East LA Meets Napa World Tour will take us on a wine tasting journey stretching from the famed Napa Valley, through various international wine regions and beyond; an exploration of wines showcasing and honoring the roots of so many vintners and families. Patrons will enjoy tastings from over 35 top LA Restaurants, including tastings from various regions around the world, presented by world-renowned celebrity chefs. For over 40 years AltaMed has provided Quality Care without Exception to children, their families and seniors in the Latino and multi-ethnic communities of Southern California. Propelled by the belief that quality health care is a fundamental human need, AltaMed provides access to medical and dental clinics, senior services, youth programs as well as HIV/AIDS and substance abuse prevention and treatment. All proceeds from the wine tasting benefit AltaMed Health Services. Great Exposure for Businesses! East LA Meets Napa is excited to celebrate 2016 at our newest location, Two California Plaza in downtown Los Angeles. The event will sell out early with approximately 2,000 patrons along with 80 wineries and restaurants anticipated to participate. This event is attended by many of Southern California’s top business and community leaders representing financial, health, retail, entertainment, corporate and political sectors. @foodwinefestival East LA Meets Napa’s success has been due to the generosity of the wineries and restaurants who donate the wine and food hundreds come to taste annually. Together we look forward to producing a wonderful evening that will benefit AltaMed Health Services and our programs that provide important care to individuals and families in need. As a participating restaurant or winery, your business will be promoted in: - Press releases, social media - Print, radio and television promotions - Event signage throughout the venue - Event pocket guide distributed to event attendees - Event invitation distributed to prominent Los Angeles area residents - Postcard announcements distributed to area businesses and corporate partners We provide the following equipment for each restaurant and winery: - Station signage with your logo - Two six foot rectangular tables - Two full-length drape table linens - Complimentary self-parking for one vehicle - Restaurant stations equipped with two chafing dishes, two serving utensils, plates and napkins - Winery stations equipped with cocktail napkins, wine glasses, ice, ice buckets, dump buckets, water and water glasses You are welcome to bring additional materials to decorate your table display.
