Particolarmente progettati per la macinazione a umido delle
argille per ceramica e delle fritte per smalti, possono trovare
numerose altre applicazioni per la macinazione e la raffinazione industriale di molti prodotti. In particolare, restando
nell’ambito ceramico, questi mulini vengono oggi utilizzati
anche per la preparazione dei colori concentrati per gres porcellanato. Sono costruiti in lamiera di acciaio di grosso spessore saldata elettricamente ed accuratamente finiti. La forma è
cilindrica con fondi piani rinforzati da una serie di nervature.
Gli assi di rotazione solidamente ancorati ai fondi e perfettamente centrati sono sostenuti da cuscinetti oscillanti a rulli largamente dimensionati. I cilindri sono dotati di bocche per il
carico e lo scarico del materiale e di passo d'uomo per l'ispezione interna. Il moto viene trasmesso per mezzo di cinghie
trapezoidali attraverso un rinvio con tendicinghie ad eccentrico inserito entro il basamento. I gruppi di moto sono costituiti da motori elettrici asincroni trifase a costruzione chiusa,
montati su slitte per permettere la tensione delle cinghie di
trasmissione. I motori di potenza superiore gli 11 kW, sono
muniti di uno speciale giunto di tipo fluidodinamico, che permette un avviamento dolce e graduale della macchina con
basso assorbimento di corrente. Per i mulini di dimensioni
maggiori è previsto il montaggio, sul gruppo di moto, di un
freno del tipo a disco azionato pneumaticamente. A richiesta
i mulini possono essere forniti montati su solidi basamenti
metallici. Le cabine di comando comprendono tutte le apparecchiature elettriche per l'avviamento e l'arresto del motore,
nonché un dispositivo contatore, del tipo a predeterminazione del tempo o del numero di rotazioni, che serve a fermare
automaticamente il mulino a macinazione avvenuta.
Specially designed for wet grinding of ceramic clays and
glaze frits, they may be utilized for many other applications
in the grinding and industrial refining of numerous products.
In particular, these mills are nowadays used in the ceramics
industry for preparing concentrated glazes for the production of porcelainised stoneware. They are made with very
thick sheet steel, electrically welded and carefully finished.
The have a cylindrical shape and flat bottoms reinforced with
a row of ribs. The rotation axes, firmly connected to the bottoms and perfectly centred, are supported by self-aligning
bearings equipped with wide rollers. The cylinders are equipped with openings for the loading and unloading of the
materials, and with a door for inner controls. The movement
is transmitted by V belts through a transmission having belt
stretchers with an eccentric fixed inside the foot. The drive
units are made up of close threephase asynchronous eletric
motors, assembled oin slides allowing the tension of the driving belts. The motor having a power of more than 11 kW are
equipped with a special fluidynamic connection, allowing a
soft and gradual starting of the machine with a low current
absorption. Bigger mills will be equipped with a pneumatically operated disk brake, assembled on the motor. If required, mills can be assembled on strong metal beds. Control
boxes include alla electric devices fot the starting and stopping of the motor, as well as a time-presetting hour-meter
which automatically stops the mill once the grinding is over.
Die speziell für die Naßmahlung von Ton für die Keramik
sowie von Glasurfritten konstruierten Mühlen können auch
in vielen anderen Bereichen zur Mahlung und industriellen
Verfeinerung zahlreicher Produkte eingesetzt werden.
Insbesondere in der Keramikbranche werden diese Mühlen
heutzutage auf für die Präparation der konzentrierten
Farben für das Feinsteinzeug verwendet.
Sie werden aus sehr dickem, elektrisch verschweißtem und
sorgfältig verarbeitetem Stahlblech hergestellt und haben
die Form eines Zylinders mit flachen Böden, die durch Rippen
verstärkt sind. Die fest an den Böden befestigten und perfekt
zentrierten Drehachsen werden von reichlich bemessenen
Pendelrollenlagern getragen. Die Zylinder verfügen über Einund Auslaßöffnungen für das Material und über ein
Mannloch für die kontrolle. Die Bewegungsübertragung
erfolgt durch keilriemen über ein im Grundgestell eingebautes Vorgelege mit Exzenter-Riemenspannern.
Die
Antriebsaggregate
bestehen
aus
DrehstromAsynchronmotoren in geschlossener Bauart, die auf Schlitten
befestigt sind, um die Riemen nachspannen zu können. Die
Motoren mit einer Leistung von mehr als 11 kW sind mit
einer speziellen Strömungskupplung ausgestattet, die es
ermöglicht, die Maschine sanft und allmählich mit geringer
Stromaufnahme anzufahren. Bei den größeren Mühlen ist
der Einbau einer druckluftbetätigten Scheibenbremse in das
Antriebsaggregat vorgesehen. Auf Wunsch können die
Mühlen auf soliden Metalltraggestellen geliefert werden.
Die Steuerschränke enthalten alle Schaltgeräte zum
Anhalten des Motors sowie einen Zeitvorwähler, der die
Maschine automatisch nach Ablauf des Mahlvorgangs
anhält.
Proyectados para la molienda en húmedo de arcillas para
cerámica y fritas para esmaltes, pueden tener otras aplicaciones para la molienda y la refinación de muchos productos. En
particular, siempre en el ámbito cerámico, hoy en día estos
molinos se utilizan también para la preparación de colores
concentrados para el Gres Porcelánico. Estàn construidos en
chapa de acero de grueso espesor soldada eléctricamente y
perfectamente acabados. La forma es cilíndrica con fondos
planos reforzados por una serie de nervios. Los ejes de giro,
sólidamente fijados a los fondos y perfectamente centrados,
apoyan sobre rodamientos oscilantes de rodillos ampliamente dimensionados. Los cilindros están equipados de bocas
para la carga y la descarga del material y paso de hombre
para inspección interior. La transmisión del movimiento se
obtiene por medio de correas trapezoidales a través de un
reenvío con tensor de correas de excéntrico inserto en la
base. Los grupos motores están constituidos por motores
eléctricos asincrónicos trifásicos con construcción cerrada,
montados sobre correderas para permitir el tensado de las
correas de transmisión. Los motores con potencias superiores
a los 11 kW, llevan un embrague fluidodinámico especial, que
permite un arranque suave y gradual de la máquina con baja
absorción de corriente. Para los molinos de dimensiones
mayores està previsto el montaje, sobre el grupo motor, de
un freno tipo disco con accionamiento neumático. Sobre
pedido los molinos pueden realizarse montados sobre sólidas
bases metàlicas. Las cabinas de mando incluyen todos los
equipos eléctricos para el arranque y la parada del motor, así
como un dispositivo contador, del tipo con predeterminación
del tiempo o del número de rotaciones, que sirve para parar
automáticamente el molino cuando la molienda está acabada.

