Dear Parents and Guardians: It`s Survey September for students and

Dear Parents and Guardians:
It’s Survey September for students and families! Don’t forget to add your voice as we work together to revision
our schools. Please take a moment to participate in two important surveys that are currently open.
Through our district, Greenfield Community College will begin offering evening courses at the middle school in
spring 2016 and wants input from our community to determine what courses are desired. The Greenfield
Community College Spring Offerings survey is open through Sunday, September 27 (Spanish version). Thank
you for participating!
The 7-12 Consolidation Survey is being conducted by the Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration at the
University of Massachusetts Boston (MOPC) and has a deadline of Friday, September 25 (Spanish version).
MOPC will use information gathered through the 7-12 Consolidation Survey to prepare for the Hurricane
Revisioning Summit on Saturday, November 7. At the Summit, officials from the four Regional communities
along with parents/guardians, staff, students and the general public will be invited to share their
recommendations for the district to consider regarding potential consolidation of the secondary schools and
repurposing of the Regional Middle School.
By the end of the month, watch for a survey regarding the Wildwood Building Project. More information will be
coming soon!

Es septiembre de encuesta para los estudiantes y sus familias! No se olvide de añadir su voz a medida que
trabajamos juntos para revisar nuestras escuelas. Por favor tome un momento para participar en dos encuestas
importantes que están actualmente abiertas.
A través de nuestro distrito, Greenfield Community College comenzará a ofrecer cursos nocturnos en la escuela
intermedia en la primavera de 2016 y quiere el aporte de nuestra comunidad para determinar los cursos que se

La Encuesta Consolidación 07-12 está siendo llevada a cabo por la Oficina de Colaboración Pública de
Massachusetts en la Universidad de Massachusetts, Boston (MOPC) y tiene como fecha límite el Viernes, 25 de
septiembre (Version Español). MOPC utilizará la información obtenida a través de la Encuesta de Consolidación
7-12 prepararse para la Revisión Cumbre de Huracán el sábado, 7 de noviembre, los funcionarios de las cuatro
comunidades de la región, junto con los padres / tutores, personal, estudiantes y público en general serán
