With a track record of almost four decades and being fully consolidated as the foremost Aerospace,
Defence and Security business platform of Latin America, FIDAE will celebrate its twentieth edition from
April 3 to 8, 2018.
As Commercial Manager, I can mention you that this anniversary is reason of pride and at the same time
encourage us to keep growing and improving, in constant work for providing you full-fledged commercial
experience, where the quality of our services ranked us like a world-class fair.
In its previous edition, FIDAE gathered 580 exhibiting companies, 60 participating countries, where 7 of
them were totally new. Additionally, during the fair days there were held 9 official conferences with an
attendance of 4,000 people, as well more than 600 delegations and 1,200 registered journalists from 30
countries participated.
This motivates us to work for the 20th edition to be an unforgettable event. For that, we put at your
disposal a set of groundbreaking products and services that will serve to expand and generate business

on casi cuatro décadas de trayectoria y plenamente consolidada como la principal plataforma
comercial de Latinoamérica en el ámbito Aeroespacial, de Defensa y Seguridad, FIDAE celebrará su
vigésima edición entre el 3 y 8 abril de 2018.
Como Gerente Comercial, les puedo decir que este aniversario es motivo de orgullo y a la vez nos insta
a continuar creciendo y perfeccionándonos, buscando entregar a ustedes una experiencia comercial
integral, donde la calidad de nuestros servicios nos posiciona como una feria de categoría mundial.
En su edición anterior, FIDAE convocó a 580 empresas expositoras, 60 países participantes, de los cuales
7 asistieron por primera vez. Se llevaron a cabo 9 conferencias oficiales congregando alrededor de 4
mil asistentes, más de 600 delegaciones profesionales y 1.200 periodistas acreditados proveniente de
30 países.
Esto nos incentiva a trabajar para que la 20a edición sea un evento inolvidable. Para ello, ponemos a

FIDAE has 8 Halls that are segmented in displaying areas, so our clients may exhibit a wide
range of products and services in space only, shell scheme and promotional stand spaces.
In addition, we put at your disposal 28 renovated chalets specially designed for commercial
meetings in a more private and comfortable place, with a privileged view of the display
areas. Here you will find the perfect place to meet your commercial prospects.
FIDAE cuenta con 8 Halls subdivididos interiormente en espacios de exposición, para
que nuestros clientes puedan mostrar una completa gama de productos y servicios, en
espacios no modulados, modulados o stands promocionales.
Además, contamos con 28 chalets renovados especialmente dispuestos para la realización
de reuniones comerciales con mayor privacidad y confortabilidad, con una vista privilegiada
de las áreas de exhibición, encontrando aquí el lugar perfecto para desarrollar la gestión
comercial de cada empresa.

pace whose minimum display area to be rented is 16 sqm in the hall walls sector, and 32 sqm in hub hall
areas. Its structure is formed by two side walls and one in the back.
Any additional requirement such as storage area, meeting room, carpeting change, etc. must be carried out
with the stand fitter of the Organizing Committee only, at the exhibitor’s expenses, prior approval of the
Infrastructure Department of FIDAE.

Cualquier requerimiento adicional tales como: bodega, sala de reuniones, cambio de alfombra, etc.,
deberá ser realizado solamente con el modulador del Comité Organizador y cuyo costo será de parte del
expositor, previa aprobación del Departamento de Infraestructura de FIDAE.

Space Only sqm / M2 sin Modular
Area mainly designed for exhibitors with the possibility to carry out their own special architectural projects.
This space is located mainly in the hub area of halls. All costs related to the implementation, equipment and/or
stand fitting of special projects in the rented area, will be at the exhibitor’s expense.
The special project shall be approved by our Infrastructure Department. Exhibitors have the liberty to select
among the local and international market the stand builders that deem it convenient. The stand builders must
present the corresponding agreement signed, plus the payment that allows them to work in the fair venue,
which price is USD$ 17 (VAT included) per sqm intervened, and present an insurance policy for eventual damages
produced due its participation in the fair, which must fulfill the requirements set by the Organizing Committee,
and which are detailed in our regulations.
Characteristics:
Minimum space is 16 sqm next to hall walls.
Minimum space is 32 sqm in the hub area.
One (1) trade day invitation per every sqm.
Basic cleaning.
0.0625 kw single-phase power per every sqm.
One (1) car parking pass per every 32 sqm.

