Dear parish family,
The Lord be with you!
I have asked the Pastoral Council to develop a 5-year site plan for our parish. The
site plan is to include future buildings, adequate parking and use of current buildings. To assist us in this project the parish has engaged the services of an architectural Firm. There will be several steps in the development of the site plan.
STEP I
Mee ng with architect, Pastoral Council, Finance Council, Pastoral Staff and leadership of the parish ministries. Architect moderates. The following issues are to be
addressed:
1. Parking
2. Mee ng Space
a. Adults
b. Teens
c. Children
3. Storage
4. Adequate facili es for our Outreach Ministries
a. My Brother's Keeper
b. Migrant Ministry
5. Covered outdoor pavilion
6. Cronin Hall
7. Strawberry Room
8. Bathrooms for the Portables
STEP II
A. Brainstorming with Pastoral Council, Finance Council, Pastoral Staff and leadership of the parish ministries. These leaders will have had the opportunity to discuss the site plan needs with their groups and bring their ideas to this mee ng.
Architect moderates.
B. Community Mee ngs:
The Council will Share the findings of the brainstorming mee ng with all parishioners, both in English and Spanish for feedback. There will be two mee ngs in
each language. The a endees will need to R.S.V.P., so we can have adequate
materials and space available. The only focus of these mee ngs will be on the
Site Plan. Pastoral Council moderates.
STEP III
Mee ng with architect, Pastoral Council, Finance Council & Pastoral Staff to review
feedback from our Community mee ngs and develop and validate the priori es
that have surfaced during Steps I and II. Architect moderates.

Los baños de la Iglesia han sostenido en varias ocasiones diferentes pos de conducta maliciosa por nuestros niños de todas las Misas. Esta foto muestra lo más
destruc vo. Estas luces de emergencia fueron derribadas en varios baños. Las formas más comunes son:
cierran las puertas de los baños con llave y si salen por
abajo y nadie puede entrar, cuelgan papel higiénico de
las paredes del baño, mojan el papel con jabón y lo
ran hacia el techo para que se pegue.
