Full day Cooking and visit La Vega
This tour begins with a visit to one of the oldest places of Santiago, which since the mid-nineteenth century popular
harbored a large population, which had as its function is to supply the inhabitants of Santiago of fresh produce.
After purchasing the required raw materials for the preparation of the menu of the day, it takes our tourists until
COOKING WORKSHOP Restoran to participate with our chefs in making lunch. Workshop COOKING restaurant is located
in Chicureo rural Santiago, 25 minutes of the Providencia district.
In preparing our guests will have the opportunity to taste from buns to our own beer, among many other things.
There will also be an introduction to the historical Chilean cuisine, classic and contemporary. They will also have the
opportunity to harvest some greens from our garden to accompany the dishes of the day.
Finally you can enjoy all these preparations in a chilled Chilean lunch, made under slow cooking concept, and with the
excellent preparation of our chefs and their "helpers".

6.00 - Presentation of the group in the front of the Historic Church Franciscan Recoleta (Recoleta with Bellavista location)
will be received by guide and chaperone our restaurant to take care of delivering the history of the places to be visited
and safety.
16:10 - There will be a short talk to present the points to be visited. Departure to La Vega Central will run through the
various posts in search of our ingredients to prepare our dinner.
17:15 - Ending the tour de la Vega will continue to Historic Mercado Central to visit your business environment and
where most of them are engaged in the marketing of seafood, there will have the opportunity to buy the latest
ingredients for our interactive kitchen.
18:00 - We will continue to El Galleon Restaurant where we will be greeted with a welcome pisco souer, will be waiting
with our tools to begin our culinary class will be led by our Chef Jimmy Valdez.
18:45 - Once our class, we will begin to prepare us for our dinner. Dinner menu will be given with confirmation of each
group and consist of, Entrée, Main Course, Dessert, along with beverages, glass of wine, drink, juice, mineral water
accompanied member. Coffee or digestif
20:00 - End of Tour. After dinner, each group member will receive a diploma and a chef hat to commemorate your visit
to the Gastronomic Tour.

Departure from your hotel. On this tour we will visit historic and cultural
locations including emblematic cathedrals, monuments and distinctive
architecture of this magnific city. Around the Santiago’s colonial area you will
appreciate the O'Higgins Park, Santiago’s Racetrack and the university district
Republica. By the civic district you will visit La Moneda Presidential Palace, the
Santiago’s Municipalidad; the ancient Justice’s Palace, ex-National Congress,
Plaza de Armas, the Santiago’s Cathedral and the Central Post Office. Then brief
visit to the Estacion Mapocho cultural center, Mercado Central, the Bellas Artes
museum passing through by the Parque Forestal and the Cerro Santa Lucia,
where the city was founded in 1541. You will visit the National Library, the
Teatro Municipal, Plaza Baquedano with the Grave of the Unknown Soldier, the
bohemian district of Bellavista famous for its restaurants and Cerro San
Cristóbal. To conclude visit through the Costanera, Providencia, El Bosque and
Isidora Goyenechea avenues also Borderío gastronomic place; Vitacura,
Apoquindo and Escuela Militar to finalise the tour.

Concha y Toro Vineyard
Departure from your hotel. The trip begins towards the locality of Pirque,
bordering the Maipo Valley, a region that stands out because it concentrates the
most traditional vineyards of Chile and that is, because of its characteristics, the
ideal place for the production of the most elegant red wines. Concha y Toro
Vineyard was founded by Marques de Casa Concha in 1883. Nowadays the
vineyard has more than 750 hectares of vineyards in different areas of the
region elaborating noble Chilean wines of French vine stock as the Cabernet
Sauvignon, in addition to Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Pinot Noir
among others. During this visit you will able to taste and buy wines, including
the best known brand Casillero del Diablo and Don Melchor. Tour by the park,

Half Day Tour
Undurraga Vineyard
Departure from your hotel. The trip begins along the Route 68 in a beautiful trip
by rural landscapes of the Chilean countryside up the Undurraga Vineyard. This
vineyard was founded in 1885 by Francisco Undurraga Vicuña, an eager
connoisseur of Europe and who, in one of its trips, brought Riesling stocks from
Germany and Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir from
France. Undurraga vineyard is one of the most traditional in our country and
the first one to export Chilean wine. The tour includes a visit to the production
process of the wine starting off with the bottling, labelling and vinification, as
well as to the park designed by the French landscape designer Pierre Dubois.
Undurraga is open on Saturdays only in the mornings. Sundays and some
holidays is closed.

Cena Show
A great way to discover a country´s traditions and identity is through its
gastronomy and typical dances. We will pick you up from your hotel to take you
to the Bali-Hai restaurant for you to enjoy a delicious show-dinner, which will
display the variety of Chile´s folklore from north to south. “Tirana” and “Huasos”
dances, typical costumes and choreographies will be part of it. Everything
masterly performed by Voces de América Group. While you enjoy the dinner, our
entertainer will make the night more enjoyable by singing typical songs with the
audience participation. Then ancient polynesian dances from Tahiti and Easter
Island will be performed by “Thiare” ballet wearing exotic and colorful costumes.
There´s usually a special guest star taking part of the show, we suggest to ask
about it. Shortly before the end of the night just to dance, the steady band will
invite you to remember and enjoy the unforgettable all times´s best music.

Valle Nevado, El Colorado or La Parva

Condes towards Lo Barnechea, and El Arrayán from where the ascent to the
Mountain range of The Andes begins. Valle Nevado, with its infrastructure of

the practice of ski of the South hemisphere, with 9000 hectares and 37 km of

Isla Negra
This full day tour begins along the Del Sol highway, going along the coast of the
Pacific Ocean through San Antonio, city-port and supply center for all the coast
to the south of Valparaiso; Cartagena, a beautiful place where the hills fall
steep into the sea leaving a small warm beach and a bay and Las Cruces,
ancient resort that reflects the splendour of the beginning of the XX century. On
the shore of the Pacific Ocean we will discover Isla Negra, where we will visit
the museum-house of Pablo Neruda, Chilean poet and winner of the Nobel Prize
for Literature. In this museum-house a great part of the poet´s private
collections such as mastheads, sea shells, glass bottles, African masks and his
literature work is exhibited. The area was baptized by Neruda himself, after the
dark outcrop of rocks just offshore. Isla Negra literally means "black island" in
Spanish. Free time for lunch in any restaurant of your choice. In the afternoon
you will visit El Quisco with its pedestrian promenade that goes along the whole
beach to continue towards Algarrobo, one of the most beautiful and most
visited resorts of the area. Located in a well covered road on which hills elegant
summer houses are located.