Espacio diseñado principalmente para los expositores que tienen la oportunidad de desarrollar sus propios
proyectos arquitectónicos. Esta extensión se ubica principalmente en el área central de los halls. Todos los
costos de implementación, equipamiento y/o construcción de proyectos especiales en el área arrendada, son
de cargo del expositor.
El proyecto especial deberá ser aprobado por nuestro Departamento de Infraestructura. Los expositores tienen
la libertad de elegir dentro del mercado nacional e internacional a las empresas moduladoras que estimen
conveniente. Los moduladores deberán presentar firmado el convenio pertinente más el pago por derecho
a trabajar en el recinto, cuyo valor es de USD$ 17 (IVA incluido) por m2 intervenido, y presentar una póliza de
seguro por eventuales daños y perjuicios, la que deberá contar con los requisitos que el Comité Organizador
establezca, y que se detallan en nuestro reglamento.

mercados para posicionar sus productos o servicios. Cualquier requerimiento adicional deberá ser realizado
solamente con el modulador del Comité Organizador, y cuyos costos serán por parte del expositor, previa
aprobación del Departamento de Infraestructura de FIDAE.

Space Pavilion Stand / Stand Pabellón Espacial
avilion specially designed for private companies and state-owned organizations both local and
international that may display and promote their action areas in different matters related to the space
technology. In this pavilion are welcomed Space Agencies, observation and telecommunication satellite
manufacturers, remote sensing developers and users, geographical information systems, cartography,
photogrammetry, space data handling and others that foster the growth of geospatial science and
technology. This pavilion will be located in Hall B1.

This Pavilion provides the opportunity to the national companies, entrepreneurs and SMEs (small and
medium sized enterprises) to exhibit their products and services before the main representatives of
the aerospace, defence and security sector.
The pavilion will count on a configuration specially designed to provide in this sector an effective
meeting point of the local industry.
Characteristics:

Chalet
This facility provides you the opportunity to hold your business meetings and/or receptions in a renewed
interior and terrace, along with privileged view to the air demonstrations area and runway. It has a reception
hall and lounge, closet, kitchen and restroom fully implemented; Terrace, air conditioning, wiring for phone,
fax, or internet connection, painted and carpeted.
They may be rented in pairs duplicating their surface in one environment.
At the end of the fair this must be returned in the same conditions that they were initially provided by FIDAE.
The exhibitors and/or stand builders decide to carry out special projects or minor interventions must have a
warranty that will be established according to the intervention level, according to our regulations.
Chalet rental does not consider furniture, basic consumables, nor telephone or data service.

Esta dependencia le brinda la posibilidad de realizar reuniones de negocios y/o recepciones en un ambiente
optimizado, tanto en su interior, como en sus terrazas.
Cuenta con una vista privilegiada a la zona de demostraciones aéreas y pista de aterrizaje. Consta de un hall de
recepción y sala de estar, closet, cocina y baño equipados; Terraza, aire acondicionado, pintado, alfombrado y
cableado interno para línea telefónica, fax e Internet.
Se pueden arrendar en una configuración doble, duplicando la superficie en un solo ambiente.
Al finalizar la feria éste deberá ser devuelto en las mismas condiciones que fue entregado por FIDAE. Los
expositores y/o moduladores que deseen realizar proyectos especiales o intervenciones menores deberán
dejar una garantía que será establecida de acuerdo al nivel de intervención según reglamento.
No considera mobiliario, insumos básicos, ni la habilitación del servicio de telefonía ni datos.

display park, there you can exhibit the whole scope of equipment and aircraft of
your organization, to the most important companies in the market.

Exhibition area in the halls perimeter that faces the aircraft ramp. Equipment and devices other than aircraft
may be displayed.
Any extra product required, such as electricity for your display, will be at the exhibitor’s expense. Likewise, any
stand fitting must be informed to the Infrastructure Department of FIDAE for its approval.

