Wells County Fair will be held on October 19, 20, 21 & 22. We will have an
excellent livestock show, home economic & commercial exhibits, homemade crafts & baked goods for
sale, a carnival, special events, and a variety of good foods. COME JOIN THE FUN!
