All dogs traveling with me will be required to pay a retainer fee of $750.00, which is to be paid in advance. This
includes 1 month's board accrued at $15 per day (balance to be applied to your last statement), handling fees of
$85.00 and applicable bonuses, and mileage at 20¢/mile. Ringside pickup fees are payable at ringside that day. If
a statement is sent for those fees, a $10.00 service charge per show will be added.
No dog shall be released until all fees have been paid in full.
Veterinary charges are the responsibility of the dog's owner. I recommend DHLPP, including Parvo, Corona, and
Intertrac II for kennel cough administered within the past 6 months. In addition to current rabies vaccination, I
must have a COPY of the rabies certificate and a current shot record. I will exercise due and responsible care of
your dog and keep kennel and travel premises sanitary and secure. I also agree to feed your dog properly and to
house your dog in clean and safe quarters.
All dogs will be shown by me except when circumstances arise beyond my control, in which case, I will be
replaced by another competent handler of my choice. Regular fees will apply in either case.
All accounts must be paid in full within 30 days of billing, after that time, interest will be applied at 1.5% per
month to the unpaid balance. The owner or responsible party agrees to pay all costs of collection incurred by the
handler, including reasonable attorney’s fee. Client agrees to pay entry fees whether or not the dog is shown. If
client decides to withdraw dog from competition or change handler, I must be notified via phone, email, text
message, or voice mail before entries close. In the event that client decides to withdraw or change handlers after
entries have closed, client will be liable for full charges and expenses for all shows that weekend.
Liability Excluded - The above dog is boarded, trained or otherwise handled or cared for by handler without
liability for loss or damage from disease, death, injury or death while being transported, running away, theft, fire,
injury to or from persons, injury to or from other dogs, injury to property, or other unavoidable causes.
Client agrees to pay for damages to handler's facilities by their dog while in handler's custody.