Aircraft Display Park / Parque de Aeronaves
The rental considers an information panel with aircraft standard information; and considers trade day
invitations and three (3) badges for aircraft pilots and/or crew. Any additional requirement must be
coordinated with the Air Operations Management of FIDAE.
Price do not include tows and fuel for the aircraft. Any requirement for the aircraft must be coordinated with the
FBO company.
The price will be according to the maximum take-off weight of the aircraft (metric tons):

El arriendo de este espacio incluye un letrero descriptivo de la aeronave en exposición; además
considera invitaciones profesionales y tres (3) credenciales para pilotos y tripulantes de la aeronave.
Cualquier requerimiento extra deberá ser coordinado con la Gerencia de Operaciones Aéreas de FIDAE.
Los precios no incluye los tractados de la aeronave ni su combustible. Para cualquier requerimiento de
la aeronave deberá coordinarlo con la empresa de FBO.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL OF FAIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
In this catalogue, you will find the corresponding forms for every product and service to be contracted by an exhibitor of FIDAE.
To coordinate the rental of a fair space, the exhibitor shall contact FIDAE’s Commercial Executive or a FIDAE’s Agents abroad,
to convene the fair space type, location and sqm to be requested.
To rent a fair space, the exhibitor will forward FIDAE (Commercial Management) the original copy of the Agreement to Rent Fair
Spaces (CAEF), duly signed by the exhibitor’s Legal Representative including all the requested details.
If a FIDAE’s Agent abroad coordinates your participation, his/her name must be clearly stated in the Agreement.
The amount invoiced and paid as guarantee for the reservation of a chalet in FIDAE, will be discounted from the corresponding
invoice. In case of not rent it, the deposit will be not reimbursed.
To contract an additional fair product or service, the exhibitor shall forward FIDAE (Commercial Management), the corresponding
form, including all the requested details.
Every CAEF or form of fair products and services received by August 31, 2017 will be invoiced the 30% of the total amount. Such
invoice must be paid no later than 30 calendar days after the issue of the document.
The remaining 70% will be invoiced the first business day of September 2017. The invoice must be paid no later than 30
calendar days after the issue of the document.
Every CAEF and/or form of fair product and/or service received from September 1, 2017 until February 28, 2018, will be 100%
invoiced. This invoice must be paid within 15 days after the issue of the document.
Every CAEF and/or form of fair product and/or service received starting March 1, 2018, will be 100% invoiced, and must be paid
immediately, since the product and service contracted will be delivered upon payment.
At the reception of CAEF, and after payment of the first invoice, FIDAE will provide the client the status of EXHIBITOR in FIDAE,
and will be entitled to receive a password (sent by e-mail) to access the on line services available on FIDAE web site (www.
fidae.cl).
Fair raw spaces, chalets and outdoor space will be available for its delivery 30 days in advance of the opening day of the Fair.
The shell schemed areas will be available for its delivery, at least one week before the opening day of the Fair. The EXHIBITOR
of FIDAE must have paid the invoice(s) issued to receive the spaces rented.
In order to stand fit your display area, the EXHIBITOR may contract any stand fitter company, which must be accredited to work
in the fair venue by signing the “Agreement to perform stand fitting works in FIDAE 2018” before starting work, and previously
pay, the amount of USD$ 17 (VAT included) per every sqm modified by the stand fitter. Also, the stand fitting company must
contract an insurance policy of civil responsibility for damages in favour of FIDAE, which it should be subscribed with a Chilean
insurance company for eventual damages towards the Fair or third party participating in it, as a result of the stand fitting
works and provide the guarantee, if applicable.
Entry of Goods: FIDAE 2018 will issue the “Certificate of Exhibitor” to enable direct and associated exhibitors to enter goods
temporarily to be displayed. Notwithstanding, the fulfilment of relevant legal customs rules will be a sole responsibility of
the EXHIBITOR.
No fair product or service will be delivered by FIDAE, if the EXHIBITOR holds unpaid invoices.
If an Exhibitor desists of the rental of a fair space or a specific product, the amounts paid will be kept in favour of FIDAE, in
accordance with the General Rule of Procedure of the International Air & Space Fair (document that regulates the Fair will be
available on-line).