La produttività del mulino dipende dal tipo e dalla granulometria dei materiali da trattare e soprattutto dal grado di macinazione (residuo finale) che si vuole ottenere.
Il caricamento del molino deve essere tale da non superare il
valore dei corpi macinanti indicato nelle tabelle seguenti.
Il grado di riempimento totale (corpi macinanti + materiale da
macinare) deve raggiungere almeno l’85% del volume utile del
mulino stesso, nel caso di macinazione di impasti ed il 75% nel
caso di fritte per smalti.
The productivity of the mill depends on the type and particle size distribution of the materials to be treated and, above all, on the grinding
degree you wish to active (final residue).
The mill charge should be such as not to exceed the grinding media
value shown in the following tables while the total filling level (grinding media + material to be ground) should be at least 85% of the mill

Die Produktivität der Mühlen hängt von der Art sowie der
Korngröße der zu behandelnden Materialien ab und vor allem
vom Mahlungsgrad (Endrückstand), den man erreichen möchte.
Das Beschicken der Mühlen muß so erfolgen, daß der in den
Folgenden Tabellen für die Mahlkörper angegebene Wert nicht
überschritten wird, während die Füllmenge insgesamt
(Mahlkörper + zu mahlendes Material) mindestens 85% des
Nutzvolumens der Mühle erreichen muß, im Fall eines Mahlens
einer Mischung beträgt dieses bei Fritten für Glasuren einen
Wert von 75%.

