Este tipo de equipos se utilizan en todo
tipo de aplicaciones donde se requiera la
extracción de tolvas o la dosificación del
material. El accionamiento puede ser electromagnético o electromecánico, siendo
posible la variación de caudal en ambos casos.

Mediante estos equipos se consigue transportar productos a granel, incluso con pendientes negativas. Es posible incluso la
colocación de chapas perforadas o mallas
para realizar un cribado del material.

eliminación de una fracción de material antes del siguiente proceso. Son muy utilizados en la alimentación a molinos o trituradoras.

Con este tipo de equipos se consigue repartir el material de uno modo uniforme a
toda la anchura de otra máquina. También
permite la alimentación a otros dos equipos, por ejemplo dos cribas, desde un solo
punto de entrada.

a la oxidación y al desgaste. El fondo se coloca con un ángulo ascendente de 3° para
evitar la salida de agua por la parte delantera. De este modo se consigue separar líquidos de materiales sólidos obteniendo un
grado residual de humedad relativamente
bajo.

ELEVADORES VIBRANTES
VIBRATING ELEVATORS
Mediante Motovibradores, ubicados en la
parte superior o en la inferior, se consigue
elevar productos granulados.
Durante la elevación del producto pueden
realizarse otras operaciones tales como
cribar, enfriar, calentar o secar. Para
productos pulvurulentos, se puede realizar
el elevador en versión estanca mediante la
instalación de una cubierta exterior.
Through vibrators located in the upper or
lower part of the machine it is possible to
lift granulates.
During lifting of the product other operations such as screening, cooling, heating or
drying can be performed. For powdery products, the elevator can be fully sealed by
installing an outer cover.