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE ARRIENDO DE PRODUCTOS Y SERVICIOS FERIALES
En este catálogo se encuentra el Convenio y los Formularios correspondientes a cada uno de los productos y servicios
susceptibles de ser contratados por un expositor de FIDAE.
Para la coordinación del arriendo de un espacio ferial, el expositor deberá contactar un Ejecutivo Comercial de FIDAE o bien
a un Agente de FIDAE en el extranjero, con quién deberá convenir el tipo de espacio ferial, ubicación y metros cuadrados a
solicitar.
Para el arriendo de un espacio ferial, el expositor deberá enviar a FIDAE (Gerencia Comercial), el original del Convenio de
Arriendo de Espacios Feriales (CAEF), debidamente firmado por su Representante Legal y completando los datos solicitados
en dicho Convenio.
Si su participación fue gestionada por un Agente de FIDAE se deberá indicar claramente el nombre de éste en dicho Convenio.
El monto facturado y pagado por concepto de garantía de la reserva de un Chalet en FIDAE será descontado de la(s) factura(s)
correspondientes. De no concretar el arriendo, la garantía no será devuelta.
Para la contratación de un producto o servicio ferial adicional, el expositor deberá enviar a FIDAE (Gerencia Comercial), el
formulario correspondiente, con los datos solicitados.
Para todo CAEF o formulario de productos y servicios feriales recibido hasta el 31 de agosto de 2017, FIDAE emitirá una
factura correspondiente al 30% del total del monto del producto o servicio contratado. Dicha factura deberá ser pagada a
más tardar a los 30 días corridos, contados desde la fecha de emisión.
El 70% restante será facturado a partir del primer día hábil del mes de septiembre de 2017. Dicha factura deberá ser pagada
a más tardar a los 30 días corridos, contados desde la fecha de emisión.
Para todo CAEF y/o formulario de productos y servicios feriales recibido a partir del 01 de septiembre de 2017 y hasta el 28
de febrero de 2018, FIDAE emitirá una factura correspondiente al 100% del valor total de producto y/o servicio contratado.
Dicha factura deberá ser pagada a más tardar a los 15 días corridos, contados desde la fecha de emisión.
Para todo CAEF y/o formulario de productos y servicios feriales recibido a partir del 1 de marzo de 2018 será facturado al
100% y deberá ser pagado inmediatamente, ya que la entrega del producto y/o servicio será contra el pago correspondiente.
Una vez recibido el CAEF y el pago de la primera factura emitida, FIDAE otorgará la condición de EXPOSITOR de FIDAE, lo cual
le dará derecho a recibir la clave de acceso (enviada vía correo electrónico) para acceder a los servicios on-line disponibles
en el sitio web de FIDAE (www.fidae.cl).
Los espacios feriales sin modular, chalets y espacio al aire libre, estarán disponibles para su entrega con 30 días de
anticipación al día inaugural de la muestra, y las áreas de exposición arrendadas moduladas, estarán disponibles para ser
entregadas al expositor, a lo menos una semana antes del día inaugural. Para lo anterior el EXPOSITOR de FIDAE, deberá
tener sus cuentas al día, pagando todo lo facturado por FIDAE, para poder recibir los productos y/o servicios arrendados.
Para modular su espacio ferial, el EXPOSITOR podrá libremente contratar cualquiera Empresa moduladora, la cual deberá
acreditarse para poder trabajar dentro del recinto ferial, mediante la suscripción del “Convenio para efectuar trabajos de
modulación en FIDAE 2018”. Además, el modulador deberá pagar previo al inicio de los trabajos, la suma de USD$ 17 IVA incluido,
por m2 intervenido por el modulador. Asimismo, el modulador deberá tomar una póliza de seguro de responsabilidad civil
por daños a favor de FIDAE, la que deberá ser suscrita con una compañía de seguros chilena, para responder ante eventuales
daños ocasionados a la Feria o a terceros participantes en ella, con motivo de sus trabajos de modulación y entregar las
Garantías que en cada caso corresponda.
Internación de Mercancías: FIDAE 2018 extenderá un documento denominado “Certificado del Expositor” para que el
expositor directo y asociado puedan internar temporalmente sus mercaderías de exposición. No obstante, el cumplimiento
de la normativa aduanera legal y pertinente será de exclusiva responsabilidad del EXPOSITOR.
No será entregado ningún producto o servicio ferial por FIDAE al EXPOSITOR si la factura asociada a un producto o servicio
se encuentra impaga.
En caso de que el Expositor desista del arriendo de un espacio o producto ferial los montos abonados quedarán a favor de
FIDAE como lo establece el Reglamento General de la Feria Internacional del Aire y del Espacio (documento que regula la
feria que estará disponible en línea).