Basamenti metallici
Tutti i mulini della serie “MTD” possono essere forniti con basamenti metallici di supporto A. La loro costruzione in profilati e lamiere di
acciaio accuratamente saldati ne garantisce la rigidezza e la solidità.
I mulini MTD 340, MTD 380 possono essere forniti con le seguenti
varianti:
Boccaporto e bocca di scarico
Il cilindro può essere dotato di doppio boccaporto B per agevolare il
caricamento delle materie prime e consentire un riempimento più
uniforme. Per velocizzare le operazioni di scarico del materiale macinato è inoltre possibile dotare il cilindro di doppia bocca di scarico C.
Motore ausiliario
Il gruppo di motorizzazione può essere dotato di motore ausiliario
per consentire al mulino un avviamento più graduale ed un posizionamento più preciso.
Velocità variabile
Il gruppo di motorizzazione può essere dotato di inverter e logica di
controllo a PLC per consentire variazioni continue della velocità di
rotazione del mulino. Si ottengono quindi avviamenti graduali e
posizionamenti precisi nonché la possibilità di programmare cicli di
macinazione con variazione automatica della velocità nelle varie fasi.
Metal bases
All the mills of the MTD series can be supplied with metal support
bases A. They are made of accurately welded steel sheets and sections that guarantee rigidity and robustness.
The following optionals for the MTD 340, MTD 380 mills are avaliable:
Inlet and outlet hatch
The cylinder can be equipped with a double inlet hatch, B, to facilitate loading of the raw material and allow more uniform filling.
To speed up ground material unloading operations it is also possible to equip the cylinder with a double outlet hatch, C.
Auxiliary motor
The drive unit may be equipped with an auxiliary motor to allow
the mill a more gradual start and more precise positioning.
Adjustable speed
The drive unit may be equipped with an inverter and PLC control
logic to allow continuous variations of the mill rotation speed.
Gradual starting and precise positioning is obtained as well as the
possibility of programming grinding cycles with atomatic variation
of the various phase speeds.

Alle Mühlen der Baureihe “MTD” können mit Metalltraggestellen A
geliefert werden. Die Konstruktion aus sorgfältig verschweißten
Profilstählen und Stahlblechen gewährleistet Starrheit und
Robustheit.
Die Mühlen MTD 340 und MTD 380 sind mit folgenden Varianten
lieferbar:
Einlass - und auslassöffnung
Der Zylinder kann mit zwei Einlaßöffnungen B ausgestattet werden,
damit da Befüllen zügiger und gleichmäßiger erfolgt. Zum schnelleren Ablassen des gemahlenen Guts können zwei Auslaßöffnungen C
am Zylinder angebracht werden.
Hilfsmotor
Das Antriebsaggregat kann mit einem Hilfsmotor ausgestattet werden, damit die Mühle noch allmählicher anläuft und noch genauer
positioniert wird.
Veränderbare Geschwindigkeit
Das Antriebsaggregat kann mit einem Frequenzumrichter und einer
SPS ausgestattet werden, um die stetige Drehzahländerung der
Mühle zu ermöglichen. Allmählicher Anlauf und genaue
Positionierung sind das Ergebnis. Die Mahlzyklen lassen sich mit
automatischer Änderung der Geschwindigkeit in den einzelnen
Phasen programmieren.

Todos los molinos de la serie “MTD” pueden suministrarse con
bases metálicas de soporte A. Su construcción en perfilados y
chapas de acero oportunamente soldados garantiza su rigidez
y solidez.
Los molinos MTD 340, MTD 380 pueden suministrarse con las
siguientes variantes:
Bocas de Ilenado y de vocidado
El cilindro puede equiparse con doble boca de llenado B para
facilitar la carga de las materias primas y permitir un llenado
más uniforme. Para que las operaciones de descarga del material molido resulten más rápidas se puede incluso equipar el
cilindro con una doble boca de descarga C.
Motor auxiliar
Grupo de motorización susceptible de ir equipado con motor
auxiliar para permitir un arranque rápido del molino así como
un posicionamiento más exacto.
Velocidad variable
Grupo de motorización susceptible de ir equipado con inverter y lógica de control mediante PLC para permitir variaciones
continuas de la velocidad de rotación del molino. Se obtienen
pues arranques graduales y posicionamientos exactos así
como la posibilidad de programar ciclos de molienda con
variación automática de la velocidad en las distintas fases.
