remanufactured products through the MTU_ValueExchange program to
help you enjoy robust, reliable performance from your MTU-powered
equipment.
Remanufactured engines
The MTU_ValueExchange engine program offers you an economic
alternative to the traditional engine overhaul. MTU_ValueExchange
engines come with factory new warranty and provide the highest
standard of remanufactured propulsion plants.
All MTU_ValueExchange products are fully disassembled, cleaned and
inspected, then reassembled with all new wear parts.
Our products incorporate the latest designs and materials and share
the same warranties as equivalent new components or engines.
The MTU_ValueExchange concept is a cost-effective alternative to
new products.

Remanufactured parts have proven to be of great value for our
customers. Our parts within the MTU_ValueExchange program include
a core deposit. This assures that used parts (cores) will be returned to
MTU. The deposit is refunded to you when the part is returned according
to the basic MTU core criteria.
Remanufactured Power Packs
Railcar operators enjoy the opportunity to exchange an MTU PowerPack®
or a completely overhauled MTU_ValueExchange PowerPack® that is
as good as new.