AGREEMENT TO RENT FAIR SPACES
EXTENT: The current agreement is signed by the Commander of the Logistics Command of the Chilean Air Force and
President of the Organizing Committee of FIDAE 2018 and THE EXHIBITOR, for the rental of one or more exhibition areas
inside the fair venue.
OBJECTIVE: THE EXHIBITOR commits himself through this act to pay FIDAE 2018 the price of the list issued in this agreement
in US dollars or Chilean pesos according to the equivalence of the rate at which export earnings in dollars are exchanged
at the date of invoicing.
DIRECT EXHIBITOR: Any individual or juridical person, whether national or foreign, participating in FIDAE 2018 exhibiting
or displaying in one or more spaces in the exhibition area. Direct Exhibitor is allowed to share the fair space with an
Associated Exhibitor; this fact must be informed on this agreement. Exhibitors must indicate if a FIDAE's Agent abroad
coordinated their participation by indicating his/her name on it.
ASSOCIATED EXHIBITOR: Any individual or juridical person, whether national or foreign, exhibiting products and services
on a fair space rented by a Direct Exhibitor or an Organizer of National Exhibition. The Associated Exhibitor must be
informed through the Form of Associated Exhibitor.
PAYMENT: Payment corresponding to rental of fair spaces will be made against the issue of FIDAE of the corresponding
invoice as follows:
Agreements for rental or form of fair products and services received by August 31, 2017, will be 30% invoiced of the
total amount of the product contracted. This invoice must be paid no later than 30 calendar days after the issue
date of the document.
The balance of 70% will be invoiced the first business day of September, 2017. The invoice must be paid no later
than 30 calendar days after the issue of the document.
Every agreement and/or request of fair products and services received from September 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018
will be 100% invoiced. Invoice must be paid within 15 calendar days after the issue of the document.
Every agreement and/or request of fair products and services received starting March 1, 2018 will be 100% invoiced.
FIDAE will invoice, charge and deliver the product and service contracted, at the moment of being made and paid
the request.
FAILURE OF PAYMENT: If THE EXHIBITOR does not pay the rented in the established dates previously, this agreement will be
null and void, forthwith and as a matter of right, entitling FIDAE to release the rented spaces and without reimbursement
of the payments made by THE EXHIBITOR, as a clearance for the breach of contract.
DATE OF DELIVERY OF SPACES: Exhibition shell scheme areas rented will be available to be delivered to the Direct Exhibitor
at least one week before the opening day. Raw spaces will be available 30 calendar days in advance to said date. The
EXHIBITOR of FIDAE must have paid the invoice(s) issued to receive the spaces rented.
STAND FITTING:To stand fit, the EXHIBITOR may contract any stand fitter companies, which must be accredited to work
inside the fair venue by signing the “Agreement to perform Stand Fitting Works in FIDAE 2018” before starting works,
and pay previously USD$ 17 (VAT included) per every sqm modified by the stand fitter. Also, the company must contract
an insurance policy of civil responsibility for damages in favour of FIDAE, which it should be subscribed with a Chilean
insurance company to answer for eventual damages towards the Fair or third people participating on it, as a result of the
stand fitting works and provide the Guarantee, if applies.
RESPONSIBILITY: It will be the sole responsibility of THE EXHIBITOR to have all the authorizations, licenses, permits and
any other requirement that will be necessary and qualifying for displaying your exhibits and/or services inside the fair
venue, releasing FIDAE of any liability about it. THE EXHIBITOR commits himself in this act to fulfill the abovementioned.
THE EXHIBITOR releases FIDAE 2018 in this act from any civil, legal or administrative responsibility for damages and
injuries of any nature that arises of their participation in the Fair, with occasion of this agreement, to their staff, other
exhibitors or third people that visit the fair event.
RULES: THE EXHIBITOR shall fulfil the Chilean law related to its participation in the Fair. THE EXHIBITOR states to know and
accepts the whole FIDAE's General Rule of Procedures and therefore commits himself to respect it during his participation
in the Fair.
ENTRY OF GOODS: FIDAE 2018 will provide the "Certificate of Exhibitor" to allow Direct and Associated Exhibitors to
entry goods temporarily to be exhibited. Notwithstanding, the fulfillment of relevant legal customs rules will be sole
responsibility of THE EXHIBITOR.
WAIVER: If for fortuitous or force majeure case, the International Air & Space Fair, FIDAE 2018, is not held, THE EXHIBITOR
has no right to indemnity or claim of any kind.
TERM: The present agreement will enter into force once it is signed by both parties and it will rule until there are fulfilled
fully the obligations herein. However, FIDAE is entitled to end it in advance, as a matter of right, in the following cases:
For failure of any of the obligations assumed by the exhibitor herein.
For demand of the public interest or national security.
JURISDICTION: The controversies that may arise between the parties for the interpretation, application and fulfillment
hereto will be solved in harmony, through direct negotiations. To the lack of agreement, the controversy will be submitted
to the knowledge and resolution of the Ordinary Courts of Law of Santiago de Chile.
LEGAL REPRESENTATION: The person that signs this agreement on behalf of THE EXHIBITOR certifies that acts with enough
legal representation to subscribe it, so in the event that this circumstance is not effective, the party to an instrument is
personally responsible of all the obligations assumed pursuant to the present agreement.

