FUNDER AND CEO OF THE COMPANY
Juan José WILBERGER WEBER
Agricultural Engineer, graduate from the National University of La
Pampa (1976). He has taken part in many courses, seminars and
national and international Congresses, in several of which he acted
as moderator.
He is the owner of Servicios Agropecuarios, and over the last 20 years
he has handled more than 800 lands and ranchs in La Pampa and
the central zone of Argentina, thus obtaining important personal
knowledge of the different productive areas of its rural geography
and the agricultural and livestock capacities of these areas. He
possesses widespread regional knowledge and experience in professional administration
with goal oriented to technical management of rural investments and appraisal of rural
properties.
He is a university professor and has an important professional career as an appraiser and
consulter of rural buildings and properties and rural investments, real estate and financial
institutions.
Founder and CEO of Campos de La Pampa, multidisciplinary advisory firm dedicated to
Rural Investors interested in lands and ranches located in the Province of La Pampa and
bordering areas of neighboring provinces.
Opportunity has established a strategic alliance with the broker Luis M aría Conti, founder
and CEO of the Alberdi Real State company, which offered services for the sale, lease
and rental of rural properties.
That agreement has allowed us to establish ties and mutual cooperation agreements with
national and international real estate for the conduct of business management shared.

Among the activities and services that our organization can offer you, we are
specialized primarily in the transactions of sales and purchases as well as the leasing of
rural farms and “Estancias” located in the Province of La Pampa, a province
comprised of the regions known as “The Pampa Plains” (Pampa Argentina) and
“Argentine Patagonia”.

as the surrounding areas (we have handled more than 800 rural properties scattered
throughout the province), the characteristics of the agricultural activities (which

La Pampa offers the investor an interesting and advantageous perspective for initial
development in a market that has scarcely been explored, the strategic location in
relation to the city of Buenos Aires and the rest of the centers of commercial, agricultural
and livestock production scattered throughout Argentina, the geographical and climate
diversity of the rural atmosphere and a real estate market with rural properties of the most
different productive ability as well as for other non-conventional uses.
Our province has a real estate market characterized by a permanent and important
investment demand and is equipped with rural establishments suitable for crops; cow and
calving breeding stock, fattening cattle on pastures and feed lots, for slaughter and for
dairy cattle; for sheep and goat production; for the cultivation of fruits and vegetable,
forestry, forage and grain crops using light irrigation methods; for breeding of red deer of
La Pampa and other wild species; for enterprises specializing in big and small game
hunting, rural tourism in all its different forms.
At the same time we offer rural properties on a permanent basis, we also manage
and service specific requests for purchase by potential investors, for which we respectfully
request that the investor specify what type of property they are interested in, the area and
size preferred, the use of the land or projected use of the land and the price range they

(estancias) and hunting preserves for both big and small game with land size from 2,500 to
150,000 hectáreas (1 hectárea is 100 meters by 100 meters square, approximately 2.5
acres for each hectárea) and in a price range from 2 to 20 million dollars.