DISPOSICIONES DEL CONVENIO DE ARRIENDO DE ESPACIOS FERIALES (CAEF)
ALCANCE: El presente convenio es suscrito entre el Comandante del Comando Logístico de la Fuerza Aérea de Chile Presidente del Comité Organizador de FIDAE 2018 y EL EXPOSITOR, para el arriendo de uno o más espacios de exposición
con que cuenta el recinto ferial.
OBJETO: El EXPOSITOR se compromete en este acto, a pagar a FIDAE 2018 el precio de lista establecido en este convenio,
en dólares de Estados Unidos de América o su equivalente en pesos chilenos según el valor del Dólar Observado del día
de facturación.
EXPOSITOR DIRECTO: Toda persona natural o jurídica, nacional o extranjera que participa en FIDAE 2018, exponiendo en
uno o más espacios de las áreas de exposición. El Expositor Directo podrá compartir un espacio ferial con un Expositor
Asociado, lo cual deberá ser indicado en este convenio. Si su participación en FIDAE fue gestionada por un Agente de
FIDAE en el extranjero, los expositores deberán señalar en este convenio el nombre de éste.
EXPOSITOR ASOCIADO: Toda persona natural o jurídica, nacional o extranjera que exhibe sus productos y servicios en un
espacio ferial arrendado por un Expositor Directo o un Organizador de Presentación Nacional. Los Expositores Asociados
deberán ser informados por el Expositor Directo en el Formulario de Expositor Asociado.
FORMA DE PAGO: El pago por el arriendo de los espacios feriales, será contra emisión por parte de FIDAE, de la factura
correspondiente de la siguiente forma:
Para todo CAEF recibido hasta el 31 de agosto de 2017, FIDAE emitirá una factura correspondiente al 30% del total
del monto del producto contratado. Dicha factura deberá ser pagada a más tardar a los 30 días corridos, contados
desde su fecha de emisión.
El 70% restante será facturado a partir del primer día hábil de septiembre de 2017. Dicha factura deberá ser pagada
a más tardar a los 30 días corridos, contados desde su fecha de emisión.
Para todo CAEF recibido a partir del 1 de septiembre de 2017 y hasta el 28 de febrero de 2018, FIDAE emitirá una
factura correspondiente al 100% del valor total del producto contratado. Dicha factura deberá ser pagada a más
tardar a los 15 días corridos, contados desde su fecha de emisión
Para todo CAEF recibido a partir del 1 de marzo de 2018, FIDAE emitirá una factura correspondiente al 100% del
valor total del producto contratado. FIDAE facturará, cobrará y entregará el producto contratado, al momento de
ser efectuada y pagada la solicitud.
INCUMPLIMIENTO DE PAGO: Si el EXPOSITOR no pagare lo contratado en las fechas establecidas precedentemente, el
presente convenio quedará sin efecto, ipso facto y de pleno derecho, quedando FIDAE facultada para la liberación de los
espacios arrendados y a la no devolución de lo pagado por el EXPOSITOR, como una compensación por el incumplimiento
del convenio.
FECHA DE ENTREGA DE ESPACIOS: Las áreas de exposición arrendadas moduladas, estarán disponibles para ser entregadas
al expositor, a lo menos una semana antes del día inaugural y los espacios no modulados, al menos 30 días corridos
antes de dicha fecha. Para lo anterior el EXPOSITOR de FIDAE, deberá tener pagado todo lo facturado por FIDAE, para
poder recibir los productos y/o servicios arrendados.
MODULACIÓN: Para modular, el EXPOSITOR podrá contratar cualquier empresa moduladora, la cual deberá acreditarse
para poder trabajar dentro del recinto ferial, mediante la suscripción del “Convenio para efectuar trabajos de modulación
en FIDAE 2018”. Además, el modulador deberá pagar previo al inicio de los trabajos, la suma de USD$ 17 IVA incluido,
por m2 intervenido por el modulador. Asimismo, el modulador deberá tomar una póliza de seguro de responsabilidad
civil por daños a favor de FIDAE, la que deberá ser suscrita con una compañía de seguros chilena, para responder de
eventuales daños ocasionados a la Feria o a terceros participantes en ella, con motivo de sus trabajos de modulación
y entregar las garantías que en cada caso corresponda.
RESPONSABILIDAD: Será de exclusiva responsabilidad de EL EXPOSITOR el contar con todas las autorizaciones, patentes,
permisos y cualquier otro requisito que sea necesario y habilitante para la exposición de sus bienes y/o servicios al
interior del recinto ferial, quedando FIDAE exenta de cualquier responsabilidad al respecto. EL EXPOSITOR se compromete
en este acto a dar cumplimiento a lo señalado precedentemente. El EXPOSITOR libera en este acto a FIDAE de cualquier
responsabilidad civil, penal o administrativa, que eventualmente se genere producto de accidentes o incidentes, de
cualquier naturaleza, que provengan de su participación en la Feria con ocasión de este convenio, ya sea que afecten a
su personal, otros expositores o terceros que visiten el evento ferial.
NORMATIVA Y REGLAMENTACIÓN: EL EXPOSITOR deberá dar cumplimiento a la legislación chilena en todo lo que diga
relación con su participación en la Feria. El EXPOSITOR declara conocer y aceptar en su totalidad el Reglamento General
de FIDAE, el cual forma parte integrante del presente Convenio y, por tanto, se compromete a respetarlo durante su
participación en la Feria.
INTERNACIÓN DE MERCADERÍAS: FIDAE 2018 extenderá el "Certificado del Expositor" para que el Expositor Directo y
asociado pueda internar temporalmente sus mercaderías de exposición. No obstante, el cumplimiento de la normativa
aduanera pertinente será de exclusiva responsabilidad del EXPOSITOR.
EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Si por caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, no se realizare la Feria Internacional del Aire y del
Espacio, FIDAE 2018, el expositor no tendrá derecho a indemnización o reclamo de ninguna especie.
VIGENCIA: El presente convenio entrará en vigencia una vez firmado por las partes y regirá hasta que se cumplan
íntegramente las obligaciones contenidas en él. No obstante, FIDAE quedará facultada para su terminación anticipada,
de pleno derecho, en los siguientes casos:
Por incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones asumidas por EL EXPOSITOR en este convenio.
Por exigirlo el interés público o la seguridad nacional.
COMPETENCIA: Las controversias que puedan surgir entre las partes por la interpretación, aplicación y cumplimiento del
presente convenio serán resueltas en armonía, mediante negociaciones directas. A falta de acuerdo, la controversia de
que se trate será sometida a conocimiento y resolución de los Tribunales Ordinarios de Justicia de la ciudad de Santiago
de Chile.
REPRESENTACIÓN LEGAL: La persona que firma este convenio en representación de EL EXPOSITOR certifica que actúa
con representación legal suficiente para suscribirlo, por lo que en el evento de que ésta circunstancia no sea efectiva, el
firmante se hace personalmente responsable de todas las obligaciones asumidas en virtud del presente acuerdo.
